Check your receipts! These people intentionally charge you for special items and hope you don't check. I have posted receipts so you can see the flow chart. I noticed something was off with the cashiers facial expression. That prompted me to look at the screen that lists the items and she flipped through it so quickly it disappeared. I said hold on I didn't order all that stuff. She does it again. I say ok I want the receipt and she says she will put it in the bag. I pull it out and sure as shit she charged me for the special items I did not order. So I ask for a refund. She only refunds me the food not the side. Ok - I stay quiet and wait to see what she charges me the second round. She charges me for the whole thing. So I mention that I already paid for the side and wasn't refunded for it. I make her refund me for the side too. She canceled that order and re does it properly with what I actually ordered. What's the deal? I hate to say it but I have seen this scam before at these places. $3 a person possibly and nobody checks or complains? Not this girl. Update: After being intentionally overcharged multiple times, this is how they make it better? I have to purchase a two entree plate to get one entree free? We were shopping in the area and decided to get some dinner. My daughter chose panda express, she loves their orange chicken. This location is in a shopping area with plenty of parking the choose from. We entered the restaurant and waited in line to choose our entrees. The servers were friendly and the dishes were full. We were missing an item in our order that was delivered to us on a Sunday night. The management staff was so apologetic and went above and beyond to make it right the next day. He provided us with two entrees in addition to the item that was missing. Everyone makes mistakes but it's how you respond to them that makes the difference in service. We planned to eat in, but we're given takeout boxes and a bag (along with everyone in line), so people were eating the takeout at the tables - I'm not sure if this is normal for Panda Express but I wasn't a fan of it. We paid for soft drinks and everything but two choices were out and there was no ice. This seemed like more of an inconvenience rather than a decent meal. Basically felt rushed and like we were a bother to the staff, along with all the other customers. There is a parking lot, so that's nice considering it's in maple grove. Bad. Slow. Lazy. Mismanaged. This is the first Panda Express I have ever been at and it will probably be my last. Everything about this location is lackluster and everything that could have gone wrong basically did. Location: This Panda Express is tucked away behind Arbor Lakes in the back of a parking lot. It's easy to miss and I wish I did miss it. There's plenty of parking to use around this restaurant so if you end up here you won't have any trouble. Upon walking into the front door the line was already in the main doorway. It is cramped, not organized, and there is no flow to where you should be. The area for guests waiting to order is so small that it's almost seems like the person that designed the layout to this building was not expecting them get be busy at all. After you wait in line you get to order your food from a menu that is angled away from you so you can't see what you want or see what food there is to offer since the food wraps around the other side. It's such a poor layout that I find it hard to believe that someone actually approved it. Besides the ordering and paying being in complete dissaray the rest of the seating area looked fine. Not great but fine. After that the you have to exit from the main door area which may or may not be filled with other people being backlogged from ordering. Not a fun way to spend 40 minutes. Experience: I will be quick in saying this but in the end the experience here was horrible. Really slow line due to one worker taking orders, then checking them out, then taking one order, than checking them out, over and over again. There was one person working on a Saturday dinner rush! It was unexpected, unbelievable, and unfortunate. After waiting far too long I get up to order my food and since toy can't see around the corner to see what they have I just ordered what I wanted and they were out of it. Then I asked my second option and they were out of that. Then I asked for my third and they were out of that. How can you be out of so many options for a Saturday dinner rush? It goes back go me thinking that they just weren't expecting to be busy. After picking out what I had to get I paid and then left. It was a poor experience and not one I will soon forget. Overall: This Panda Express is just plain bad. Poor layout, poor workers, poor food management, poor time management, and was just leaving everything to be desired. The food i got wasn't bad, no better than Leeann Chin, so that's the only reason I'm giving it a 2 instead of a one. In the end I don't think I will ever come back to this location and I will not be recommending it to anyone I know. read more

I wanted some Panda Express so stopped here. Was kind of surprised they still don't have indoor dining but they had a few outdoor tables - which were not being kept clean. I place my whole order then told they have no ice or cold drinks. Ended up going next door to Naf Naf. Hopefully they get stuff figured out - love the teriyaki chicken there. read more

