Crazing some Chinese food tonight. The drive thru was busy so I opted to go inside. Not much faster but I waited. I ordered a bowl which included white rice and white meat sesame honey chicken. I was not impressed. It was very dry. Even with the additional sweet n sour packets I could not get it down without additional water. Unfortunate. Maybe it was just a fluke. I hope so. This is probably one of the most disappointing places to try and get food from. They don't have a single thing 40 minutes before close. All employees are trying to clean everything up and there's no food available. If your hours are posted online , you better honor them.... clearly the manager or owner of this franchise doesn't want to make money. Pictures were taken at 9:50 40 minutes before closing had a constant stream of customers being told that there is nothing available except one single scoop of teriyaki chicken absolutely ridiculous. 6:00pm 6/11/26 I wont be returning. Management and new hire need more customer service training. I ordered two bowls and cub meal which were good, and I ordered an order of ragoons. Ragoons were stale and hard! Informed the young lady at the register she informed me they were just made and then the manager validated her statement then tries one. I walk away and continue dinner with my son. Manager comes over to affirm what I said was correct and offered 3 ragoons, yet I ate none told him no thank you firmly to enjoy the rest of my meal. The manager brought over no fresh ragoons nor offered refund. 1. Whenever a customer brings a concern address the concern and correct it. 2. Address the customer's concern when brought to you by acknowledging something is wrong. 3. Do better: Keep your restaurant clean. Now I know to take my money elsewhere. read more

I came through the drive-thru around 9:20 PM and waited in line for about 25 minutes. After reaching the speaker, I sat there for 7 minutes before anyone acknowledged me. When someone finally did, I was told to "give her a few minutes." I then waited an additional 10 minutes with no response. After repeatedly saying "hello," someone finally came back on. When I tried to place my order for chicken and string beans, I was told they were out of both. Overall, this was poor customer service and a complete waste of time. Don't go here! Needs better management. Not the first time this happened - today I waited 30-min for them to make an entree I ordered only to be told the chef didn't make it after a 30-min wait. Meanwhile my side order and noodles had been sitting there ice cold and they were going to send me on my way with half my meal being ice cold. First time going to this location and establishment. The orange chicken was the only good thing the noodles were dry and stiff. The beef didn't look all the way done to me, but it also wasn't good. I wasted $13. I got to the window to pay, and they were so quick to give me my food. I'm waiting, and the girl looks at me, wondering what I'm waiting for. I'm like, do y'all have sauces or anything? Usually, people already ask you, but I guess that's too much to ask for these days. Customer service has gone down and shouldn't expect much from fast food at this point. Parking is never easy and the lines move slowly. This is a super cute place but the food isn't as tasty and the service isn't nearly as efficient as the location on Derita Road. It is a brand new location so they may still be working the kinks out. In the interim I will have to make it a habit to patronize the one on Derita Road, even though the one on Kannapolis Pkwy is newer and more convenient to get to. Yesterday I waited 15 minutes in the backed up drive through and they didn't have my item when I got to the window. I didn't have the time to wait for them to make a new batch of sesame chicken breast. So they gave me the orange chicken instead, and it was not nice at all! I ended up throwing it away. Just an entire waste of $10.48. I have been here about three times. You have to ask over and over again for chopsticks and they will never include your fortune cookie. So as a Panda Express lover, this place has earned a 2.5 rounded up by grace. read more

This place was pretty good!!! My husband took me here recently and I love the idea of a Chinese food drive-thru option!! The staff members were kind and we got our food quickly! We got the orange chicken, fried rice, chow mein, and honey walnut shrimp! Everything we tried was delicious, aside from the rice, it's not bad, but the texture isn't very good and it's not flavorful at all. The orange chicken was juicy, very delicious, as well as the shrimp, and the chow mein was delightful. Big pieces of onion in it, which I loved!!!! Highly recommend, but I do not recommend the fried rice. It could use more seasoning. We had a great experience and it's actually very affordable for all that you get!!!! Nice staff, great food, what more could you ask for? I can't speak on what the inside looks like, as I only went through the drive-thru. The food gets 5 stars, the counter service at least on this night gets 4 stars. Overall I gave it at 3 stars due to the lack of cleanliness of the dining area. Let's start with the floors needing to be swept, food, wrappers, and papers on floor. You can tell no one had swept in a long time. Dining tables are up to the customer to clean after the previous messy diner leaving sticky surfaces and food crumbs behind, sometimes on the seats. No iced tea available at self serve, No napkins in the dispenser and the two trash receptacles were overflowing with nowhere to throw your trash. No exaggeration, now I wish I had taken pictures! I can't speak for the bathrooms, we did not enter those. The kicker in all this is that it was after 8 pm and they were not super busy, even if you were busy someone needs to be designated to maintain the dining room. I will return but HOPE that management has stepped it up. read more

This brand new Panda Express just opened a few weeks ago and m l was excited to try it. First off the young man named Marcano took my order, and he made the drive through experience very pleasant! He had a great personality and his service with a smile attitude was a welcoming touch since it's often forgotten at fast food establishments. We ordered Blazing teriyaki, chicken, sesame chicken, black pepper steak, beef and broccoli, chicken egg rolls, and an apple pie egg roll. Everything was delicious and the apple pie egg roll was amazing (I should have ordered two)! So Panda Express is a great Asian cuisine option. I'll be back. read more

Stopped in on 8/9. Ordered a bowl for carryout with fried rice and honey walnut shrimp, chicken egg roll and rangoon. I watched the server add the shrimp to the bowl one by one for a total of 5 shrimp. Total bill came to $14+. While the shrimp (what there was) was good, the fried rice was inedible. It needed about 20 minutes more cooking because the grains were rock hard, crunchy and tasteless. I took it home cooked it and added seasonings so it I could at least eat it. The rangoon was bland and soggy. The chicken egg roll was pretty good although it was a bit overcooked. I have been to other Panda Express restaurants and always be wowed but this one was a total disappointment and I will not be back again. read more

Always get plate or bigger plate, bowl bit small unless not big eater. Can't go wrong with Grilled Teriyaki chicken, straight up protein heaven, they give out alot. Chicken egg roll is gross you should skip that. Tried most items on menu, really not that extensive, price pretty good for amount food. Never thought franchise chinese joint would replace local chinese restaurants, boy I was wrong. Food tasted alot cleaner and healthier and price very good. I've eating 1-2 times week sometimes more. Used both drive thru and online pick up. They made few mistakes during a few week after grand opening ,mostly wrong items togo orders but now they on it. I've been recommending people to give Panda Express a try. Not the greatest chinese I've had, but pretty constantly good food and always fill my belly. read more

We normally love the food we get, but today, we had two plates of Kung Pao that were so spicy that we could not eat it. only after a few bites, our eyes were watering and noses running. I ordered through the app which was very easy. The order was prepared on time and correct. The service was excellent. This was my first experience with Panda Express. I ordered 2 bowls and 2 appetizers to try. Both bowls had chow mein noodles. Too many onions for my liking. I will order al a carte next time. The Orange chicken was delicious. The Broccoli beef was very disappointing. It came with literally 2 small pieces of beef and huge pieces of broccoli. Certainly Not like what is pictured on the menu. I will NOT order this again.
