Mr Ahmed forgot to fulfill my order , noticed it when I got home I called and told me to go back within a month and he would give me a bowl because of the mistake he did . ( he was very nice on the phone ) he took my name over the phone and said he would leave a note for his co-workers . I went back a few days later and the young lady who took care of me ended up calling someone else and the thing is there was no bowl , there was only my missing order . This would not stop me from keeping using Panda Express but definitely will avoid this store . read more

Came here right after they started serving the Blazin' Bourbon Chicken. I asked what it tasted like and Bella was very helpful in explaining and both girls preparing our plates were sweet, quick, and helpful. Restroom and restaurant was clean and quiet. Will definitely come back! read more

This location is clearly poorly staffed and overehelmed. About a week ago my coworker and I ordered for lunch through Postmates. She had the walnut shrimp snd pepper steak. Mine was to be kung pow chicken and firecracker shrimp. I ended up not getting either one of my entrees. Just my side of rice. They said they would give me a free entree today. I called ahead and my co workers ordered too. I get to the speaker in drive and they tell me to pull to the window. They don't tell me what's in my order and charge me. I'm thinking they comped the order. They asked me to pull around the front. I park and am thinking its really cheap. I look at the receipt snd i didnt pay for my order but someone else's. I call the store and they tell me the order is cotrect. It came out in about 20 mins. I wasn't confident we were going to get the right food either. read more

I couldn't understand one of the workers speaking over the speaker, she spoke was fast, so I asked them to please slow down and they called me extremely rude, two different workers were ganging up on me for saying that over the speaker, and would not let me proceed with my order. Then I waited 20 minutes to get my food that I ordered. When I tried to ask to speak to someone else to speak to a manager because of the disrespect I received over the drive-through speaker they would not allow me. I will never be back. read more

First drive thru Panda Express and it was a-okay. We ordered a 3 entree package for 2 of us to share after 6 hours on the road and it hit the spot. The walnut shrimp is a go to for me and the orange chicken is always tasty. The chow mein is always a tad slick (grease? Sauce?) And I typically choose their steamed veggies. This time my companion wanted the chow mein, so I gave it a second chance & it still was so so though I've only ever had the panda chow mein at other locations (so not comparing to this location). The veggie spring rolls were so so as well, the inside was more oatmeal-like from the veg potentially being over cooked, but still tasty. All in all, it's the right food for the price and hit the spot we needed it to. read more

Attempted to go here today. September 22, 2020. There were no staff present. There was no note on the drive-thru or the door. There is nothing on the panda express website there is nothing on their Facebook page there is nothing on Google. Apparently the managers of this location decided that they just weren't gonna come to work today or put anyone on the schedule or panda express itself decided to shut the entire location down without any notification of any type even still listing it as open on their website. Even if this location had Covid exposure there is no information about that anywhere to be found. You can't get much worse than no one coming to work at a restaurant and there being no information about its closure so literally people were waiting in the drive-thru with no possibility of being served since there was no staff present. read more

Disappointing! My family & I regularly dine at Panda Express, as it's a family favorite, but this is the first time we have done so at this location. It is also the first time we tried to redeem the entree item provided when you do their survey and the service I received was significantly dissatisfactory. I was very clear with the server about the fact that I was a bit confused with the directions to redeem the entree item, and she was very reassuring about the fact that I understood the process. She did not correct me or indicate at all that instead of receiving a discount, I ordered too many regular entrees and would instead be priced MORE. It turns out that in order to receive the item, I had to DOWNGRADE. I was not informed of this until I looked into it and questioned the receipt after I had taken the food to my family. What a ridiculous way to reward customers. Additionally, 2 of the 3 containers I had leaked. What kind of place with sauces doesn't use sealed containers? What a mess. This was a very long review, and I want to end by saying that other than the miscommunication, the wasted money, and the low expectations I now have for this location, the chicken and entrees tasted great. This location has consistently gotten worse and worse. I ordered a bowl with white rice and broccoli beef. It was about 90% rice. I got only TWO actual pieces of beef, the rest just being tiny scraps. There wasn't much broccoli either. With how expensive Panda is, I would expect to get more than just a bowl of mostly white rice. Unrelated to my most recent visit, but don't bother going to this location less than 3 hours before closing. If they are out of something they are out for the night and won't make more. I would understand if it was a less popular dish, but I have experienced this with their fried rice and orange chicken on numerous occasions. I gave two stars because I have had a couple positive visits over the time I've been here and want to at least give them some benefit of the doubt. read more