The establishment was not full, they also had markers on the floor to maintain social distancing. My only concern was the ability of the staff and the quality of the food. They had many workers there, but the food was not freshly cooked or filled. I felt I was receiving late night scraps, it was 7PM and they close at 9PM. With that being said the following day after eating refrigerated leftovers I got extremely sick. I imagine the food was sitting out a long time at the restaurant due to its scarcity, causing me to get sick. I don't recommend going here in the night time. Ordered through grub hub. Did not receive the drink I ordered-not a big deal- but the driver didn't care or even try to resolve it. Grubhub help took care of that. I started eating, three bites in I had pulled out 3 black hairs (I have long blonde curly hair...so not mine) one hair, whatever it happens but by the third I was getting kind grossed out. We have never been to Panda Express before but wanted to try something new. We each ordered the plate with 2 entrees and one side. My chow mein was cold and had no taste, the egg roll and shrimp were warm. My husband had fried rice it was also tasteless, orange chicken and seczhaun beef. They were also cold. When we were going to bring home our leftovers they would only give us one take out container. The floor hadn't been swept, the tables weren't wiped off, the garbage was full and there was spilled pop in front of the pop machine. I don't like booths so we ended up sitting near the bathrooms. This restaurant is not very close to us but we were hungry for good Asian food and have found it at Panda Express in the past. When we arrived at we looked at our options - there was NO options. The Asian noodles were out, as was the vegetables, leaving only fried rice. There were no entree's other than Kung Pao Chicken (which is too spicy for me) and Orange Chicken. We usually pick the two-entree choice but since there weren't two to choose from, we selected the Orange Chicken with Fried Rice. By then the noodles had been replenished. The young man at the counter was sullen and couldn't have cared less that there were no other options. The girl at the check out told us they weren't very busy so they weren't making food. There were at least 6 - 8 people in line. Seemed kind of busy to me. Then imagine my distress when I got home to eat my Orange Chicken (which I like) to find it was really General Chicken (which is way too spicy for me! Went to panda today with my bf and we ordered 2 entrees each with a side of kung pao chicken our total was 29 dollars i was shocked it shouldnt be that much then once i pay i look at my receipt he charged me 8 dollars for a side of chicken when my 2 entree was only 7.50. I tried to get my money hack and the kid didnt know what he was doing then i tried to get passion tea none was ever made and the soda machine wasnt turned on and the employees didnt know how to turn it on and my food was not hot at all VERY DISAPPOINTED had to teach the kid how to get my money out of the register and teach them how to turn on the soda machine and the floors was disgusting!!!! I was not impressed with our trip here. The staff did not seem to want to help us. They didn't have many options and told us we could wait 15 minutes for more options. The chow mein was overly oily. We were here for over 15 minutes and there were no new entrees placed out. The staff was taking turns sitting down and the rest were huddled in the corner on their phone. Vegetables are never cooked correctly. They are either cold and sitting out forever, or rushed and not properly steamed. I have been frustrated each time I have gone there. Love going here to get my quick to eat Chinese food. Came in the other day for my favorite entree, I believe her name was Anita that was taking my order. She said 5-7 minute wait for it to grill. I said that's fine. I will wait. It's been over 20 minutes and I still haven't gotten my entree. I was very frustrated and disappointed (and they started noticing me looking over and walking by, that's why they hurried more) since I had somewhere I needed to be, considering I'd only wait 7 minutes, I agreed to wait. I went here yesterday to grab some dinner and eat there. From the moment I approached the counter I could tell the employees could care less about me and what I needed didn't say even hi or asked what I wanted I had to be the one to speak basically the whole time pretty frustrating the guy putting my food together looked miserable the girl helping him was basically in the same boat. When I went to pay I used cash I gave the cashier the change/coins she didn't wanna take it I couldn't believe what I was seeing I had to push it on her she had to ask for help in how to enter the change portion really people didn't she get trained enough to know how to do that? My boyfriend ordered a pop for the machine it tasted like crap not sweet at all waste of money. While I was eating my food I was watching other customers do their orders I could see they were given the same treatment one guy was towards the end of line close to paying I could hear him say pretty loud because he was upset like me "but I would like some more food!"
