The Olive Mill is within walking distance to our house and it's become a staple visit for us. Good food and good drink. Their shop inside has some delicious olive oils and olives and balsamic vinegars. It's just a really cute place that has good food, beer and wine. They have a weekend special called Board and Bottle, where you get a charcuterie board anf a bottle of wine for like 26 bucks. It is a fantastic deal. And you get this View, which is just about half or quarter of what you see from where I'm sitting. I highly recommend visiting here. It can be quite busy so beware. Also, it's not full service, you order at the counter and pick up with a buzzer. That is a pretty small price to pay for such a great atmosphere. Oh, also it has the big bonus of being pet friendly.

After two visits, I can confidently say The Olive Mill has earned its hype! The atmosphere is a huge highlight and a VIBE. The large outdoor seating area, with views of the olive trees, feels like a little Mediterranean escape tucked into suburban Queen Creek. It's relaxed, spacious, and perfect for lingering over a meal or enjoying a glass of wine. Every time I've been here, the crowd is a great mix of families, couples, and friends all clearly enjoying themselves. The food has been consistently excellent. Everything I've tried has been fresh, flavorful, and made in-house - from the pasta to the homemade bread - and I love that they don't use seed oils! On my most recent visit, I had the crispy chicken sandwich with fries and my hubby had the chicken milanese and both were delicious. They also offer in-house olive oils and balsamic vinegars that you can taste-test. We ended up purchasing the roasted garlic olive oil, prickly pear reduction, and fig balsamic reduction - highly recommend, as they're great on just about everything! Service has been friendly and efficient both times, even when it's busy. It's counter service, but wait times move quickly and are totally worth it. If you're looking for great food, a beautiful outdoor setting, and something a little different from the usual restaurant scene, The Olive Mill is absolutely worth the trip. I'll definitely be back and have already added it to my go-to spot for out-of-town guests!

    DEL PIERO FISH & FRITTES

Came here on a Saturday afternoon for lunch and it was packed. This place gives me Costco vibes so if you're into that this is a great place to bring your friends and family. You can walk around and there's lots of free olive oil, sauce, and jam samples inside the De Piero Kitchen. Outside seating area is nice too and they had live music. I ordered the Del Piero Fish and Frites and was a little disappointed. It was one of the most expensive things on the menu ($26 after tax) and the amount of food they gave me for that price was disappointing. It's supposed to be a fish and chips meal but it really just came with two pieces of fried fish and a plate full of fries and some coleslaw. I feel at that price point ($26) you should be getting way more fish. The fish tasted good with their tartar sauce but not super outstanding in my opinion. If you're coming here don't order their fish and frites I don't think it's worth it. Plus since it was crowded my order took about 30 minutes. Overall 6.5/10.

The Queen Creek Olive Mill is a fun place to visit. The store was filled with the excitement of people making purchases from the gift sets in time for holiday shopping. A flat rate of 9.50 seemed fair and makes it easy to get things to people who live out of town. Jaden was an excellent ambassador on our tour and helped us learn so much about EVOO and the process of making oils. The picnic setting, under the olive trees, is peaceful even though it is near train tracks and a big intersection. The food available for picnics was fresh and creative. The bar and hot food area have unique choices and the bakery and gelato area were very busy and also great! The tester products featuring jam and oils helped us choose flavors that we wouldn't have normally considered.

Lots of available parking. Lovely setting! Numerous olive trees and outdoor seating as well as indoor tables for dining. Bar selections available. Very informative tour! Store has a wonderful selection of food, oils, sauces, condiments, breads, etc. Numerous samples available to try before you buy! Many appetizing options for lunches or snacks from their food service. I am sure that I will check their online presence to view and order some of their delicious selections! $9.50 current flat rate shipping charge.

Award Winning Arizona Farmland Olive Mill located in South East Queen Creek. History The Mill was born in the middle of the far east valley's agricultural farmlands by Corporate Businessman Perry Rea turned Olive Tree Farmer. The Olive Mills humble beginnings grew from 1,000 trees to 9,000 trees on 20 acres to what we enjoy today. Property There is a large outdoor venue that seasonally hosts weddings, corporate events, in addition to festivals open to the public. The outdoor venue also serves as the restaurant overflow providing large covered family style picnic tables setting. We love this option in the spring and early fall when live entertainment is available. The main draw to the property is the Restaurant and its Market showcasing a wide variety of Olive Mill offering. Parking. Private parking is available with Handicap spaces near the restaurant/store entrance. Ambiance There is a Farmhouse market vibe in the restaurant and market. Cleverly restaurant patrons counter order-lines begin forming in front of the Mills country store shelves full of beautifully displayed goods to entice customers to peruse after their meal. Marketing Genius! Menu The Mill offers fresh Farm-to-Table selections with a breakfast and Lunch/Dinner menus and a Brunch Sunday service. We've visited several times during lunch hours eating both inside and the outside venue. Food has always been good and the festival seating with live music is enjoyable! Restaurant Market There is an amazing selection of Olive Mill products from a wide spectrum of Olives, Olive Oils and they also offer other local farm products which is nice to see. My wife and I are Olive connoisseurs and this market is Olive Paradise. Equally amazing is the large selection of Olive Oils produced by the Mill and beyond the typical variety are their award winning infused and flavored Olive Oils. Patron Tip Get on their mailing list for events and take advantage of the a fun filled visit! $$/$$$

My absolute favorite spot in Queen creek. Feels like you're out in the country but it's really hidden in such a beautiful area! I don't think I've ever had something that I didn't like! The food and drinks are amazing and the store is a place u can spend hours just looking around! Anytime we have people visiting, this is our go to spot! Love the new food truck vibe and olive tours as well!

