This location is pretty good but don't go when they're even the slightest bit busy. Today I went through the drive thru and ordered a plate, got to the window and the total was not what I was expecting. Gabby at the window repeated my order and said I had a bowl, I told her it was supposed to be a plate and she said 'oh, ok' as if she were going to fix it. When she handed me my food it was a bowl, I told her again that I had ordered a plate and she rudely told me that it was a plate but it was just in a bowl. I don't mind when people mess up an order, but don't be rude and don't insult my intelligence. read more

Worst Panda Express I've ever been to. The food was good/ normal but the service was horrible. The wait times are ridiculous when dining in. We waited for 25 mins to finally be served after watching the front line employees working with no sense of urgency what so ever. The food wasn't too bad. The building needs some major maintenance. The men's bathroom had a urinal out and a broken faucet handle. In the woman's bathroom the paper towel dispenser was broken and no paper towels were available. Makes me wonder how employees wash their hands effectively. Everytime you place a mobile order it is never ready on time, and half of the time they have not even started making it past the time it was supposed to be picked up. Waited almost 30 minutes past when my food was supposed to be ready, when an employee Javion had realized no one started on it, probably the only positive part of the experience. Once i received the food, they told me they were out of egg rolls and were not going to make any because they were closing in half an hour, but if it would've been ready when it was supposed to there wouldn't have been a problem. This is Very unprofessional place! I preordered prepayed for a pickup order at 4. Pull up at this location and has a sign that lobby is closed to use drive thru. Get in the drive thru line is already long. When I finally get to speaker told them I have a pick up at 4 order. Get to the window the girl seem not to know what I was talking about. I hand her my receipt than she come back to tell me to pull over an park. It's 415 now. I ask her how long she says 15 min. I refused to move because my order should have been ready. WORST SERVICE AND NOT GREAT FOOD! This is not the first time we have had problems here. The people working basically ignored customers and acted inconvenienced by us ordering. Every entree we wanted was empty (again, not the first time this has happened) and seems like dinner time they would have more prepared. After my husband ordered the lady who took the order walks away and the last of the entree he ordered was given to someone else. The lady who was taking our orders then proceeded to stay in the back doing something with no explanation of why she walked away. Don't even bother stopping at this location. The employees that work here are just sorry people in general. Got to the speaker outside in the drive through and the lady was rude right off the bat. Pulled up to the window and she forgot my Powerade so I asked her for it and it turns out she forgot to even ring it up. went through the drive thru window at 1300 and was so disappointed that their water sprinklers were on at this very hot time of day. One wayward sprinkler at the end of the drive thru lane completely drenched my car! I keep my car garaged and clean. I had to rinse and wipe down the car when I got home. Also their website states they secure delivery bags with tamper evidenced stickers. The bag was open and handed to me out the window. I did not get a receipt. i never write reviews or complain but this is the worst service i've ever received i ordered "delivery" on the website an hour and a half before they closed it did not say "we don't do delivery" and redirect me to door dash it went through as a delivery asked for a tip and took the order ON THE PANDA WEBSITE then a girl calls to tell me they don't have something in my order and i let her know my exact location to make it easier for them and she said okay then i get a text letting my know my order was otw but when i pressed the link it redirected me back to door dash and said my order had been picked up then past the delivery time i called to see where it was at the girl kept repeating that "panda doesn't deliver" and kept trying to explain to her that even if they don't i went through their website which would make them accountable for what happens i asked about a refund she told me to do it online which i did not want to do for this very reason and she ends up telling me she is looking at my order as we were taking 20 minutes before they closed, i was closing at work and asked how long would they be there doing closing duties after they closed she said 10:30-35 ish i said if i come knock at that time will someone give me my food SHE SAID YES so i say okay i'll be there get there at 10:10 and the girl comes to the door and tells me that they threw away all of the food i asked about a refund and she told me i would have to go online to do it but to also come back in the morning which i will be doing... i go online to get a refund AND IT TELLS ME TO CALL AND SPEAK TO A MANAGER i had called... i did my part... before they even closed that girl should have gotten her manager on the phone this is completely outrageous and i never complain but we are literally in a money drought and i spent $20 on food i never even saw and nobody knew what they were talking about, they need to not only train their employees better but take accountability for their actions. the pictures are proof that delivery on the website is an option, a confirmation of my order through their website and not door dash and where it says to call and ask for a refund WHICH I DID... this is completely unacceptable read more

I pick up an order made on the Panda Express app at least once a week. I always arrive well after my pick up time because it's never ready on time, and that's if they even made it, and on more then one occasion they forget an item, including tonight when they forgot the entree and just gave me chow main with no chicken. Dominice went way over and beyond to accommodate us. Even at the end of his shift he managed to be super enthusiastic about his job.

Today is Mother's Day and the manager was not available. People were rude to staff pushy and needy and the staff stayed positive shouting back and forth what was ready and seemed really good at team work. All employees were patient and smiling so I gave them five stars. As for there being no manager (almost everyone in line asked for a manager) the girl at the cashier did an amazing job keeping moral among staff. I always come here after work at Ecoblu and it's always quick and the window girl is nice. read more

They must be operating under superb management currently because I have been eating delicious meals here a few times a week now. So delicious.
