Haven't had Panda Express for years because I don't like how stingy they have got over the years. This time, same flavors and same small portions. I like still the orange chicken a lot.

I tried to stop in here to grab a quick bite, but the food was less than desirable. Staff were either conversing with one another or regular customers so they weren't attentive to customers. You couldn't pay me to take one of those premade tea cups and drink the contents. They looked disgusting. I wanted an egg roll originally, but as you can see from my picture they were a train wreck. I was desperate so I decided to risk it and get spring rolls instead because they looked good. They were not warm and the sweet and sour sauce packet they gave me was sticky and gross which matched the business so I'm not surprised. Overall, I'd recommend you eat literally anywhere else in the mall.

Orange chicken is always a good lunch idea. Fast, quick, and easy. Packaging could be done more carefully since the sauce started leaking into the bag. The new spicy bourbon chicken is also pretty good, but not very spicy. Good reliable and consistent lunch.

    Way too little Broccoli Beef

I think I'm supposed to get a little more Broccoli Beef, correct? It's supposed to be a bowl of beef and broccoli with rice underneath. What the fuck happened to this shit?

Got two kids meals for my kids. Was shocked to see the lady put ONE scoop of rice. ONE. And ONE scoop of orange chicken. I said excuse me but shouldn't you fill up the box? She nastily said no, you want more, you pay for it. I was IN SHOCK. Because I go to the Columbia mall Panda Express all the time as well as the Glen Burnie Panda Express. They both completely fill and overflow your rice and chicken. For 7 dollars each the box should be full. We had to get more food afterwards because my poor kids were still hungry. And that's after waiting 30 minutes in line for it. I really could not believe how unprofessional this woman was. And how rude. As a family of 6, we definitely will not ever go to that Panda Express again. Good luck to anyone who does. Make sure you eat beforehand. And don't drop your fork! They probably won't give you another one. Pictures provided.

Stopped here for a quick lunch. It wasn't crowded so service was fast. Had orange chicken over fried rice. That and a bottle of water was under $10 so I thought that was reasonable. Food tasted good and the portion was filling. The entire place was very tidy. I'd say this is a decent place for a quick lunch.

The worst place ever! I ordered family meal to go. Came back home and found out each container was only half full! So ridiculous! The people there also have very bad attitude! Ugh! If I can gave 0 star, they defile deserve it!

I jumped straight to this stir fried lamb that I saw in the authentic side of menu. It was amazing! So much flavor in the lamb, app the veggies were so crisp and clean. The cilantro added so much freshness. The portion size for the price was GREAT! All in all this was a high quality lunch and I am definitely returning for more! 4.7/5

Filling up water, dropping off food, moving around. They were bilingual and they easily switched between English and Chinese. Wife is Chinese and I can only speak English. The ambiance of the place is higher than a mom and pops but less than a chain. They didn't overdo it on the interior but that's fine. The food matters the most. The La zi Ji was nice and crisp with a bit of ma la. Nothing overpowering and really good fried chicken thighs. The Japanese egg tofu was nice and savory. They added pork for flavoring. I would say it's probably the second best Japanese egg tofu dish I tried in the area. The eggplant was cooked all the way through and was soft and flavorful. The price for the dishes were only about a dollar more expensive than what I would find in Rockville/Gaithersburg, but still reasonable. I would come back to try it out again. Plenty of parking on the square.

I got the spicy pork soup dumplings, because I love spicy foods. The soup was savory, but I wouldn't consider it spicy, perhaps my tolerance for spice is a bit high. My wife hadbthe beef soup which was very good, the beef was very tender. My daughter had the crab meat and pork soup dumplings. Everything was very savory and full of flavor, I just wish my spicy pork dumpling had a kick to it, perhaps putting some chili crisp on the sidez but I would prefer a really spicy soup inside the dumpling. Service was fast, which was impressive given this was their soft opening. The ambiance is that of a food court, but 2 of the vendors are not open yet so I think once all the vendors are open it will become more of a bustling food hall.

