After having one too many burgers during my coast to coast road trip, it was time to try something else for a quick lunch. This Raising Cane's in the middle of the country was the perfect place for us to stop. I initially was hesitant of stopping here as the Southern California Raising Cane's that I've been to have horrible with dry chicken. Service was good. The person who took my order told me exactly what to order. Minutes later, the food was served. The chicken that they served me at this location was excellent. It was perfectly fried. The chicken was nice and most. Their sauce complemented the chicken wonderfully. This Raising Cane's was great. Very good chicken. I don't think I would ever be able to find this location again. All I know is that it was in the middle of the country somewhere driving coast to coast, and my Yelp check in says I was here. read more

Can't speak to food. After 10 minutes being next in line watching an apparent new hire, a mentor, and what appeared to be a manager all three waste time, we walked out. Great food. I stopped there tonight for dinner. Food was good but service was slow. Not sure if it's just a test or they're doing the Chick-fil-A thing for good. There was nothing wrong with your process. It's a simple menu and the waiting period wasn't bad. Hurrying customers through but then having them wait for the kitchen to get the food out isn't better. I went in with my friends and we ordered 4 meals and they all tasted like a bonfire. We nicely asked if we could get them remade and the front of house lady responded with attitude but remade 2 out of 4 of the meals. We waited for about 10 minutes before asking if they could remake the other 2 and they told us there would be a wait and we said that would be fine and waited another 20 minutes to get 8 more chicken strips that tasted like someone put out a cigarette on our tongue. read more

My family and I have eaten here MANY times and enjoyed the service and food. However, a fraudulent purchase was made at this location after one of my debit cards was stolen. When I requested the amount be credited back to my account three times over the course of a week, I was finally informed that I needed to contact their corporate office and given a number that's no longer in service. Ordered the box combo, which comes with four tenders. I got home and saw I only had three. It's not the end of the world, nor do I probably need all four, but I paid for them and should receive four. Of course I don't live very close and by the time I got home they were closed. I know things happen but there aren't a whole lot of menu options so I don't know how the few combos they have can be very confusing. read more

This restaurant is always nice, polite, and fast. I eat here very often and it is always good food. They never get my order wrong or never mess anything up. My only complaint with this particular restaurant is the size of some of the tenders sometimes, I have had some the size of a McDonald's chicken nugget that they count as one of my chicken tenders but all in all a very good place. read more

Their chicken is really good. I like the sauce that comes with it. There are several chicken places very close to each other in this part of Yukon, but they have something that stands out. This place is brand new in town and so far they are doing really well. I think the cole slaw could be better, but you wouldn't come here for the sides. We've visited many times and never had any issues, but last week was a different story. We waited 20 minutes for our food and then realized people that came in after us were getting their food almost immediately. We took our receipt to the counter and they said they weren't sure how we got missed and laid the receipt down. They then proceeded to serve two more customers. Finally after 25 minutes of waiting, we got our food and it was horrible. The chicken strips were more brown than usual and tasted burnt like they were using old oil. The bread was soggy and the fries were cold. We took the food back to the counter and the "manager" (maybe 18 or 19 year old punk) very rudely broke a chicken strip in half and said "what, do you want your money back?" We have always loved Raising Cane's food, but we will certainly never go back to this location. read more
