Great friendly staff. A crown was offered. Food was fresh. Restaurant was clean. Was happy to have a nice hot meal there.

October meant the start of another quarter where I can get my free Whopper (thanks to Walmart Plus). So my wife and I stopped to dine-in at this BK in South Carolina (near the NC border). Both our apps worked fine, allowing us to place two orders: one for $0.33 (satisfying the requirement to spend at least one penny to get the free whopper)...ended up adding onion rings to the burger for $0.30. My wife got the $7 trio (Original Chicken Sandwich, medium fries, and a whopper jr). They have a self-serve soda machine so asked for a cup for water. We got the lucky in that the fries had just been freshly made, and thus were crispy and delicious (especially after dipping it in the buffalo sauce). Service was quick, there was plenty of seating, and the whopper had my requested extra pickles. Perfectly fine visit for lunch. read more

Two visits... still haven't gotten food. First time I sat in the drive through for five minutes with no one there. Finally just pulled ahead to the window and honked the horn. Guy comes to the window and says "man, I ain't put dem head phones on" ... never mind .... Fast forward 3 days later.... Pull in and there's cars in the drive through, order, pull ahead and they're parking cars ahead of me. I get to the window and they take my money. 3-4 minutes pass and they tell me that they don't know what I ordered. I remind them and they ask me to pull ahead and park. There's no where left to park. I say "no, food or refund" then the guy starts preaching the Bible to me.... I never knew what Biden meant by a "dog faced pony show" until today... if I ran my business like this they would throw me in jail. read more

Shady building that is not lit, no working screen for placing order, inside is locked up, takes forever to get an order placed and then even when nobody is behind you, you have to pull up to wait for someone to walk your meal out. Today I went to window and after a few minutes saw a girl with earphones so drove back around and she took order. It was a last minute BAD decision and I ordered not he app. This location is always closed, makes the wrong orders, has completely clueless employees, The franchisee does not care about this location and all attempts to reach him through all avenues have went unanswered. This time I was told there was "no meat" then why is Burger King open, the app refused to issue me a refund so I will just dispute it on my credit card. Parking lot is filthy, and full of trash. I'll be honest, the place is pretty rinky dinky, and when we pulled up to the drive through, we saw the only employee working at the store, outside in her car having a cigarette. As soon as she saw us, she threw on her headset, and began taking our order while still walking back inside. I thought this was pretty hilarious. This location in Little River is the worst that I have been to. We went through the drive through ,no one spoke to get an order, we spoke is anyone there, hello never heard anyone. I took a group of seniors in for lunch today. They only had 2 people working and when I say working. I mean working their buns off. The lady at the cash register was running front counter, the drive thru and helping get the food made and out. The guy in the back was running the fryers and making sandwiches. Absolutely no Burger King standards. I had a poor experience prior and had not gone back in over a year. Was hoping things got better, boy was I wrong. servers are rude and don't care. They take orders while speaking with you so you have no idea who they are talking to. The food was disgusting (and that seems to be the norm) it was cold, seemed like it was there for a week, bun was falling apart, burger gross and fries, they were under cooked and over salted. I've learned my lesson with this Burger King and will never return. Funny they can't even get the receipts right. Was looking for the code for the www.mybkexperience.com and there is none. Hmmm. not even 1 star. Our beach rental was not ready until 3 pm, so we decided to stop by for some quick lunch. When I first walk in, I want to walk away and out the door. The places were dirty, starting from the floor, table, and windows. The two employees were lying down at the table seats. The manager came and tried to wake up the two employees. It's literally impossible to get fresh fries at this place. Even when specifically asking for them. I have a new love for their chicken sandwiches and decided to get fries. I just stopped by earlier this week to grab a fry late night. I didn't expect fresh fries fifteen minutes before closing, so I didn't complain at all. I ate my cold fries. Tonight I ordered a full combo. The fries were once again cold and nasty. I specifically asked for fresh fries and even waited!! Overall, I had a great time here. I ducked into the Little River Burger King today for lunch, and it proved a success! There was a line, and it took a bit to get my order; but then again, it was lunchtime and the crew was a bit understaffed, so this was understandable. Regardless, I enjoyed the restaurant very much, with its pleasant, laid-back atmosphere (and wonderful A/C). The employees I interacted with were friendly and smiling, and the dining room was clean and comfortable, with a reasonable amount of seating. Also, there were some nice benches outside, which I made use of once I'd cooled down enough. Plus: once I'd finished my meal, the men's room was as well-maintained as the rest of the place. Never a bad thing, in my book. All in all, I ended up spending a long lunch hour at the restaurant, reading a good book and sipping coffee and wearing a paper crown. Fun, fun. This Burger King is absolutely terrible. No regards to customer service and the food is hit-or-miss. Unfortunately this is the only Burger King nearby. Tonight had tempted to order a couple of Whopper juniors. The girl at the drive-thru informed me that they were out of the meat for Whopper juniors so I ordered Whoppers. I asked if the manager could deduct some of the price since I only water Whopper juniors. The manager didn't even have the decency to come to the window and simply told the cashier "no!" Worst customer experience ever! Anthony, the General Manager, took our order. They are currently running the 2 for $10 whopper combo. Because my husband did not want one, only myself and our 2 children, he charged us full price for 3 combos. When questioned him, he was very confrontational, loud, and embarrassed me in front of every customer in the establishment. Horrible in every way. The food is TERRIBLE here.(not that fast food is good but usually its half way edible) I would not be surprised to find out people are getting sick from this place. I would not eat here if the food was free. No regard for customers. I stood waiting at cash register for 10 min waiting to give my order. One girl clocked out was slumped over at the order delivery counter. The drive thru girl was working her rear off and popped around corner to tell me shed be right with me. One person handling drive thru and front register. After still waiting the manager was chit chatting behind the grill. I called her out and all she could say was an unapologetic I'm sorry sir.
