Had a great lunch here with my kids. The food is good and the staff is nice. We like it here. The place always has seating available. It's a nice little place to have in the middle of no where. My husband and I have been dreaming for a Panda Express to open up on base, and this one is right within reach so we are satisfied. No the food quality is not up to par, but it definitely satisfies the craving we've had for Panda Express. If we could have it our way, they would also carry Chow Fun but we know that's typically only carried at the Hawaii locations. The food was cold, and not properly cooked. I am here from out of town visiting family and have been here three times in the last five days because I am a vegetarian and I love the Super Greens from Panda. First time was good. Second time the drive-thru took forever even though I was the only car, and they forgot the sauce packets I requested. Third time, a young lady told me I could not get a large side of half brown rice and half super greens, even though I have ordered this hundreds of times at other locations. I don't blame her - she is just doing what she's told, but this is allowed at literally every other Panda I have ever been to, which is quite a few, so management should not make stupid arbitrary rules. But I came here just to give a shout out to Erika, who seemed to take her job very seriously and provided excellent customer service. Great job, Erika! Was happy and excited that panda finally had opened up here. Ordered online and picked it up. It was horrible. Employees here must need more training bc it was bad. It was dry, no flavor and not hot. First time at Panda Express. Bought two Bowls, Honey Chicken and Beef and Broccoli, both with fried rice. Bowls were kinda small. We are on the East Coast. Fried rice is NOT white rice with peas and carrots. Bowls were 90% rice. One thin layer of entree. Four small slices of beef and a couple of scraps, five pieces of broccoli. Taste was good.
