The first time I stopped in at this location it was terrible, but I thought it might be a fluke. I was wrong. I stopped for the second time this evening and, again, just awful. Firstly, they were out of steak and shrimp, so I ordered a chicken dish. I heard them tell another customer they were out of string beans as well. I waited forever at the drive through. When I got home to eat I realized they'd poorly boxed the food and there was sauce everywhere. It was dry and not good at all. Will not go back. Even though this is an American Chinese it was tasty and better then most of the Chinese restaurants of the area

I was very excited to try this Panda Express I've heard so much about. I ordered the teriyaki chicken bowl. It was very bland and tasteless. Very disappointing because I'd been waiting weeks to try it. I also wanted to try the chow mein but there was only scraps left in the dish. When I was finishing up my meal, I saw them bring out a fresh batch. Don't know if I'll be returning to try it. Service was just ok. I really wanted to love this place read more

We ordered orange chicken and honey walnut shrimp. Very good. Chow mien was not what I'm used to but was good. Service is very friendly and made good suggestions. We will be going back to try some other dishes. read more

First time to a Panda Express (non-turnpike/parkway location. Was given samples. Tried the Orange Chicken and some other chicken that had pineapple and peppers. A bit spicy but ok. Fried rice was good but not hot as I would have liked it. Nice employees. read more

It's pretty ridiculous how bad this Panda Express is. The food must sit out too long or something because it's always cold or hard or both. Every time we go here we say we we will never go again but somehow we always do. read more

Have eaten at Panda Express 3 Times over the last month. The first time everything was fresh and delicious. The second time had to wait on fried rice. They gave me the fresh rice and my husband the older rice and it was cold by the time mine was ready. Did a take out last night and the orange chicken was hard and dry. Also, the broccoli and beef had very little beef. Needless to say, we are disappointed that the quality of food has diminished since they have opened. I don't know if we will try it again. read more

The food was extremely dry. The service was subpar. They asked us to wait 5-6 minutes for our chicken to be up, that was fine, but about 10 minutes later I had to go ask them for it, they had put it out and forgot to give it to us. Then I still had to wait a few more minutes for them to plate it and bring it to me. I ate at a Panda Express in DC this past summer and was super excited that they had opened one near me. Now I'm just super disappointed. The nicest thing about the whole experience was they were out of medium cups and gave us large for the medium price and the cool fork and chopstick utensils. read more

Decent food, horrible service. Was here twice in a week and both times took more than 10 minuets to get our food with no one in front of us. So if your willing to wait then go but if not I do not recommend. read more

Cold, hard, dried out food stuck to the side of the serving dishes should have been our first warning. Orange chicken tasted like old grease and is a weird grey color. Noodles were cold and hard. No tea made, trash can overflowing, tables filthy, benches and seats covered in dried rice where they swipe it from the table while "cleaning". Watched employee putting wrong thing on plate, then scrape back in to serve again. That seemed rather gross. Manager offered more food but it was all so dried out looking, i just opted for a refund. This was 6pm not a random time throughout the day. Very disappointed in our first and probably only experience at panda express. read more

Every time I've gone here, they weren't open on time. I had their grilled teriyaki chicken the first time I went and it was just ok. Wanted to try something else to give them a second chance, they didn't have the item I wanted. Went back at a later date and they still didn't have the item I wanted and they said "Because we just opened, our menu is limited." That isn't an excuse. If you can't have food prepared once you've opened, then you shouldn't be a restaurant. And if that's the case, then cook it now because you're open now and I'm a paying customer and that's what I asked for. I work at a resort so I'll make sure to tell all of our customers not to eat here. read more

I would never order at the drive thru! If you go in and look at the food at 5pm it looks like it was cooked early morning. I was hoping that this would be a good restaurant. Nope just a good place to be poisoned. read more

Hated to even give one star rating but it was required to continue with review. Ordered first time tonight from this new place in our town Panda Express and very sorry we did!! I ordered Sweetfire chicken breast with fried rice side item and my wife ordered String bean chicken breast with side of chow mein and none of the food had any taste whatsoever, the food was so dry and bland it was hard to tell what you were even eating! We order Chinese and eat out at Chinese places all the time but this was the worst food we have ever had. My wife through 95% of her meal in the trash and I was starving but couldn't make myself eat it all either. We ordered egg rolls and cream cheese Rangoon's and they were so burnt they were inedible. If we had eaten in this place we would have taken it all back but we got takeout and didn't know how bad food even looked til we got home. This meal cost just a few cents under $20 and was a waste of money! Wish we had known how lousy their food was before going there, we hope this review will help others to save their money and try anywhere else or just make you a peanut butter sandwich because you will be so much better off!! We will definitely search reviews before trying any other new paces from now on!! read more
