I went here with my kids, I know it's rush hr during lunch time but it does not give them the right to cut corners. We ordered 4 meals total and they managed to only get 1 out 4 correct 3 of them was not even what we had asked them. The noodles wasn't fully cooked that is crazy we waited 10 min extra for 1/2 cooked noodles. Non of the food was actually warm except the spicy chicken since it was freshly made. The rice was cold overly crunchy like it's been sitting for awhile We had to wait another 10 min for them to make our orders correct which is also crazy to me. The place was trashy and not clean. All the trash cans where overflowing with trash which is crazy to have people sit down an eat next to those trash cans overflowing on the floor as well. The service was satisfactory and the food came out within 5 mins would recommend. I just ordered lunch from here on Thursday- another day of, what "Me' packs on Wednesday night isn't necessarily what "Me" Thursday wants to eat. I got the basic 2 entree 2 sides. Kung Pao Chicken and traditional orange chicken with double lo mein noodles. Arrived by door dash super quick, it was packaged very well, and was still pretty hot. Had a great lunch here with my kids. The food is good and the staff is nice. We like it here. The place always has seating available. It's a nice little place to have in the middle of no where. My husband and I have been dreaming for a Panda Express to open up on base, and this one is right within reach so we are satisfied. No the food quality is not up to par, but it definitely satisfies the craving we've had for Panda Express. If we could have it our way, they would also carry Chow Fun but we know that's typically only carried at the Hawaii locations. The food was cold, and not properly cooked. I am here from out of town visiting family and have been here three times in the last five days because I am a vegetarian and I love the Super Greens from Panda. First time was good. Second time the drive-thru took forever even though I was the only car, and they forgot the sauce packets I requested. Third time, a young lady told me I could not get a large side of half brown rice and half super greens, even though I have ordered this hundreds of times at other locations. I don't blame her - she is just doing what she's told, but this is allowed at literally every other Panda I have ever been to, which is quite a few, so management should not make stupid arbitrary rules. Was happy and excited that panda finally had opened up here. Ordered online and picked it up. It was horrible. Employees here must need more training bc it was bad. It was dry, no flavor and not hot. First time at Panda Express. Bought two Bowls, Honey Chicken and Beef and Broccoli, both with fried rice. Bowls were kinda small. We are on the East Coast. Fried rice is NOT white rice with peas and carrots. Bowls were 90% rice. One thin layer of entree. Four small slices of beef and a couple of scraps, five pieces of broccoli. Taste was good.
