Chow Mein, Sweetfire Chicken Breast, Mixed Veggies, Teriyaki chicken
    Gagan S.

Food: 3/5 With the other places in the area being closed and having just a few minutes to eat something I tried this spot. I have tried roughly 10-15 other Panda Express locations, and sadly this one was by far, the most underwhelming and unsatisfying of them all. The noodles tasted a bit old, chicken was ok but lacked flavor and also cold, veggies ok, chicken breast and teriyaki lacked flavor compared to the other times at other locations I've had them. The teriyaki chicken (I always get this without the extra sauce) had so much extra fat and inedible parts that I couldn't eat. As I could have easily picked up an order to go in the future, due to the food quality and taste I will likely not be returning ever again. Service: 2/5 The first person pouring my sides was friendly and helpful and well as the second. When I encountered the first person ringing me up, she seemed confused on what I had ordered. I had to repeat it all, and ask for chili sauce 4 times. After the second time, she had only put in one packet. I kindly requested another and at the point it seemed like she just ignored me. For this whole meal I only had 2 packets of sauce. Ambiance: 3/5 It is incredibly dead inside here and my coworkers in the area recommended avoiding the place but I just had nowhere else to go as I was hungry with just 10 min to spare for the next few hours to eat all day. Inside, I did not feel welcome. Did not use the restroom either as I needed. There were two employees there as well eating right by the order area which was a bit awkward as no customers were inside. I have worked in fast food before and understand we all have lunches and breaks, I just never experienced this type of atmosphere at this chain before.

An overweight girl with an attitude gave me 6 pieces of honey walnut shrimp for my "Double" portions on a plate like if it's coming out of her minimum wage paycheck.

Here is the receipt and on the napkin is the bug that we found in one of our food.

This is absolutely disgusting i came here with my fiancé and her cousin late at night, after 45min later when we are almost done eating her cousin found a cooked and squashed bug that looks like a cockroach at the bottom of our plate. To make matters worse there were no manager NOR supervisor available and there won't be anyone available to help until Wednesday, thats 2 days i have to wait to have a manager contact us for a refund or anything, they even offered another plate or even a coupon like thats going to help, the lack of supervision and even basic sanitation is HILARIOUS

Don't carry potstickers, don't make most dishes, don't give samples, everything is dry. If all you want is chicken and rice, this is the place for you.

Too much oil at all... everything is greasy. I suggest you to find another store. The rice is greasy and the chicken is dripping oil, you need five or six paper towel sheets to be able to eat this. Should be better than this. I tried to eat 3 times and the same experience at this store. I don't remember about this problem in another store...

Ate at panda express and it was like most experiences there. The lines moved quickly and the food looked fresh and is reasonably priced. I ordered the honey sesame seed with white rice and it was good. No surprises here everything tasted good, the price was good but it isn't somewhere I would go to celebrate a special occasion but If you want consistent food, this is the place for you.

Located on Lakeville Highway, just east of Hwy 101, it would make a good place to stop for a nice lunch or dinner. I was there on a warm Saturday, at around 11:30 am. The dining room has a contemporary asian decor. The AC kept the air cool and comfortable. There's several 2,4, and 6 seat tables. Just before lunchtime, the place was 1/3 full with customers. I was seated along the wall. I was offered a menu, and choice of hot tea or ice water. I asked for chopsticks, because the place setting had a fork. I ordered the Mongolian Beef lunch plate w/ fried rice. Also, I asked for an order of (Lightly Breaded) Fried Prawns. Service was excellent. My waiter was very attentive, and served my food as soon as it was ready. He told me if there were any delays. I didn't have to ask for anything. The Fried Prawns were large and plump. They were served with various sauces to choose from. The Mongolian Beef lunch plate had a nice presentation. The portion size was fair. The fried rice was moist, and blended well with the Mongolian Beef. The Mongolian Beef was spicy and tasted just right. Hot 'n Sour soup came with the lunch plate. Lily Kai's recipe for hot 'n sour soup is a little different than what you might get in most other chinese restaurants. They make it with alot of mushrooms. The familiar flavor was there, but it lacked several expected ingredients. Well, as long as it tasted good, I'm okay with it. ----------------------------------------------- So I had a great first time experience here. The plaza has a free shared parking lot. There's a Starbucks Coffee shop in the same plaza. Also, this place is down the street from the Kaiser Medical Offices. Also, they have clean and large restrooms. When ordering I told the waitress I am a vegan. With a smirk on her face she said that, "we don't do vegan." She said they put oyster sauce in the broth. I asked her to check with the chef. She would not do that. She said they had so many online orders that they cannot accommodate making a mixed vegetable dish from their menu which is vegetarian or vegan. The restaurant had already served food to all other customers (a few tables occupied on a weekday) and I didn't see anyone waiting for online orders. Their customer service is poor, to put it mildly. In my decades of having Chinese food I have not found a restaurant that puts oyster sauce in mixed vegetables or any other dish they claim to be vegetarian.

UPDATE mid-May 2026…read more They've reopened a few days a week due to popular demand! They were focused on their catering for a bit. No hot pot until the winter. Only open on weekends. Lunch is takeout only. Yay! Their bbq pork is their specialty along with other roasted meats.

I would rather eat lobster or…read moreartichokes than chicken or green beans, and given the choice I'd gladly eat my body weight in dim sum over basically any other food. That hasn't changed at all for me as an adult! In Sonoma county there was really just one place with dim sum, and lots of people wanted more options. I tried other restaurants with their dim sum adjacent menus, but they were pretty mediocre and mostly focused on fried pot stickers or the occasional steamed siu mai. Once I heard fantasy was starting a true dim sum menu, I knew we had to try it. The day we arrived I was solidly in my third trimester of pregnancy and getting around was a chore, but that wasn't going to keep me from dim sum. We were the only guests the whole time on the day we went there, which was weird to me given how good the food ended up being! Service was great, super friendly and just lovely folks. The restaurant was clean and we'll organized, and the menu was a good mix of traditional favorites and some trendy BAO for the insta. We ordered a little of everything , which to me is why dim sum is so fun. Food came out super fast, and we tucked right in. Surprisingly to me, my favorite dish is one hubs picked on a whim, the spicy won tons. The flavors and textures were on point, and even with pregnancy heartburn, the spice on these things was well worth it. Super delicious. I felt the pandan and black sesame bao were overly trendy for my taste, but I'm sure those who are new to dim sum could see these options as easy introduction into the food. Really good experience here with very tasty food, nice people and quality dishes. I'm still getting over the idea of expensive dim sum because of growing up eating it in SF with low costs in a humble setting, but for this overall experience I felt the prices were fine. I will definitely be back, and eager to try the rest of the items on their menu.

It was a mellow Tuesday night and when we walked in the restaurant was mostly empty, which was a little unnerving, but we were greeted promptly and warmly. We ordered an appetizer and 4 entrees between 2 adults and 2 toddlers, and nearly licked the plates clean. The banh mi sandwich, garlic noodles, and BBQ pork are to die for! But, what made the visit truly special was meeting Jenny, the owner and chef, and her husband. They came out personally to check on our table, introduced themselves, and made my husband, our two young kids, and me feel completely at home. Their warmth and genuine hospitality are rare, and it showed in every interaction.
