If you haven't asked for a side of their sauce, please try it. It adds a lot of flavor to the meal, rice, lo mien, etc. I was very disappointed in the boneless spare ribs. The meat was not good. The marinade or whatever that was did not resemble spare ribs. In fact, it was so dry I had to spit it out. This is a busy take out place so I am hopeful the ribs were a one off - albeit I will never order them again.
