9/25/23: Utterly flavorless meal. Noodles were tough, chowmein extremely greasy. Fried rice is always hit or miss and was "meh". The orange chicken and teriyaki chicken tasted mainly of grease. 6/6/23: Another substandard meal, which is why I waited a few months to try again. 2/13/23: Threw most of that meal away. I found two old reviews I'd written from 2017 and 2015...guess not much has changed. Staff was nice. My earlier reviews received the canned response: "Our skilled chefs prepare..."so no doubt that will show up here too, though it is rather pointless. I don't know what has happened over the years--the quality has decreased and never returned to what it was--which, while not fine dining, was a decent fast-food take-out place. Maybe I'll check back in 10 years. Or not. ETA: Derek T. Business Customer Service, needs to stop with the canned responses. Furthermore, the "skilled chefs" need more training. read more

Called the store and they deflected their mistake by saying I should have asked for TERIYAKI sauce on the app for my Chicken TERIYAKI bowl. Then made the excuse that there was a new person in training. There is absolutely no excuse for not placing the sauce into the bag, especially if the sauce makes the bowl a Chicken TERIYAKI bowl. UNACCEPTABLE Then the associate offered a solution for me to go into the store to get the sauce. Came in yesterday about 11:30 AM. Every offering was at its best! Got my order "To Go". Sampled the Sesame Chicken- it's nothing special. Love the pecan shrimp so got that & "of course" orange chicken. BTW- you can "sub" the noodles and or rice for the veggies. Much better and a healthier option. Because of its close proximity to our house, we've tried to give this location several attempts at achieving an acceptable level of service, but today will be my last... Most evenings, even prior to Covid they are out of most everything we want, regardless of timing, and if it's within an hour of closing, they are unwilling to make it fresh. Today I arrived before noon and placed an order, they were out of two of the entrees requested but they were already preparing or willing to prepare them, an acceptable 10 minutes wait. Arrived home and opened the bags to find our order was short a few items, and order of egg rolls, teriyaki and sweet n sour sauce. I called the number on the receipt to make them aware of the issue and request a credit back to my card, but there is only an outgoing message with no ability to speak with a person or leave a message. Later in the day I stopped in to explain what had happed with our order, instead of listening to me the woman behind the counter begrudgingly threw two egg rolls in a bag, handed them to me and walked away... I started ordering online & then through the app & they kept getting the order wrong. Tonight we walked in & ordered. We gave our order but they needed to make more fried rice so we waited. Finally got our order and once we got home we realized only 2 of the 3 plates we got were correct. The 3rd did have fried rice but neither entree was correct. This happens over and over and over. It can't be that hard to read and fill an order but this Panda Express has not been able to figure it out for our family. read more

What do you really expect from a review on a chain? It's notoriously known fast food chains aren't the peak of 5 star dining. So to review based on the food... eh, kinda pointless. So I usually review based off of everything else. It was pretty dead when my wife and I went in to kill time before her students science fair. It was clean. The staff was out in the dining room wiping down tables and sweeping when no one was ordering. They were also friendly and welcoming. Selected panda express to fill my NFL playoffs halftime mean during Cowboys game. Inside line is backed up because food isn't stocked and people waiting for their entrees. Finally get to ordering and told would be an additional 8 minutes. Already committed to staying in line say okay. About 10 minutes later chicken ready. Female employee gets the old burnt ends of chicken she already cut from previous batch that have been sitting in the old bowl they were replacing and dumps into the new chicken. I vocalize what are you doing, why did you put the old burnt chicken pieces with the new pieces. She goes onto cut the new chicken and very evident the chicken is pink and not cooked (i mean a food thermometer would be a good tool to check chicken temp prior to taking off grill). A discussion follows with other co-workers as I vocalize you can't serve that undercooked. They end up throwing chicken back on grill, keep in mind they already mixed old chicken with this undercooked chicken. Didn't see her wash the knife she used to cut the undercooked chicken or replace the bowl and cutting board. I ended up asking for a refund. Left my halftime meal choice empty handed and still hungry. Hopefully nobody gets sick from these people. read more

This place is awful. They will deny you service for not wearing a mask some days but won't others, while there are people in there using a gator as a mask which is 100% ineffective. They don't care about people's safety at all they just like to discriminate against some people. Will never go back to this place. Hope this place goes under. Came about an hour after opening. There was clearly no one here but us. The first seven tables we wanted to sit at were dirty. There was leftover food, sauces on the seats, noodles on the floor. On a Sunday morning right after opening I would expect the place to be immaculate, instead it looks like they just had a rush of customers. The problem is they didn't. When we arrived one employee was sitting at a table on his phone the other was behind the counter. If you have time to text, Facebook and Snapchat you should have time to clean the freaking tables off. Poor management is the only excuse for this. read more

It never fails, EVERY time we order Teriyaki Chicken and pick it up, or have it delivered, NO SAUCE. The last time I picked up our order, I made sure to look in the bag before leaving.
