Here for a Father's Day Brunch 6/21/26 - I would NOT recommend the Olive Mill for breakfast food. Hubby & I both had omelettes that were cold & bland. One lady was at counter when my beeper went off. I came up & she was checking someone out, then gave another person their order before me. I could see my food just sitting there (no heat lamp) Not good. When I tasted my eggs they were cold & bland. The woman who gave me my food talked up the jam but it was really tart & we didn't like it. In addition, I paid $6 for coffee. I went up for a refill & there was only decaf. The bartenders said they were brewing more but kinda blew me off. They were way more concerned with the alcohol buying/tipping customers. After 10+ mins I went back up to just wait. After all the bar customers left, a bartender finally acknowledged me & she took my cup & filled it up behind the bar. Supposedly, they'll have a dedicated coffee area ready at the end of August. But, at this point I feel that you shouldn't go to the Olive Mill for hot food, especially at breakfast. They're soo popular that they've stopped caring about flavor. Sad really. Olives & salads your best bet. Nice live music was outside but it was so hot our group decided to go inside. read more

It has been some time since we've dined here and I am afraid to say it was a disappointment. Here are the things that concerned us. 1. Our outdoor table was ant-infested. 2. Our specialty peach pizza was severely lacking in peaches and the balsamic peach reduction. It tasted mostly like a cheese pizza. 3. The live entertainment featured mellow hits from the 70's. It was not our vibe. 4. The prices are high - $23 for a 12" pizza. Despite these concerns, it was not all bad. We were appreciative of the military discount and enjoyed the gelato. read more

We drove to lunch at Stone Creek Mill. Large crowd. The queue moves quickly to a counter for order. Pick up a buzzer. Pick up your food when ready, quick and easy. Food was tasty. We had meatball wedding soup, chopped salad with Genoa salami and five tapas. Lovely presentation and scrumptious. Grows and sources local produce and some meats. Wine, beer and thin crust pizza. Indoor and so much outdoor dining spaces creating your own private convivial spot with your group. We did the olive 101 tour, which was real interesting. Tour covered the history growing, harvesting and pressing olives into extra virgin olive oil. This place is the only olive mill in Arizona - go figure! Tour included how to taste and sample olive oil. You can sample all the olives, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, pickled veggies and check out many cool gifts in the store. It's a home run in agru-tourism! It's a home run - grows olives without pesticides, focusing on caring for the soil. Does not use pesticides. Operation is solar powered, conserves water, and composts. Two thumbs up for the farm family and the operation that takes care of the hundreds of guests that show up each day. The Olive Mill is within walking distance to our house and it's become a staple visit for us. Good food and good drink. Their shop inside has some delicious olive oils and olives and balsamic vinegars. It's just a really cute place that has good food, beer and wine. They have a weekend special called Board and Bottle, where you get a charcuterie board anf a bottle of wine for like 26 bucks. It is a fantastic deal. And you get this View, which is just about half or quarter of what you see from where I'm sitting. I highly recommend visiting here. It can be quite busy so beware. Also, it's not full service, you order at the counter and pick up with a buzzer. That is a pretty small price to pay for such a great atmosphere. After two visits, I can confidently say The Olive Mill has earned its hype! The atmosphere is a huge highlight and a VIBE. The large outdoor seating area, with views of the olive trees, feels like a little Mediterranean escape tucked into suburban Queen Creek. It's relaxed, spacious, and perfect for lingering over a meal or enjoying a glass of wine. Every time I've been here, the crowd is a great mix of families, couples, and friends all clearly enjoying themselves. The food has been consistently excellent. Everything I've tried has been fresh, flavorful, and made in-house - from the pasta to the homemade bread - and I love that they don't use seed oils! On my most recent visit, I had the crispy chicken sandwich with fries and my hubby had the chicken milanese and both were delicious. They also offer in-house olive oils and balsamic vinegars that you can taste-test. We ended up purchasing the roasted garlic olive oil, prickly pear reduction, and fig balsamic reduction - highly recommend, as they're great on just about everything! Service has been friendly and efficient both times, even when it's busy. It's counter service, but wait times move quickly and are totally worth it. If you're looking for great food, a beautiful outdoor setting, and something a little different from the usual restaurant scene, The Olive Mill is absolutely worth the trip. The Queen Creek Olive Mill is a fun place to visit. The store was filled with the excitement of people making purchases from the gift sets in time for holiday shopping. A flat rate of 9.50 seemed fair and makes it easy to get things to people who live out of town. Jaden was an excellent ambassador on our tour and helped us learn so much about EVOO and the process of making oils. The picnic setting, under the olive trees, is peaceful even though it is near train tracks and a big intersection. The food available for picnics was fresh and creative. The bar and hot food area have unique choices and the bakery and gelato area were very busy and also great! The tester products featuring jam and oils helped us choose flavors that we wouldn't have normally considered. read more

