I repeated that I would just like something different, not a refund. She shrugged her shoulders and said,''Well, I don't know what you want me to do. We don't really do that here.'' Rather than make a scene, I informed her I would be making a complaint to their corporate office and she once again shrugged and said,''Okay.'' As I stated previously, my family loves Coldstone.
