It's been a long time since I've tried Panda Express and unfortunately this place fell a little short. The first time I ever tried Panda Express was in NorCal and I instantly fell in love with the place. Fast food chinese with the options ready to select. If you remember Wong Key (a classic Norman Campus Staple) the function is almost the same. The problem is the quality doesn't even come close to prices! The location is fairly new but they don't offer a curbside or a drive thru option for online ordering. You either have to go through the drive thru to place your order. The food itself was very bland and boring. Even the fried rice wasn't very good. The eggrolls were mushy and soggy on the inside. Maybe if this is the last option for Chinese and you have no other choice, you might consider it. But until they kick up the quality of the food, there really isn't a reason to go out of your way to eat here. read more

I was going to call the restaurant and complain, but looking at the reviews a big part of the issue here is most likely due to poor management. Went through the drive thru and was told noodles were 5 min wait. That's fine. I was thinking well that's okay they'll just be more fresh. Food was finally brought out to me and the employee nearly threw the food at me. I realized it was missing an item so I tried to tell her. She hurried away even as I'm trying to get her attention. Go inside and see a pretty full kitchen looking to be adequately staffed, but still absolute chaos. No one is happy, everyone looks confused, and there looking irritated and absolutely miserable is the employee I dealt with. I waited quite a while and finally another employee helped me. Something is wrong with this location. I never have a bad experience at any other. The employee was not wearing a name tag but was younger with black hair. Very thankful her dollar tree eyelashes didn't fall off into my food. No one likes to work, it's not my fault you hate your job. If the pay or management is so terrible, find something you don't hate. I just wanted to enjoy my overpriced $10 plate of microwaved Americanized Chinese food. So I tried this panda again, and was disappointed AGAIN. The beef and honey sesame chicken were actually fresh but didn't have any flavor and then the chow mein noodles were soooo soggy and sticky. Very disappointing and disgusting. I have no idea how this place is still open. I thought "hey, there's a long line here so maybe something has changed" but I should've known to not get food here and should've stuck with something else. Every single time I come to this location they are missing more than half of the menu which is ridiculous since it is always around 6:00 pm. When you ask if they are making any more all you get is attitude from the workers. No one here is ever friendly and always act like it is a big inconvenience to do their job. When they do tell you they are making more of the missing item they always say 10-15 minutes and usually take 30 minutes to prepare the food and then it is usually cold! I stupidly keep trying this location because it is close to home but from now on I will go to the farther location because they never have these issues. read more

We live very close and have tried this location several times. We have NEVER had a good experience, and I am not exaggerating. Every single employee acts like they hate their lives and at least half the time they are actually very rude. Most of the time, they are out of at least half of the food on their menu, even when ordering on the app. I've had them send me a notification that my order is ready and then still wait an additional 15 minutes (for a total of over 30 minutes after placing my order). They will ask you to pull around and then forget you're out there. This last time, the employee made fun of my husbands name to his face. Don't even bother with this place. read more

The last two times I've been here within the month was disappointing. 1st time my order was messed up. Ordered beef and gave me shrimp, which I cannot have. Out $12. The 2nd time, about an hour and a half before closing (before I even ordered), I was told the orange chicken would be about a 10 minute wait. I was like, well, luckily I'm getting sweet fire chicken. The lady said, "lol oh well that's going to be longer, like 20 minutes if not more." Laughing like they want business turned away. I've gone to this panda express a couple times, Both times it's been terrible. There is always something like a ROCK burnt chicken something.. in my food. ( hard and inediable) You bite down and its rock hard .. I had to spit out my food on the road. This has happend twice since going there. I wont eat here again ever I am throughly done with this panda. The service was fine the girl taking my order was nice. That being said The other pandas I've been to I haven't had any problems like this with. This panda is bad. They were out of half of the entrées and it was 6 PM at night with very few people in the restaurant. Seems like poor planning to me. When I asked for a spoon, they told me they didn't have spoons... I'd really just like to know how you run out of RICE??? The past two times I've been they've been completely out of white rice and then this last time (they had rice) I get my usual for me and my gf and clearly ordered a bowl of chow mein with honey walnut shrimp and 1 egg roll. I get my bag drive off then check it after getting home and I got the bowl with orange chicken and no egg roll. They had the other dish correct but like come on it's not that hard. Everything I ordered was on my receipt so I know they could see it. Truly a lack of customer service and work ethic around this place. This place says they are open at 1030 hours today. When I attempted to make an order, the staff member States they have no sides. And that the sides would not be cooked for another 15 minutes. I said that's fine and I will wait. As other customers came in staff member stated it would take 30 minutes. I see that the team leader is cooking main dishes but no sides are being cooked. I have only visited this restaurant a few times. The first time it was 45 minutes prior to close and they had locked the doors to the dining area. The second time was at 8:30 and they said they were no longer making new batches of food and that all they had left was 1 entree item and white rice as a side. There were multiple cars in the line ahead of me and every single one was leaving as they could not order. Finally the third time was today. I arrived at 8:45 and at this point they were once again not taking orders. I can see this is a trend by the previous reviews. The management needs to either fix this issue or officially change the hours. As a food industry worker, it is completely ridiculous to see this happen. read more

This place has disappointed me many times with the quality of service. They have overcharged me on multiple occasions such as charging the price of a plate for a bowl or just getting my order wrong when doing drive through. This place more often than not is missing half their menu. Food is good but that's a standard so no brownie points there. There was a few months where they didn't even have chopsticks available.... AT PANDA !!! If you look at the picture below you will see a big cup or (water cup) for 99 cents which obviously will not stop someone from getting soda... and then a small cup for 2.10 which is ridiculous by it self for a fountain drink but to be over a dollar more expensive than this large cup is unacceptable and I feel cheated. They probably need to change management and fix something. It's just this particular Panda Express that always having issues. First off I went into the store to order some food and was asked if I had an online order and it seems like it was the manager who was totally rude and said if you don't have an order only drive thru. Now I have worked in the fast food restaurant for about 4 years if you don't want people coming in your store close the damn door! So I went thru the drive thru and ordered my food. Now as I came through the drive thru I ordered my food and proceeded to tell them to please make sure there is enough rice in there and she cut me off saying something along the lines about 5inches now I have also worked at Panda Express so that was total bullshit! So I cut her off not letting her finishing since she wanted to be rude so could I... so as soon as I got to the window I was welcomed by a friendlier young lady who did help me. My wife brought us home Panda Express for dinner after work. I ordered a medium side of the grilled teriyaki chicken. It might of been the worst meal I have ever had. It was basically a box of rubber covered in teriyaki sauce. It was the chewiest and nastiest "chicken" I have ever had. I very much doubt that is real chicken, if it is it's the lowest quality meat I've ever seen. I can't believe a national chain like Panda Express is allowed to serve this to people. My daughter and I were in Noble for a softball tournament over the weekend. We stopped in between games. We were greeted with a friendly "Welcome to Panda!" by the employees. Went to the counter and ordered our food. Food was fresh, we received great portions. The restaurant was VERY CLEAN! As were the restrooms.
