Well, this is a bit of a mixed review. I have not ever had an experience at this location where I could barely eat the food. I was able to eat some, but not even an eighth of it due to the heat factor. I like Kung pow chicken because I do like heat, but I'm not sure what's going on and if they have a new chef or if someone spilled the chili peppers into my dish, but the heat was truly unbearable. I had to take a drink after every bite and I've pretty much given up and you can see below how much I have left in the bowl. The people at this location are super nice, but I did use the drive-through so I really couldn't speak to them about it although I may go back and try to figure out what happened as I hate to leave a mediocre review of a place that fast food wise for Chinese isn't too bad. Buyer beware. If you order something with any heat level at this location, I would specify the level you want so perhaps the chef can alter it. I do think they cook in big batches though so that may not be possible. I will not order this entrée again.!!! read more

I stopped for Wok Wednesday and get my two bowls. As I approached the cashier Layla. She said she was too busy to assist and wait. I told her I had the 2 for $15, but the app is having issues. She said connect to WiFi and step aside. No one behind me. I said it is acting slow. She said I cannot help you. I told her it was not a WiFi issue, but something else. As soon as the app started working I told her and scanned the code. She was the most unfriendly and non-helpful person I have seen in awhile. Her job is to assist not to turn away customers. She should not be in Customer Service with her bad attitude. read more

They don't have the food ready. Just visited the new Panda Express in Leander and had a really disappointing experience. We ordered orange chicken with super greens, but the greens had a strong chemical taste -- honestly inedible. We mentioned it to the manager, expecting at least an apology or that they'd check the batch, but she completely dismissed our concern and left the item on the line. We switched to steamed rice instead, and she still charged us for it. No apology, no acknowledgment, just poor customer service all around. Hoping management takes food quality and customer feedback more seriously going forward. read more

We loved Panda before we moved to LH but we have given this locations too many chances and today is the last straw. Countless times the chow main has been missing the sauce! The noodles were dry, we have had them "recook" our order and the noodles were the same! It's as if it wasn't mixed all through the noodles. The orange chicken was also very dry. I see why this location has a low score, it's not surprising at all. First and foremost, the guy at the window on 11/13/2025 at 5:30pm was a complete douchebag, if he worked for me I'd fire him. Totally unprofessional and argumentative. I ordered teriyaki chicken, you think the sauce would be an automatic. Nope, get home no sauce thanks stellar employee. I placed an online order with a pick-up time of 10.12am. When I got there, the doors were locked; I had to knock to get them to open, and the woman said, "your order is not ready." without asking for my name and seemed unhappy that I'm there. When I told her I wanted to cancel, she said she would ask her manager, she then closed the door and locked it again, leaving me to wait outside in the cold weather. I knocked on the door once more since I don't know what's going on and I think this time the manager or the owner who said that my food was still not ready. I asked him to cancel my order, and he promised to do so. If I didn't knock again no one would come out to talk to me I guess! The doors were still locked at 10.20 a.m. on Sunday, despite their scheduled opening time of 10:00 a.m. Employees were rude and disrespectful! They seemed mad at me because I ordered their food. By the way, I got the refund at 10.27am If you really want to eat Panda Express go to Whitestone, Ronald Reagan that's one is better customer service, the Whitestone/North bell not great either especially older women. read more

Today was my first time eating from this location. Some of the food was good but the steamed rice I got seemed either quite undercooked or it was old/stale and hard rice. I ended up throwing away all of my rice because it was just that terrible. I can't speak to the service since I didn't pick up the food. I'm willing to change my review if we try it again and the food improves but I rarely ever want Panda Express to begin with as the food is already only just meh to begin with...my husband is the one obsessed. read more

Manager was rude. kicked out a customer and an uber driver for complaining about the wait! Meanwhile - walk in customers would order, eat and leave! Ari was amazing! Her customer service was beyond my expectations. She deserves to be recognized for her hard work and appropriateness.

The manager Thomas Brady or Brady Thomas(he didn't seem to know what order they went in) is very unprofessional, rude and doesn't understand how customer service works. After ordering through the Panda Express app and items being forgotten by their 3rd party delivery service I was told I needed to reach out to the delivery service and have the driver get the items or I could come get them and it wasn't his responsibility because "door dash fucked up not us". Thankfully after reaching out to the corporate phone number I was able to get a refund and it taken care of by someone who is helpful and knowledgeable. Food was great! I especially liked the lo mein and orange chicken. I would get food from this location again.

Service was good and fast. But it was fast probably because the food must have been sitting under a heat lamp too long, it was very dry.

This new restaurant is poorly managed and the owner needs to clean house and get employees who actually care about customers! They are always out of food and they make you wait 20 minutes. The portions are tiny and loaded with vegetables! The food is overpriced which I get but you have made the portions so much smaller and loaded with fillers! Panda do better for your customers! It's pathetic and I'm getting tired of giving you guys more chances, I'm tired of being hungry after getting lunch from this location. Here are some pictures from my last order last week! Disappointed tonight. I love Panda. Today, used app as usual, it promised me a $5 discount if I used to bundled meals. Did it. No discount. Went to pick up my meal and they were 20 minutes late from the time the app said. I woud've stayed home longer. Got home, one entree was missing, the sauces were missing. All were on the receipt I got when I picked up the order. I would've like to complain on their website, but couldn't find where. Scanned the "How are we doing?" code and it wants a 6 digit order number and my online order number is 17 digits. Called the store and they wanted to give me the missing entree next time I come in. :( Would've rather had a refund on my credit card. Hopefully this was just a bad night. read more

I only order through DoorDash. The food in generally good. My issue is mainly with the fact that they never EVER give soy sauce or sweet and sour sauce in the bag. Doordash gives a option to add special instructions but Panda Express has it turned off/not available. Super annoying. As a business and a curtesy to your customers you should at least give one of each, so we can get the full experience. I have all these eggs rolls and nothing to dip them in. Really great service! Second time I've been to Panda Express. Some really great employees! Thomas, Riley, Missy and Frank were spot on with the recommendations! The food was great! The vibe was great! I don't make my way out to Liberty Hill much but this is definitely a place I would visit again! read more