This location of Panda Express has consistently let down the name of the restaurant chain. I'll go to any other location in the area, but this one is NEVER even close to having all the food choices full. You can go there at any time of the day (open to close) and will see 5-8 empty bowls. The only bowls that have food in them, are the higher priced or extra spicy ones. Yesterday was the last straw, when the server bickered about what to call the 2 entree with the completed survey free entree. They can only fit two entrees into the Styrofoam to-go container. I used the same words that friends and I have always used at the 27th St, 76th St, Hwy 100 & Miller Pkwy locations. This Howell location's officious princess felt compelled to lecture me about the proper terminology when ordering a 2 entree with freebie survey entree. The customers behind me in line were as shocked as I was. Just guessing that several of them and I will NOT bother her in the future. read more

I have seriously never seen something so ridiculous in my life! Just went in at 4pm on a Sunday and the drive thu was closed which I thought was odd but decided to go in there anyways. When I went inside half of the entrée selections were completely out and closed up. I asked for two of them and the worker told me that 1 was frozen and that the other one was completely out for the night. So 6 out of probably 12 were out? When checking out I asked why the drive thru was closed and the girl paused for a second and said that her and another guy were new so "it was too hard to manage both" well I counted a total of 4 employees so what about the other 2? The icing on the cake is when walking out of the restaurant I noticed the other 2 employees in the parking lot washing their cars!!!! What?!? Visiting on 5/26/16 around 2:35pm... The restaurant was clean, and there were about 6 others dining. Stepping up to order the associate was somewhat pleasant and courteous. I had ordered the 'bigger plate,' with the entrees of: honey walnut shrimp, pacific chili shrimp, and mushroom chicken -- with fried rice. And a fountain drink. The fried rice had very little taste to it. The pacific chili shrimp was pretty good. Plenty of shrimp, zucchini, onions, and peppers. The sauce helped add flavor to the tasteless fried rice. The mushroom chicken also had plenty of vegetables, including mushrooms. At times I was starting to wonder "where's the chicken?" The honey walnut shrimp was fine. The walnuts were great. The shrimp had a bit more breading than I would have liked. Overall, most of the meal was not hot or warm as a meal should be. I liked the peach tea, and a nice finish with a fortune cookie that shared: "enjoy each moment for its unique experience." If I want to eat Chinese, there are better places to go. This was simply a stop out of convenience while running errands and shopping. read more

They have forgotten to include my sauces every single time I've ordered and I've had to go back and ask for them, they have forgotten my drink every single time that I've ordered and I've to ask at the window where my drink is. Just bought a plate meal from Panda Express via drive thru. Fried rice was burnt. You served burnt fried rice to customers! This is unacceptable service and food quality. We were excited that a panda was in the area, but this place has been a BIG FAT DISAPPOINTMENT. I thought is was a fluke when it first open since everything was new. This place has been up and running for a over few months, and nothing has changed. There is always a long wait, and the employees seem to have no sense of urgency. I will say they are polite. Also when we order there seems to be a wait every time this is unacceptable, because some thing is not avaliable. I will continue to go out of my to the one by southridge. read more

I used the app for a quick lunch. The app said I could go to front of the line. Instead I was left to wait. Then I was told they didn't have what I ordered it would be 5 minutes and that was changed to 7 minutes that ended up being over 10 minutes. I was very impressed that the restaurant was so nice and clean. Service was prompt and team was attentive to our needs. I felt they were listening to me and not doing other things which would make me wait when it was my turn to order. . We will definitely eat at Panda Express again. I also like that there is an alternative to soda in the fountain drinks. The SoBe was very good. I had purchased a bottle of tea but did not like it so I purchased the SoBe and was very satisfied with that. read more

Walked in to order a carryout around 8:30 pm and waited 3-4 minutes before anyone acknowledged me (not usually a problem except I was the only one in the restaurant standing in line at the counter). Usually, the staff is pretty quick at acknowledging even if you have to wait to be served. Food was great, however, and worth the wait! You can get two nice meals for well under 20 bucks! read more
