DO NOT ORDER VIA DOORDASH!!! They are on the DoorDash app but don't use it. Someone must have signed up for the service but won't activate it on their POS. The guy that answered was nice but told me they had no manager. A girl yelled at him to hang up the phone, which he did. To be fair, I left a review for DoorDash as well on their poor merchant monitoring and limited customer support. I am more disappointed in this Panda Express franchise because my interaction was so far off from the many other locations I've visited literally all over the country. Saw the reviews when I called to check on my order, so I requested the franchisee's contact info, not for a response, but just to bring such poor service to their attention. Me and my wife have been a big fan of this simple Chinese American food chain for a long time, visiting as frequently as 2 to 3 times a month. But over time we have seen a serious decline in the customer service and quantity of the food. And I am sure it has nothing to do with trade war with China. Sadly today's experience ensured it would be my last visit to this place. I ordered a bowl with chow main and honey walnut shrimp, paid $1.25 extra for the premium entree and received a small quantity of chow main and 6 shrimps. I politely, with a smile complaint to the cashier and she confirmed they serve 7 pieces at minimum. I opened the box and asked her to count and she insisted that one of the bigger pieces was actually 2 shrimps together. I am posting a photo of my order as well. Went to pick up my online order and it wasn't ready at the pickup time. They started preparing it after the cashier verified the name on the order. It took about 8 minutes to prepare my order...they basically prepared my order after everyone who was in line when I arrived. The manager took over wrapping up my order and the asked me for my name. Mind you the cashier told her it was my order. She looked at the receipt which clearly had my name on it and asked for the confirmation number. My name very uncommon so it's highly unlikely someone else would be there wIth the same name. I had my son falling to sleep on my shoulder and had to go to the car to get my phone in order to get my food. If it weren't for my son falling asleep I would've returned my order and found dinner elsewhere. read more

BE ON ALERT!! This Panda Express has an employee who is using their Credit Card machine to steal your information. I ate there today for the first time and their credit card machine took a very long time to charge my card. The girl behind the counter smiled and said it's being slow today. I didn't think anything of it until I was notified by my bank today that I had over $500 in changes from other local merchandise companies that I have not visited. I tried to call the store today report this and the store manager was not helpful. It's also frustrating that I have to place a "star" rating in order to place my comment on this site!! read more

This was my first time ordering from Panda West online. The food was average but they also prepared my order incorrectly. I looked at the receipt that was placed in the bag and it clearly said fried rice and chow mein, so why was I given white rice? They weren't out of fried rice because my other order had the correct side...fried rice. Disappointed. read more

Prices are pretty good for what you get, the only thing, is they need to give more meat, but damn restaurant's are never going to do that unless you go to those way high end places where you get those tiny portions. What I really like was that even though it was late in the evening the food was still hot and fresh and the staff was organized an friendly.

Panda Express provided Lo mien, orange chicken, broccoli and beef for a children's program at a local elementary school in Laurel. The kids loved the food. It was a hit. They also loved the fortune cookies. read more

I had THE WORST EXPERIENCE last night when I went to this location and it was all CUSTOMER SERVICE oriented! I arrived just before 9:30pm but I was not greeted right away. This was not because it was busy, in fact there were only about 4-5 people in there.. all seated. The girl behind the counter was just busy talking to her co-worker. When she did FINALLY recognize that I was standing there, I attempted to order but was told that I could not order what I wanted because the cook had already turned of the grease and it had cooled down. Trassshhh store policies! They actually, ROUTINELY, stop cooking food 30-45 minutes before they close in the evening. Last time I went, I got there 40 minutes before they closed and they were already out of food and refused to cook more. The Laurel location is a very busy store so if they cook it, people will buy it. Other than that, the food is good. read more

Manager was very responsive to customer. We were not satisfied with one of our items and it was quickly resolved. The store was very clean and orderly. The food was decent for a fast food chinese restaurant. Good choice is you want fast chinese food and are looking for a variety. Plenty of parking and easily accessible. I am so mad!!! I was grossly over charged... I got 2 small sides 1. Was bejing beef 2. Was angus steak and I ordered 1 egg roll. I was charged 10.90. The side boxes were super small kiddie sized.... The portions were large and you can get a large meal for around $8-9 dollars. I think this is a decent lunch place and I was surprised I actually like the food. I get the shiitake kale chicken breast and the grilled chicken teriyaki. I love grilled chicken teriyaki so that's probably why I gave this 3 stars. read more

This place is consistent in what they are cooking, it's nice to see who is making your food and where it is actually being made. I came in on a Friday one time during the day and so them scrubbing the floors in the kitchen. This to me shows great diligence to cleanliness which means they do the same in there cooking and service. I love Panda Express, however this location is not satisfying. The orange chicken was fatty and I was nervous to eat it. The staff was not very welcoming.
