This is a good place to eat if you are hungry, in this location they still serve food like in the old days , but be prepared to wait in line for a long time ... Talking about line , I wanted to avoid it, so I order online , I saw the message after I order , they said 5:58, I was like what ? It was 5:28 .. 30 minutes , no wait really ? Nothing really that stands out on a chain but for the area, the food is pretty decent compaired to others. The inside stays fairly clean, though sometime several table might be dirty. I have always received larger portions of food, maybe cause they think im hott, but i am pleased with more food. I am usually very happy with this establishment, however I went in today and ordered their new Angus Steak dish which is delicious. This time though the replaced the asparagus in the dish with red pepper. Asparagus is one of the reasons you have to pay an extra dollar per serving. I was incredibly upset by the fact that the cook didn't know what he was doing and then just laughed at the mistake he made after I had ordered two servings. This definitely hurts my confidence in the restaurant. Might be giving more of my business to Dragon Inn down the street after this bad experience. I don't even know where to start, yesterday we decided to stop by Panda Express in Marysville for dinner and first thing that was so wrong and not to say it's an OSHA violation the lady helping me went to the cash register and was counting money with her gloves on and she does not change her gloves or anything after grabbing money and continues to work the line touching food etc... I had to tell her that she needed to change her gloves because she touched money. Like come on, I don't even work there and it's common sense! After, I told her that she needed to change her gloves you could tell she didn't like that and was treating me different. After getting our order we noticed that our order was completely wrong so I went back inside so they can fix it. To finish it up..once we got on the road my son noticed there was hair on the Beef & Broccoli. That ruined everyone's appetite! We usually like Panda Express but this location is hit or miss. The food is fairly consistent but often not hot. We make large family feast orders so we need to call in or order online to avoid clearing out the buffet line. The phone is never answered so we were happy that the online option became available. But that only works half the time. Tonight was the third time in the past few months that we ended up choosing a different restaurant because we couldn't get through on the phone or online. (Like over half hour trying both) I get that they are busy and but it has definitely been frustrating enough that we won't keep trying. read more

If I could do zero stars I would. I usually don't write reviews but damn it what happened makes me mad and had ramifications that can not be resolved. My family and I have been going here since they opened and the food is usually good. Last night my wife, my 1 year old daughter, and I got a quick dinner at Panda Express after grocery shopping. The food was good. My wife had gotten the bejing beef with orange chicken and chow mein. I ordered the orange chicken and black pepper chicken with white rice; a very regular combination for me. We shared our food with our daughter because she had a lot of snacks at the grocery store. I woke up the next day earlier than I usually do with sharp stomach pains and nausea. Needless to say and spare the gross details, I had gotten food poisoning. The only thing different I had than my wife and daughter was the black pepper chicken. Thank God my wife who is pregnant and my 1 year old didn't get sick; since I did share my food with them. I have been in bed all day. I was unable to go to work. Which I can't afford to miss right now. I am also unable to help my wife watch my daughter and do the heavy lifting and bending over that my wife can not do right now. My wife had called them this morning and told her that they will file an incident report about what had happened. That's not good enough. I will never be returning to this location ever again due to one person's crucial mistake. I worked in the restaurant business as a manager for 3 years and one thing you do not mess up is cooking the food properly and preventing cross contamination!
