Food is decent most of the time...however the wait is horrendous at this location plus Parking Sucks!

Finally a fast food Chinese restaurant in the Yuba-Sutter area. If you have been to a Panda Express then you know what to expect, decent food without MSG and reasonably priced. If you need a fix fried rice, chow mein, pot stickers, etc this is the place to go. If you want something fancier then it's Chinese restaurant instead of this place. I had the fried rice, egg plant, and sweet and sour chicken plus a drink for $7.40 not bad and no MSG after taste. Plus, if you need more sodium intake there's those little soy sauce packets on the counter. read more

Not a big fan of Panda and sadly this one isn't any different. The staff is friendly but as far as the food goes, not so much. I like Chinese food but Panda is pretty much only sweet and sour. Seriously. The menu is just different meats in sauce. With so many wonderful Chinese places in Marysville I'd rather go elsewhere. Plus, chains like this compete with local businesses. I called door dash they said its the restaurants fault which make sense. So i called the store again and asked to speak to manager. While the staff was nice and the facility was clean, the food was terrible. The rice was positively flavorless and the orange chicken was all breading and no chicken. The only thing remotely close to satisfying was the cream cheese rangoons and at $2 for just 3 lousy bites they were hardly worth it. Never going again! read more

I'm glad that Panda came to Marysville. The food is consistent and quality can be expected from this restaurant. As far as fast food Chinese, this place is great! Many of the dishes have similar sauces. The Orange Chicken is a safe bet, it's delicious! Sometimes they put a little too much sauce, but it's usually on spot. My absolute favorite dish is the Eggplant Tofu. But irritatingly, they have replaced it with Eggplant with Green Beans. If they were to bring that back, I'd give them 5/5 stars. Literally had no food at 9:30 except for chow mein, rice, and two chicken options and one of the chicken options was dried out and taste like it had been sitting there forever. My team and I found ourselves here after the last league tennis match of the season. We needed a good pick me up since we had just lost...lol Fortunately for us, this was a good place to come together and regroup as a team. The place was neat and clean and the decor, as with any Panda branch was bright, colorful, and eye catching. I always think to myself...I want to steal those darned lanterns and put them in my house! Lol The staff were polite, quick, and efficient with their work. The entrees were kept full and they looked really appetizing. This branch was very spacious too, so I really liked that aspect of it. It was located in a small shopping plaza right next to a CVS and a Starbucks, so that too was convenient to a few of us who were craving some much needed caffeine. The food is great here no matter what you order. I advise you to be prepared for the less fortunate to be frequently sitting outside the window and doors...they are all nice but awaiting any unwanted goodies. I love Panda Express, but this particular location can't seem to get things right. I have attempted two times to order online from this Panda and both times the staff have not only gotten the order wrong, we also end up waiting a rather long time to pick up our food past the predicted "ready for pick up" time estimated by the website. I placed on an online order around 6:48pm and the website gave an estimated ready for pick up time of 7:22pm. My husband spent 45 minutes at Panda to pick up the food because it took the serving staff twenty minutes to acknowledge him and then another twenty-five minutes to attempt to fix the order (which they still got wrong, but my husband was too flustered to realize.) We don't eat at Panda often and this is the only location that isn't more than fifteen minutes away, but we won't be returning. read more

I visit Panda Express in Marysville , CA frequently. The customer service is always outstanding and the food is always fresh. They can be a little stingy with the portion sizes at times. I order the Sweet Fire Chicken Breast, which I prefer over the Orange Chicken because you actually get delicious chicken as opposed to breaded sauce. My plate had mostly pineapples rather than the Chicken Breast. I returned to the counter and the lady behind the counter added more chicken. Other than that I have no complaints. But for the past 4 times I've ordered there, they've messed up every single order and it only ever happens at this specific Panda Express. My wife and I visited the restaurant at the dinner hour a week or so ago. We drive from Live Oak to Marysvl because we enjoy the food there. It's usually very busy and we have to race to get in line. We love the honey walnut shrimp and the mushroom chicken. The service and selections are always good and if something is running out they always fill it. On this visit one of the servers really stood out. Her name was Teeda. She was amazing. Very friendly and so helpful with our selections. She has a great personality. Also I noticed a young man cooking and doing prep. He was amazing also. I don't remember his name but it had a lot of ooo's in it. Thanks again Teeda for the awesome service. read more

I would really like to know what your guys policy is for the covid. Cause my family an I tried to get food there. There was a 4 year old in front of us an 13 or 14 year old not wearing a mask but I had a shirt over my mouth an nose an got told it be actual mask over my mouth an nose. But u guys have lost our business with you an we have been coming here for years I am deeply disappointed in this company for this. My son had his mask on an he is 4 as well. If my family had to be kicked out for me not having a mask than the other two families kicked out as well. Its a 3 ring circus if its busy! Line was horrible! Too many people behind counter, but nobody knew what they were doing. Their business hours are wrong it says they open at 10.00 Am and close at 10.00 PM we waited outside their door for 15 minutes just to be told they don't open till another 30 minutes. Take in mind if your on time in the morning you'll probably wait outside for 30-45 minutes. Just waited in line for 25 minutes and had the server box up $30 worth of food only to have them tell us when we got to the cashier that they're not taking cards, only cash, due to card machines being down. Place was packed. Put a sign on the door, or tell newcomers the situation. Don't let people stand in line for almost a half an hour. I like Panda Express. Enough to where I eat there a few times a month. On today's visit however, I don't know that I'll be back any time soon. I placed my order online, paid online. Came in AFTER the time the app said to come and get the food and it was not ready. No problem, I thought I can wait a few. 17 minutes later I am told my 1 of the 3 appetizers I ordered was not done and it would be another 7 minutes. I declined to wait any longer for the food. I was offered another appetizer, (which I declined) and a free small drink (which I didn't get). I was hoping I'd get my money back for the appetizer, but no. Not only that but the other appetizers and the remaining food was cold. I should have received fresh food since I had to wait for it, but I didn't. Very, Very disappointed with this transaction. If you like Panda Express, this newly opened restaurant is pretty much the same as any other. Friendly staff. Good food. I personally enjoy the "wok smart" menu items, and knowing that there isn't any msg in my Chinese food. Will visit again. =) read more

Celebrating my husbands birthday with 30 people over for a backyard pool party. I didn't want to be cooking during this festive occasion, so we decided to have it catered by Panda Express. Went in to find out more about there catering service, spoke with manager Sandy. Sat us down, went over the entire menu, helped us with food choices, and amounts. She was so pleasant and knowledgeable. On the day of the party, food was ready and waiting for pick up. Everyone loved it, many good healthy tasty food choices. Serving sizes were huge, had lots of left overs, which we packed up for our guests to take home! Party was a big success and I didn't have to cook a thing! Located on top of an old crack head motel that was demolished. This place is one of the better looking fast food chain places. The food, it was pretty meh.
