I made an online order on their website, which stated it would be ready for pickup at 12:55pm today. Not only was it not ready by 12:55, they hadn't even started on my order when I arrived at the pickup counter. Of course they ran out of certain items, which online ordering is supposed to eliminate as an issue. I didn't end up getting my food until 1:11pm, most of which was cold and greasy due to waiting in a container for 16 minutes. This was unacceptable. The rice also ended up being crunchy. So I've been here a few times my boyfriend loves the place, but every time I've been here I have had a bad experience with the rice it's either been over cooked, undercooked, or old! Literally every time I have been to this location,but besides that everything else is good. Placed on online order for the sake of convenience, arrived and there was no Beijing beef or beef and broccoli, so the orders weren't ready when we got there 5 minutes after it said they were. We had to first substitute part of order while we waited for the rest to be made. 20 minutes later we were given cold food and assured that it wasn't cold. I may he grasping at straws now but also we're not given any fortune cookies and 2 packets of soy sauce for a $20 order. So less than optimal service to say the least. read more

The customer service is nice, I'm greeted when I would walk in the door with a "welcome". The chow mein and rice are always good. The beef and brocoli is my favorite thing on the menu. I feel the place is getting more expensive, so if you're able to pay $10+ for a plate then this might be the place for you. I had the orange chicken and the Beef and broccoli with fried rice. I was EXTREMELY hungry so i'm not sure if that has much to do with it. I wanted thier lo mein but the noodles looked so dry! Man do they pile on the food here. They gave me more Panda than I knew what to do with. Everything seemed fresh and was still hot when I got home. They asked all the right questions and didn't just throw sauce all over everything. The workers were even making some jokes they seemed happy. My family loves the fresh food selections and friendly service. What we continue to experience at PE restaurants is the lack of available food to fill orders! This is an operational problem with proper staffing to peak traffic patterns. Come on team Panda, help your front line employees who take the heat from your customers. Stopped by for lunch around noon the line was reaching the door, but it moved fairly smoothly and by the time I got to the counter I was in and out. I got the chow mein with teriyaki chicken and an egg roll. My meal came out to be 7.something and overall my food was good. The chow mein was mostly cabbage, but they're portion was huge and the chicken was mainly grilled chicken unless you had extra sauce. The restaurant was pretty clean, employees just trying to get everyone in and out in a timely manner not in any way particularly enthusiastic thought. The only real big issue is getting to this location. Always traffic, always construction, always millions of cars trying to get to i75. Overall good location. This location rarely has fresh entrees. Today their entrees had all sat 20-40 minutes. They plate your food then leave it to get cold whilst they prepare another entree which they run out of. Usually have to wait 7 minutes plus for them to prepare something fresh. Inefficient and poor staff. read more

Food is tasty and they give you a lot of it. It is a step above your hole in the wall Chinese takeout. Less greasy too. It's a decent lunch spot. Try the teriyaki chicken. read more

One of the best Panda Express I've been too. I usually never eat here, ever. Shockingly I took a look at the food and decided to give it a shot. It definitely wasn't as bad as all the other ones outside the area. I absolutely LOVE their food here. It is always so fresh and the service is usually great. Today i walked in at 8:00pm and there was barely any food left. The lady said the kitchen closes at 8pm and that the restaurant closes at 930. She said people dont usually walk in during this time.