    Michelle D.

This place is always a win. The outdoor seating is beautiful, the food options inside are excellent, and the market is full of unique and high quality items from alcohol to spices, kitchen items and skin care made from the olive oil. The employees consistently go above and beyond to help you shop and explain the story and purpose behind their products, which makes the experience even better. We actually came back two days in a row and didn't realize the menu changes from Saturday to Sunday, so we were a little bummed we couldn't reorder our favorites from the day before. Lunch is also on the pricier side, but the quality and experience help balance that out. They also offer an olive oil tour that runs throughout the day and is absolutely worth checking out. While we do miss the old coffee shop and were surprised to see it turned into a bar, it was clearly popular, so the change seems to be working well. This is an amazing spot to bring out of town guests and a go-to place for thoughtful gifts or special occasions.

The eatery is a big fancy warehouse with a beautiful and serene outside space. Inside you will find the store, coffee shop, and food counter. There is seating space inside but the outdoor space is much more inviting. This is a great place to meet up with family from out of town to have lunch together. Think charcuterie boards, salads, sandwiches, pizza, wine, and gelato. The food is delicious and there is a variety of options. I appreciate that they mark their meals as being vegan, dairy free, and gluten free but they don't allow substitutions. Stand in line and order at their counter for service. It can take a while on busy days so keep this in mind when ordering. I enjoyed looking around the store while I waited for my drink. Our group chose an outdoor picnic table and made use of the bocce ball space. You can rent a bocce ball set in exchange for your driver's license. I liked that they use reusable utensils, bowls, solar panels, have an electric car charging station, as well as a place to park bicycles and bikes. Highly recommend this place for a casual get together, especially for anyone from out of town.

Though, the wait was quite long but I tried to be understanding since not many locations are open on holidays. The patio looks nice for cooler days, and we enjoyed sitting in the little nook that had paintings and small crafts for sale. Recently purchased by new owners from France, I knew I had to try as I love French cuisine. They have a French Specials Board and a Croissant Menu, which my boyfriend both ordered from. We both said we wished there were more French items to choose from. What We Ordered: ~ Coke: served as a can with a mason jar of ice. ~ Goat Cheese Croque Monsieur: My boyfriend loved it, but wished there was more béchamel sauce. The goat cheese compliments the ham really well, and he throughly enjoyed. ~ French Quiche (Chicken, bell pepper, cheddar): I really enjoyed this quiche as it's not something you can find done well in a lot of places. The combination of ingredients work well together. ~ Cappuccino: This was crafted well and I enjoyed the light dusting of topping (believe cinnamon sugar). The espresso paired nicely with the frothed milk and velvety foam. ~ Croissant & Butter: Sadly, this was like any croissant you can get. A skip for us next time, but probably great for a sandwich. Overall, we enjoyed our meal though I'm not a fan of counter service. We'd return again, and pick a table more in the open so it's easily to deliver food to us.

My boyfriend and I recently visited, and even though we aren't big drinkers, we wanted to feel a little bougie and try a wine flight. This place took my breath away. The Caprese was top-notch, but the Pear & Gorgonzola blew our minds--sweet, crispy toppings on phenomenal bread. For my main, I had the Applewood Smoked Ham and Brie on a brioche bun. It was massive! My husband ordered the Great Greek Gyro (lamb) with feta fries. The food was unbelievable - especially the feta fries. I could not stop eating them. The restaurant was bright and clean. Parking was plentiful because The Great Greek is located in a shopping center. This is a chain across the country and I definitely would go to another one if I was nearby.

Many fellow…read moreYelpers raved about this place, and I knew I had to try it when I was in the mood for Mediterranean and in the area (~15 miles from my house). When you enter the Gilbert Gateway Towne Center, you have to maneuver through tricky shared parking to find a space. We dined half past 6pm on Memorial Day, so thankfully parking was easier as I believe some businesses were closed for the holiday. Though parking is tight, there is no shortage of seating in this establishment. Some bench-style seating as well as chairs to accommodate whichever you prefer. What We Ordered: ~ The Great Greek Gyro (no onions) x2: My boyfriend remarked that the gyro meat tastes like it was reheated, which I also noticed it slightly tougher than a more authentic one I've had previously. Still a very solid gyro given this is a chain and fast service place with a generous portion. ~ Sides with our meals: French fries and lemon potatoes Personally, the lemon potatoes are a pass next time as very buttery and heavy. The French fries however, were fantastic! They appear to be twice fried to have an extra crunchiness. Overall, if I'm in the area and in the mood for Mediterranean, then I'd pop in to The Great Greek Mediterranean Grill. P.s. Don't forget to add your number for rewards via Toast!