This place is awesome! I kinda stumbled into here just looking for some good food and boy was I surprised. The food was excellent, but it was just as great as everything else. They have a tour you can do where they show you how they make the olive oil and some of the other products. There's a shop where you can buy all of the food they make in house- pasta, olive oil, balsamic vinegar/reduction, and so much more! Everything sold there seems to be local made- no imported made in some other place. Much of the menu seems to be made from everything they sell. Came here on a Saturday afternoon for lunch and it was packed. This place gives me Costco vibes so if you're into that this is a great place to bring your friends and family. You can walk around and there's lots of free olive oil, sauce, and jam samples inside the De Piero Kitchen. Outside seating area is nice too and they had live music. I ordered the Del Piero Fish and Frites and was a little disappointed. It was one of the most expensive things on the menu ($26 after tax) and the amount of food they gave me for that price was disappointing. It's supposed to be a fish and chips meal but it really just came with two pieces of fried fish and a plate full of fries and some coleslaw. I feel at that price point ($26) you should be getting way more fish. The fish tasted good with their tartar sauce but not super outstanding in my opinion. If you're coming here don't order their fish and frites I don't think it's worth it. Plus since it was crowded my order took about 30 minutes. Overall 6.5/10. read more

There is seating space inside but the outdoor space is much more inviting. This is a great place to meet up with family from out of town to have lunch together. Think charcuterie boards, salads, sandwiches, pizza, wine, and gelato. The food is delicious and there is a variety of options. I appreciate that they mark their meals as being vegan, dairy free, and gluten free but they don't allow substitutions. Stand in line and order at their counter for service. It can take a while on busy days so keep this in mind when ordering. I enjoyed looking around the store while I waited for my drink. Our group chose an outdoor picnic table and made use of the bocce ball space. You can rent a bocce ball set in exchange for your driver's license. I liked that they use reusable utensils, bowls, solar panels, have an electric car charging station, as well as a place to park bicycles and bikes. What a little gem this place is. Me and my boyfriend came for lunch. We shared the tapas, Stromboli and bruschetta. The tapas was a nice little plate. Yummy cheese meats and olives. The Stromboli was amazing !!!! The fresh bread. The sausage and olives and seasonings on top of the bread. It all went together so good and was delicious. We picked 3 kinds of brochette. The original was delicious. The one with mascarpone was delicious. The other one the gan something was meh. It was a beautiful day and we sat outside. Why am I just learning about the Queen Creek Olive Mill?! This place was such a cool experience! I went there just to check out what they had to offer, and I was so pleasantly surprised to see they served food and had a nice little nook aesthetic going on. I had unfortunately already eaten before I arrived, so I didn't get the chance to indulge in their food, but their menu options looked great, and I'm genuinely eager to go back soon just to try them out! The whole atmosphere was fantastic, and to me it felt like a wonderland. Please don't be like me and think that just because it says "Olive Mill," that's all they've got - not at all, they are serving up so much more! Not only do they have just about every type of olive oil, flavored and non-flavored, you could think of, but they even had a section where you could shop for alcohol, and I forgot to mention for my coffee lovers, there's a coffee stand! Beyond the dining area and incredible variety of products, I believe there's more to the property than what meets the eye, you can probably do some exploring around there as well. The outdoor seating is beautiful, the food options inside are excellent, and the market is full of unique and high quality items from alcohol to spices, kitchen items and skin care made from the olive oil. The employees consistently go above and beyond to help you shop and explain the story and purpose behind their products, which makes the experience even better. We actually came back two days in a row and didn't realize the menu changes from Saturday to Sunday, so we were a little bummed we couldn't reorder our favorites from the day before. Lunch is also on the pricier side, but the quality and experience help balance that out.They also offer an olive oil tour that runs throughout the day and is absolutely worth checking out. While we do miss the old coffee shop and were surprised to see it turned into a bar, it was clearly popular, so the change seems to be working well. My husband and I came in this morning to grab coffees and enjoy a nice spring morning outside. Upon entering, we were greeted by an employee who scolded us for coming in a certain entrance, even though we have been told by another employee to enter that way. Then we ordered cupcakes, which looked lovely, but were stale and dry. On the coffee front, there were no cappuccinos or Americano or any espresso based-coffee as they had ended their contract with their previous coffee suppliers. Great spot for foodies who love olive oil and locally grown produce. We stopped in on a blazingly hot afternoon when most of the extensive outdoor space was uninhabitable. We found plenty of tables open inside, though. Very friendly service - when I had trouble choosing among the sangria varieties on tap, the lady behind the counter brought me a sample of all three. Plenty of yummy cookies and gelato behind the counter also. I took advantage of happy hour specials from 3-5 on Sunday. I still love this place but I have to vent. US tipping culture has gotten out of control, and this venue is the worst example. You are asked to tip the cashier at their store- it's like a small grocery store with oils and other food items. You are also asked to tip for food when you stand at the counter to order, find your own table, go pick up your own food at the pickup station and have to clear your dirty dishes as well. We arrived upon opening and the line was out the door for the two hours that we were there visiting, eating and drinking. The line for the grocery store, coffee shop and restaurant was constant. The money is pouring in. Please pay your workers properly and don't put it on us to leave a tip so that they can make a fair wage. read more

I like places where you have a choice to sit outside and enjoy the scenery. They also have a market place inside where you can find bottled olive oil, gelatos, cookies, infused coffee, and tea.