My son and I were looking for a snack so we got Chicken Fried Rice & an app of Garlic Cucumbers. Took 10-15 mins to get the food cause its made to order. Thats a good thing. The fried rice came out hot and fresh. The chilled garlic cucumbers in a plastic reuseable take away box. First the garlic cucumbers. It's basically sliced cucumbers with garlic, sesame seed oil, pinch of salt and cilantro. Not a whole lot of flavor but it is cold and refreshing. Missing sour, sweet, spicy and salty. I asked for chili oil. It helped a bit but not much. 6/10 The chicken fried rice looked good. Some veggies like diced carrots, shitake mushrooms, shallots, bean sprout and slices of dry chicken breast. Again, nothing special. No wok hei and not a lot of seasoning of flavor. Although its better than a fried rice that is too salty. The seating area was spacious but not huge. It was clean though. Overall, it was kinda pricey. $15 for fried rice and $10 for cucumbers. This isn't a mom and pop shop so I expected more from a chain. Maybe chef had bad day but if this is the norm, there are better places to eat. Maybe should have gotten the dumplings? Saw the prices and cringed. Overall 3.5/5, not 3.

First order: chicken lo mein, general tso's, and the hot chili pork wontons. The lo mein was delicious... chicken super tender, perfectly done. But the wontons were the real standout for me. I hadn't tried that style before and wow, so flavorful and tender! The general tso's was the one miss for me, not bad but not my favorite rendition of the dish, and the white rice was just okay. Did any of that stop me from ordering again days later? Absolutely not! Second order: we swapped in the mongolian chicken and the hot chili pork dumplings and this was the upgrade we needed. The mongolian chicken was SO good... again incredibly tender, tons of onions, deeply flavorful. And the dumplings? Perfection. The filling is more evenly dispersed throughout than the wontons, making every bite perfectly balanced with the pork and chili oil. Even the rice was better this time around, not sure what changed but I'm not asking questions! We've been dreaming about this meal ever since and genuinely cannot wait to order again. I always appreciate good food that is easily accessible without struggling to find parking while out and about with two young kids. We ordered various items from the menu: - Chicken Leg Noodle Soup - My kids loved this. The soup is flavorful and portions are large so perfect to split among two kids. - Pork Soup Dumplings - Solid option, soup broth inside the dumplings was delicious. - Scallion Pancakes - Deliciously fried to perfection. The menu hits two lanes perfectly: bold, soul-warming noodle soups and dry noodles loaded with zesty mix-ins that slap just as hard. The flounder with sour pickled cabbage noodle soup is the move if you want something that's simultaneously bright, funky, and deeply comforting. The spicy beef brisket in golden soup is pure richness -- the kind of broth you'd drink straight if no one was watching. On the dry noodle side, the Chongqing dry noodles bring the heat and the complexity you want from that style. Don't sleep on the small eats. Han Palace has one of the largest all-day dim sum menus in Northern Virginia, so it has been my go-to dim sum restaurant for about six years. Unfortunately, today's experience ended that relationship. When me and my family arrived in the evening and were seated immediately. Within a minute, our server asked if we were ready to order. When I said we needed a little more time, she visibly appeared annoyed. After quickly deciding as a family, I placed our order. Because I studied Chinese as a second language, I sometimes order dishes in Chinese. In my experience, servers either appreciate the effort or simply take the order without issue. This time was very different. The server seemed irritated that I was ordering in Chinese. I switched to ordering by the menu item numbers while pointing directly at the dishes because I thought there might be a misunderstanding. Surprisingly, she insisted that I order using the dish names instead. Had the experience ended there, I would have chalked it up to an awkward miscommunication. Unfortunately, it got worse. Less than 30 seconds after taking our order, two dishes arrived. The speed made me wonder whether the food had already been sitting out. The steamed pork buns were so dry that one had cracked open, and the shrimp dumplings were mushy and stuck firmly to the paper liner. I was later surprised to see another reviewer describe a similar experience several months ago. After dropping off the food, the server walked over to a colleague and began speaking in Chinese. They repeatedly looked directly at me while discussing my attempt to order in Chinese. Since I understand the language, it was clear that she was complaining about me. This happened several times while the restaurant was relatively empty. Each time, she returned to the same spot to continue the conversation, with her colleague looking directly at me. After the third time, I asked for the check because I wanted to leave. Paying premium prices for disappointing food is one thing; having the staff openly criticize you while you're dining is another. As we were leaving, I heard the server mutter, "What's his problem?" I will not be returning. I understand that everyone has a bad day, but the combination of poor food quality and unprofessional service made this one of the worst restaurant experiences I've had in years. I hope this review helps others make an informed decision before dining here.
