It's my 2nd time ordering the party tray to go and I finally managed to take the picture before digging in! As you can see the portions are great to feed 3-4 adults. The fried shrimp is still crispy even though it's been in the box for awhile. I'm picky on rice and the rice is cooked to the perfection which made me eat a little more than I should! Had a strong craving for Hawaiian food this week so I decided to try Ohana! I got delivery through DoorDash and got the crispy fish plate with mac salad and rice. Overall the meal was good and I had no complaints. Pretty standard plate of fish. I do wish there had been more mac salad and less rice but I think that might've been an oversight on my part. Next time I'll try and get less rice and more mac salad! read more

Ordered the grilled chicken plate, the chicken was really juicy which is a good thing, but there was no flavor to it what so ever. It doesn't even seem like they marinated it or anything. Very bland. I love Mac salad from Ohanas but this Mac salad was definitely a no go. There was no flavor at all on the Mac salad. How can you mess up Mac salad?! Service was great, everyone was friendly but I don't think I'll come here again. read more

Just ordered my food and automatically noticed that you can only eat I. A portion of the restaurant. They are very paranoid with germs from what it looks like . It's literally 0ctober 15th 2023 and still closing off part of the restaurant which is ridiculous. Definitely wack. They need to do better. Hope the food is better than the ambiance. read more

Kind staff and the food is always fresh and hot. Never had a bad experience. I do wish the restaurant was more open- it seems like they don't like to have people dine in on their establishment. But like I said- the staff is always smiling and delivering great fresh food and service so it's still a win for me! I like consistency. read more

The food is okay, but they are STINGY with their sides and for the price they charge for their food they could be a bit more generous. I paid $24 for two scoops of rice (cost them 10 cents), four small pieces of previously frozen, fried Mahi Mahi that was not very good, and I asked for an extra scoop of their Mac salad and got a tiny scoop, and no extra lemons when she specifically told me they were in the bag. They were not. Do better Ohana your place is never that busy and that is probably why. read more

Came in fora Monday lunch around 12:30pm. The restaurant was not busy. The service was good. We were greeted and helped right away. My wife and I ordered the "1/2 - 1/2" combo meal to share since this is our first time here. The food was okay (See picture for portion), but it was a little pricey. The combo meal is $11.50 plus tax which totaled over $12. We've had other Hawaiian fast-food and it's always been around $10 or less. Even in Hawaii it's less than $10. The restaurant is located next to Westamerica Bank with plenty of parking spaces in front. read more

My favorite spot in Sonoma County for Asian soul food. Even my 97 year old Japanese granma loves this place. The rice is always perfect. Mac salad legit. We tend to order the family meal with BBQ chicken, fried shrimp, and chicken katsu with volcano sauce on the side. And watermelon boba. read more

There's an Ohana's in Davis that used to have $5 deals for BBQ chicken and chicken katsu on certain days of the week and the line would stretch so long!! Such delicious food and a great deal for us college kids.... So when I found out there was an Ohana's in Petaluma I gave it a try one day when a hungry me after work caved in. The chicken katsu was $11!! Which is several dollars more than the regular price elsewhere. Lol who was gonna tell me a chicken katsu with mac only was gonna be twenty bucks. Visited this location in Petaluma, May 2022, spent $19.33 total. Price was $15.95 for the chicken katsu plus $2.25 for subbing out rice for mac This location used to be solid. But chicken katsu from Ohana's has never been $20 Apparently other locations haven't doubled their prices so depending on cravings & gas I'll be getting my hawaiian fix elsewhere... read more

