Terrible food. Terrible service. Terrible, terrible, terrible. Here's what happened: - We ordered at 12 am and picked up at 12:20. We were not the only cars picking up or ordering at the drive thru. There were other cars. The whole store ended up closing early at 12:30 instead of 1. If they couldn't adequately accommodate our order, they should've refunded us or cancelled it. We would've been happy to go to BK or starve. - I had two custom wraps/burritos and both were made regularly without extra grilling, etc. - I ordered a cheesy fiesta potato and they sprinkled potatoes on top of tortilla chips to fill up the packaging. Barely any potatoes! - I ordered a LARGE nacho fry and they substituted it for a small side of tortilla chips WITHOUT letting us know or refunding us. When we went back to discuss this, they basically told us they were closed. - EVERY single wrap/burrito was under filled and sloppily done. They struggled to wrap them, pierced one of the burritos and everything was basically the tortilla. Imagine tortilla with hot sauce and cheese in it, that's basically what we got. read more

I hate to post something so negative but my bf and I were coming back from a Jonas brother concert and we were starving because we decided to get food after that wasn't so expensive. So we get to the tacobell around 12:10 waited 40 min in the drive thru. We had placed a mobile order while waiting in the drive thru line and when we pulled up 10 min later they had said my order was not received. They had to enter it manually again and I showed them my receipt and the order number. So they made it, but when they gave us the bag and we made the mistake of pulling out right away, cuz there was so many people behind us. We were missing 4 things!! Not okay for how long we waited and how our mobile order got lost? We were missing my crunchy taco, my large water, his chicken chipotle melt and burrito. When we were there the first time, The staff seemed friendly and we were out with our order super quick. Everything was clean and floors had just been mopped. NO PROBLEMS AT ALL!!! This is what passes for a crunchy taco and a Grande Double Stacker. The taco was mostly shell and lettuce. Extremely little meat. The double stacker is all tortilla with very little meat and cheese. Having drive thru only service really lets them make your order anyway they want because you can't get inside to complain and you sure don't want to get back in the drive thru line that just took 25 minutes to get through the first time. I haven't had any issues until recently with this location. Things have been terrible EVERY TIME I go through and get food. I say no tomatoes I get home and my stuff has extra tomatoes. Food has been forgotten several times and my last visit before today I ordered a $5 chalupa box and get the wrong burrito inside (They gave a bean burrito). Today I open up my bean burrito to eat and it's pure tortilla with barely any beans and I'm pretty sure no sauce or cheese. I'm like, "Alright whatever I'm going to eat my taco." I open it up and it's crap. Hardly ANYTHING AT ALL in it. I'm not sure what's going on with this location in the past two months but this is ridiculous.
