I love Panda Express, but this location has very rude employees. I've received orders cold, covered in slime and strange smells. Who knows how long it's been sitting there! The employees often seem flustered, and don't take the time to make sure they are giving you a fresh and correct order. My wife and I are frequent visitors of Panda Express. Before Huntsville had its own, we would constantly make the trip to Conroe (almost weekly). Our Panda Express has done nothing but decline in quality of service and food since opening. It's a roll of the dice when you walk in whether the bar will be stocked and ready or you will walk in to find it almost completely empty, meaning a 20-30 minute wait for the items you order. This is not something that occurs just during peak hours, when it would be understandable. This may be at 3pm, 8pm, any other time. It seems as if the staff simply don't care at all about keeping the restaurant in shape. It is frequently messy, tables are uncleaned, etc. Several visits, the bad attitudes of the cooks and line workers have been palpable. TLDR; drive to Conroe. You'll get a smile. You'll get quality food. And you'll probably get back to your home before you would if you came to this one. read more

Not worth a damn, To start with their food is extremely mediocre and poorly made. (iv been to panda expresses way better) But my kid loves this place so I ordered food from them and they not only got some meals wrong because I ordered kong pow chicken and I got the steak, but they didnt give us my sons bowl AT ALL! when I called to fix the situation they were unwilling to fix it and give me the food I paid for. Good food but bad service. The entree I ordered was not available so I was told I would have to wait 5 or 6 minutes for them to cook it. After waiting 10 minutes I was told that the cook made the wrong item. So I ended up waiting 20 minutes because they didn't have their act together. I decided that I needed an extra order of rice and the girl behind the counter "Lilly" had a v bad attitude towards me about it. If you don't enjoy serving food to the public, don't work at a restaurant. It's very simple. I am not sure if I will be back after this experience. I loved the Shanghai steak, then they changed the sauce, it's not so great anymore. Of course, that isn't the fault of the employees. But...Every time I have gone through the drive thru my order is messed up. Twice I have asked for plastic ware and not received it, I even double checked at the window and they assured me it was in there. Luckily for me, I learned my lesson the first time and I checked before I got to my office and had no way to eat my food. Sure enough, no fork. I have also asked for chop sticks and was told they don't carry chopsticks (I'm 99% sure I've seen chopsticks at other locations).The staff are at least friendly. I didn't realize that the Express part of their name was meant to be ironic. I like Panda express and have given them way more tries than I should have. This is the breakdown of my last four visits. 1. Inside: Ordered, then the person taking my order started refilling food, the drive thru guy came over and asked if I had been helped, then he started picking up empty trays, then another person asked if I had been helped and before I could answer also started refilling food on the line. Eventually got my order. 2. Drive thru: Took about 20 mins to get through the busy drive thru. That's too long, even if there are five or so cars ahead. 3. Drive thru again: This time it took 30-35 minutes to get through the drive thru. No exaggeration! I was going to complain, but after waiting at the window for an additional 4 mins without being acknowledged, I drove away without paying and without getting my food. 3 minutes later I was eating Chipotle next door. 4. Drive Thru: (I'm a slow learner) It has been a while since I had been by Panda and was asked to pick up some on the way home, so I pulled into the drive thru. The Huntsville location was absolutely filthy. Their tables were dirty, the trash can overflowing, the drink station totally wet, and the bathroom a mess. I like Panda Express, generally, but this was awful. read more

First of all I love Panda Express but am highly disappointed in the lack of professionalism from the manager and her employees. I pull up too order my food thru the drive thru and waited for about 5 mins before someone rudely said. "Go on with your order"..get too the window too pay and get food. No drink..they said they didn't charge me for a drink. After the lady specifically said would you like a drink today as she repeated "ok medium orange Fanta"!!! Needless to say I was charged for the mistake she made and barley got any food for the price. They usually fill the Togo plate up! Not happy with the service here at all. read more

The food is okay but they need more workers and better management. I've been there twice in the past month and the drive thru line is one of the slowest I've seen. Inside you'll find at least five bowls on the service line empty and one person trying to do everything. They need to step it up. read more

This is probably worse than any other panda I've eaten at before. I wanted to find something quick to eat on a trip, and a panda bowl seemed like it would be perfect to eat on the road. Tried this place.... Horrible. Gross. However if you are starving you might like it. Egg rolls tasted off I count finish mine.

The veggies had sat. Nothing was fresh. The server never offered fortune cookie. Serving size was the smaller than other Panda Express. Floors need to be swept. read more

The Wok Seared Steak was very tender and tasty! The mixed vegies was all broccoli. Kind of fast service, but I was the only one there. First time here so can't comment on much more. Good luck on hearing the person on the drive thru speaker! I will be back, but think I will go inside to order since it was my first time. Definitely try the Wok Seared Steak and Shrimp. I think you'll be surprised how tender the steak is. The shrimp is great also just wish it had more. I'm a seafood freak! The orange chicken was pretty hard, but good. We went right around 6 PM, they didn't have enough food prepared to serve the long line of customers, after waiting for my honey sesame chicken, it was burned and crunchy with no flavor. I was willing to give them a chance, but no again. I went through the drive thru and ordered broccoli beef ,chicken egg roll, chow mein. When I got home I opened it up and it literally had no beef just broccoli. The egg roll tastes bad also. Will never go here again. read more

-MANAGEMENT- On Tuesday January 22 at 10:10p.m., I tried to get some Panda Express before they closed. Now I realize that I was coming 20minutes before they closed, but they are still open. I sat at the drive through for a few minutes and got no response. I then pulled up to the window and to no surprise NO RESPONSE. When I pulled around I saw two workers in there "ghosting" us acting like they didn't see or hear us at the drive through and were cleaning up early. Now I have been there too, where I wanted to get out of work as early as possible for whatever reasons, but to straight up ignore a customer. No... you don't do that, you could at least have the dignity/respect to tell me "sorry we are closed" or "we've already begun cleaning" but this. This is unacceptable. I seriously hope management reads this and teaches their employees how to do their job and when to do their job. 20minute early close, well then take at least 20min of their pay. Long waits for food. 20-35 minutes is not unusual. Saw the manger at the grand opening. Have never seen a manager here since. They never answer their phone. The food served at this Panda Express is the absolute worst Chinese food I have ever tried to eat. The Angus steak was dried up, hard and tasteless. The Chicken was mush and the steamed rice was hard and cold. The only eatable thing I had was the Rangoon Crap Puffs, which I had to pay extra for. Altogether I paid over $12 for the awful food and drink. Also they had unsweetened tea but no sweetners except real sugar.. Diabetes no no. For less money and better food go up the street to the Grand Buffet. All you can eat of good hot food in a clean and comfortable atmosphere. And if you're in a hurry you can get it to go as well. Worst experience ever. After waiting in the drive-thru for 45 minutes and not moving, an employee came to my car and listed all of the foods they DIDNT have. He basically read me the menu. I get it, they just opened... But seriously? Also, there was no way for me to get out of line. I was basically trapped for an extra 15 minutes since I didn't want to order. This was my favorite restaurant. But then when I started to go to the one here in Huntsville the service was horrible and they never had the most popular thing people wanted ( teriyaki chicken and teriyaki sauce) and they would forget about your order and skip you and give whatever you were waiting for to someone else. Then they would wait until last minute to say make more teriyaki chicken and sauce.