I usually go to the Ohana's in Santa Rosa, but decided since I'm in the area (Petaluma) I would just go to the nearest one. As a matter of fact, I didn't even know there was one in Petaluma until I stumbled upon it when I was in the plaza. Let's just say, big mistake. I think I'll just stick to the one in SR!! I ordered Volcano chicken like I usually do. The portions at this Ohana are way less and I mean you can definitely tell the difference. I think that says how significantly less they're feeding you. The chicken tasted the same, and I liked how they had sweet & sour, sweet & spicy sauces near the soy sauce and sriracha too, which was nice. However, the macaroni salad was more bland and didn't taste like how it should. That's the best part of the meal tho, so yeah I was a bit disappointed. My boyfriend also said his short ribs were thinly sliced with bigger bones, compared to the ribs at the SR location. He also mentioned that they tasted weird, but gave them some slack. Before I left I decided to give their milk tea a try since they also have boba (pearls). I ordered mango and another. big. mistake..... first of all, the drink itself was $6.43. That's almost SEVEN dollars for a milk tea drink that I KNOW I can get half the price somewhere else (and better). Like I know actual boba shops that have drinks for $4. Why is this place charging for more when that's not even their specialty, nor if they're delicious? The flavor itself is another story. It was disgusting and same with the boba pearls. Instead of being chewy, they were too soft and a bit slimy. Not a fan. The drink didn't even taste like mango--enough said. It was very watered down, definitely not the texture of how MILK tea should be. Oh and let's not to mention the drink came out foaming!! NEVER IN MY LIFE TIME OF BOBA DRINKING HAVE I EVER DRANK ONE THAT HAD FOAM. I went back inside to ask for a refund. I know most places don't do that but they didn't even offer a different solution, like swapping it for another flavor. Instead they said they couldn't do anything about it, so I left with a ripped off disgusting "milk tea" drink. Never coming back. Thank you!! read more

Ohana Hawaiian BBQ is very delicious food is hot and is served up fairly quick. I love that you can pour your own sauces too. I come here about once a month always feel very full and filled after eatting here with my husband. 2 plates is ushally around 25.00$ they give u a lot of food more then panda express.... Always a delight coming here (= only flaw at this place is there containers are not that sturdy and leak through the box if you get it togo other then that this place is seriously worth every penny read more

Teriyaki Chicken is flavorless. Rice was old and the macaroni salad was very bland. Asked for extra teriyaki sauce, since the chicken had zero flavor, and was told it would be an extra $1 . The cashier pointed me in the direction of their free sauces. I picked up a "bbq" sauce that was the consistency of water. I poured it over my chicken and it added zero flavor, just made everything wet. At $17.50 a plate, this place is a no go. read more

I was very surprised to try and like Soban, especially here in Petaluma. The menu is limited, but I think it rivals authentic Korean food found in the city or peninsula just the same. My only gripe is the food can take forever. It seems like a small team running the place, so be prepared to wait a bit.

The food was so good that I would gladly make the drive from San Francisco to Petaluma just to eat here again. The barbecue was outstanding, but the real surprise was the peach tres leches cake. WOW. It was incredible and an absolute game changer. Moist, flavorful, and the perfect ending to an amazing meal. The portions were generous, the quality was excellent, and every bite was worth it. You can tell they take pride in what they serve. If you're anywhere near Petaluma and love great barbecue, do yourself a favor and stop here. I will definitely be back, and next time I'll probably be thinking about that peach tres leches cake the entire drive there!

The bar and the dining room area appeared very modern and clean. Started our meal with the Gochujang glazed cauliflower wings and they were phenomenal! Beneath the deliciously flavored glaze was a crunchy fried cauliflower that maintained its veggie tenderness! The allium dip was a bonus because it elevated the flavor to another dimension. This was definitely one of our favorite items of the night! The Parker rolls were served with a homemade butter and they were light and airy which made them pair nicely with the fresh golden beet salad. They served a very generous portion of lettuce and added all kinds of goodies in it- the burrata, pumpkin seeds , homemade french bread croutons , tomatoe and beets lightly coated with the balsamic dressing - yum! Moving onto the main entrees: the Lamb Rigatoni was served with al dente pasta in a light lemony cream sauce that combined shredded lamb shank with green peas. Was quite tasty and it was a nice change of pace from eating pasta with beef bolognese . The other entree was the Beef Wellington and it was rich ; the filet was cooked perfectly! We enjoyed every bite of this superb dish. Our meal ended with the chocolate mousse and the panna cotta which were equally delicious! The beef Wellington was cooked to a medium consistency, the crust as still firm and mushroom filing great. The oxtail was so tender, it falls off the bone. A different flavoring but fantastic. We ended up taking the oxtail home as it would be diffcult to reheat beef Wellington. No room for dessert. It felt like mostly repeat locals dining here as they chatted with the wait staff a lot, but feel this deserve the hour drive to get here. Parking is avalaible street parking but there is a multi level parking garage near by. After that big meal, we walked around downtown and there was moderate activing and late night dining still going on. I will have to check out other near by areas in the future

This restaurant I would proudly recommend to all my friends. I would have rated it higher than a five if I could have.
