Me and my coworker went today after work, thinking it was gonna be delicious burgers because of the Yelp stars they have not at all the place is not clean looks really dirty the staff is not welcoming at all. Stopped here on a roadtrip and we felt it must be good because the yelp reviews/rating and the line we saw when we got there. The outside looked a little sad and the inside was not very clean. The staff was okay. Seems like they were not happy to be there, just wanted to take our order fast and move on. I understand, they had a long line. I got the deluxe cheeseburger meal and it was pretty good. For the price, the portion could have been better. It could have used more sauce but it tasted fresh. The fries could have used some salt and had more of them but they offer frosties, shakes and ice cream soft serve which was nice but we didn't get any. read more

Came in to try somewhere new since we are new to the area. From the outside it looks run down but it is fine it gives it character. They had some tables in the shaded area but most looked broke. We went inside and they have seating. We ordered and the gentleman taking our order was awesome excellent and very nice. The food came out quick and it was flavorful and delicious. Even my picky husband said he wouldn't mind coming back. They have shakes and ice cream that looked yummy. Not a bad gem to find. read more

This place used to be a Marysville community landmark or as a hallmark of the neighborhood when it was A&W-Frosty Freeze. As with the similarity to the DQ Chill & Grill in Yuba City. All Families came here for quality food, friendly service, and that classic small-town charm. Unfortunately, that feeling is gone. We spent $30 to $40 on simple meals with costing more for extras, and the food just didn't live up to the memories. The fish fillet was bland, and being charged extra for tartar sauce felt unnecessary and disappointing. Even the ketchup tasted weird... but these small details speak volumes about how far standards have slipped. The building could use a fresh look and facelift. This used to be a place you were proud to bring your family to. Now it feels like corners are being cut everywhere -- food quality, supplies, and customer care. This review isn't written out of spite, but out of disappointment. Many of us remember when this spot was something special. If management wants to win back longtime customers, it starts with respecting the legacy: better ingredients, fair pricing, cleaner presentation, and genuine hospitality. Bring back the pride, the quality, and the care that once made this place a local favorite. Super fun little place to stop and grab a quick lunch. We were in town heading up to a football game and I was beyond thrilled to see the million options for the milkshake flavors! Sadly, a milkshake wasn't in the cards for me that day, but I did order my other favorite and American classic, a BLT. My son got fish and chips Both dishes looked delicious when they came out and I quickly scarfed mine down. Could've used a little more mayonnaise, but this isn't the Ritz Carlton and I was pleased. even though our family is a huge fan of fish and chips, my son was not liking the entrée today. My husband tasted it to see and for some reason they just tasted a little off. He gently asked the lady behind the register if we could get something different and she quickly made us a cheeseburger and fries at no charge! The staff is polite and quick. This is a DQ style set up and has a few booths to sit in which is recommend if you're getting ice cream. I had a to go order and they were very nice to have not made the ice cream until I arrived. That was awesome as most places don't care if your ice cream melts. I also ordered a BLT on sourdough that was very delicious. I can't comment on the fries as I didn't eat them till they were cold. Wouldn't be a fair representation. Be warned the ice cream is soft serve. This is not necessarily a bad thing but with all the flavors of milk shakes you may be confused. Anyway, I would definitely come here again. The burgers are good. The milkshakes are great. I love their milkshake, special and strawberry shortcake milk.

We love a good mom and pop frosty but this one is such a miss. The service was quick, I will give them that but that's where it ends. The sauce on the burgers was tangy, I think it's supposed to be a thousand island sauce but it was not good, the pickles were soft and bitter, and the bun was stale. The fires were okay but could have been cooked longer. The ranch was horrible, worst than any bottle ranch I've ever had. Frosty's are supposed to have the best ranch! I had such high hopes for this place but we will definitely not be back to give it another try, too expensive for that. read more

The food is typical fast diner. The burger was actually very good--I'm sure it was frozen based on all the other comments but it didn't taste like it. The onion rings were pretty good. Value was not great for the area--about $14 for a regular burger, onion rings and a fountain drink. Service was pretty good and the food was prepared quickly. Really peaceful outdoor seating area, or as peaceful as you can get right next to a highway. I was kicking myself for not checking in while I was there for the free shake. Maybe we should have know better but we showed up here at 7:03PM on a Friday night. The dining room was locked and the ordering windows were closed as well even though we could see that there were people inside working. Next thing we knew someone was scrambling to open one of the ordering windows and I asked her what time they close and she rudely responded that they're open until 8:00PM. I asked her if you're open until 8:00PM why is the dining room closed. She replied that they're open until close the dining room at 7:00PM so that they have time to clean it before closing. Umm, Isn't that something that would normally be done AFTER closing hours? I asked her if they have any outdoor seating and she again rudely responded no. So unfortunately we didn't get to place an order as we sure aren't going to sit in the car and eat, so we went to the Habit instead and had a really good burger fries and a shake. My first food eaten here was in 1964 when my dad put us boys to work, picking peaches and prunes and getting paid by the ton. I'm going to start with the one small downside: the indoor dining area closes at 7:00. Otherwise, great burgers (the pastrami burger is my favorite) at a very fair price. DO NOT GO HERE!!! I'm active duty military and the way how I was treated was very unprofessional. The manager lady is a straight up asshole to military personnel even tho I went there after work in uniform on my way home. She treated my pregnant wife very badly. She asked for a sundae and she said what flavor and said vanilla and she gave us a soft serve vanilla ice cream instead of a sundae that has chocolate syrup. Then when my wife went there to ask for chocolate syrup on it one of her employees told her that's chocolate. If she order chocolate sundae then it would be chocolate ice cream with chocolate syrup. Regardless on what flavor ice cream should be with chocolate syrup. We definitely won't be back. Customer service was terrible. The family owned restaurant has locals working here, they seem to be honest and respectful. We are not from around Marysville this review might reflect it I'm not trying to be stuck up or anything but we stopped here driving back from a baseball tournament we were excited to try it. First off I just ordered $35 worth of food off you don't charge me a dollar for a cup of ice for my dog OK, please! especially when I can just go get it from the vending machine for that reason I did not tip you. There was hair all over the catch-up gross. The mini corndogs was literally a couple of corn dogs just chopped up. The french fries were over cooked. I was smiling at you even though I was completely grossed out and I smiled when you charge me a dollar for ice and I said no THANK YOU and I simply went to the machine and got ice and then went back for my drink. you don't do that in this country you don't charge for little things like that when someone just bought a bunch of stuff from you. I get it if I just came and literally asked for some ice, sure then charge me a dollar or whatever but not when they've already ordered food from you.
