Not good experience! The girl who was boxing my food, completely clueless. I ordered the brocolli and beef entree, came home to find 90 percent RAW brocollu and 10 percent beef. Standing here waiting for Teriyaki Chicken to be grilled for the 3rd time in a row at this location. Last two visits, the same issue. I'm also watching them run out of fried rice with none being made so will probably have to wait for that after the chicken is done. Stop making customers wait for food that should be ready! There is also a team member that is consistently rude to customers and I try to avoid her like the plague only to have to deal with her often when visiting late in the day. This is my regular location and stopped in tonight for dinner. Myself and 3 other customers in line ended up walking out due to very poor standards. None of the employees behind the counter/kitchen were wearing gloves. Employees were going back and forth from handling cash, serving and touching food without any sanitation. Waited in line over 15 minutes in the drive through to be told that they didn't have any chow mein ready. They had me park out front and said they would just find my car. After another 15 minutes I finally gave up and dragged my kids inside to get a refund. The woman at the register wasn't even apologetic just asked which meal I wanted a refund for. 6-30-20 went to get a late lunch for the family and disappointed again. They have their new masks required going so I had to leave and come back but ironically while being lectured about how it's store policy, two employees (hailey and trinity) are standing behind her with no masks on talking without social distancing. Now I don't buy into all this but to be lectured about store policy while breaking state law is mind blowing. Anyways went back got our food and the noodles were massively over cooked and the orange chicken tasted like it was from yesterday. The Beijing beef and rice was okay but the experience as a whole is incredible. Scammers! Worst service ever, and my expectations for fast food aren't very high. The cashier waited until I bought 3 kids meals before they told me the soda machine was broken. Refused to replace the sodas that we paid for, with juices. So we were charged for sodas and not given anything to drink. The sodas were the only thing my kids were excited to have at Panda. I also had asked for the Super Greens side in my panda bowl. They said they would have to make a new batch. I said I would wait. Instead of making a new batch, they put the old dried up mixed veggies in my bowl and covered it up with chicken, hoping I wouldn't notice. I went back to the counter and asked again for Super Greens, they said they were out of Kale and couldn't give me some. I asked for a refund because I can't eat carrots, and also talked to the manager about the drink situation. She was not helpful, extremely rude and condescending and only offered to Recharge the whole order minus my bowl and a refund would come to our bank in 3 days. I'll never come here again. read more

It's 4:30pm Tuesday at Panda Express and if you want Teriyaki chicken you have to what 20-25 min because they have to thaw out the chicken and cook it. Not happy. The girl behind the counter initially said it would take 8 minutes to fill my order because they needed to cook it so I was ok with it but when I noticed their was no chicken cooking she apologize and said they need to thaw the chicken. This was the worst Panda Express overall experience ever. I ordered online and it said it would be ready by 7:25pm. I arrived at 7:30, giving a little extra time because the order we placed a while back we ended up waiting. Well it happened again. Food not ready. I asked why. They tried saying because it prints out only two minutes before the order is supposed to be ready. Wrong-- the receipt shows it was printed at 7:10 for 7:25 pick up. Sweet fire chicken was no longer available they said. Once my one entree that I had been waiting for was finished being cooked, the lady continued working on my order but put my order down to help a customer that just walked in, knowing that I have been waiting. They gave me my order and since the previous order a while back was completely wrong, I checked it over. And sure enough they had not given me one of my entrees. So after waiting almost 15 minutes in the store which was 20 minutes past my online order time, I went home. The negatives did not stop. The Beijing beef was grossly over cooked and there was a piece of plastic in my sons food. We will not go back to this location after two horrible experiences. read more

I've always loved Panda Express but this time was different. I was taking my girlfriend to Panda for the first time and she is not much of an Asian food person but she does like teriyaki chicken. We went to order and I ordered mine and she tried to order hers but apparently their grill was not working so they didn't have any teriyaki chicken. How does an Asian food place not have teriyaki chicken?! This was her first time and now she doesn't want to ever come back. She ended up getting McDonald's across the street instead. Wow. Ordered online. The app allowed me 10 digits for an email address, so i had to put a bogus, shorter email to get past the mandatory fields. Ok, dumb. The app says my order will be ready at 600. Ok great, i hop in the car. So, its about 20 to six and i get there about 5 to 6. They are out of this or that and the two servers are working hard to serve the line. There are two guys in the back, looks like one is a cook. Not sure what the other guy is doing but he disappears anyway. 5 after. 10 after. 15 after. People who arrived after me have eaten and left. At 20 after, i give up after the server tells me they are out of teriyaki chicken, but doesnt give an eta. So i look in the back, the guy is just now pouring something into a vat. So another 10 minutes it seems. Maybe. I ask the server to just cancel my order but she has no idea how to do this. I tell her the system seems just broken here, and honestly this is not her fault at all. I felt bad for her having to navigate the stupidity of this online ordering system and some schmuk in management should apologize to this staff. This is a design sort of issue. Service was ok, the lady didn't understand English all to well and was confusing the cashier. She didn't know how to converse with the customer. The food, pretty heinous. It's basically Subway or this place so for nutritional value I went with Panda. The chicken hardly taste like chicken, although I like the crunchiness of their chicken portions, I wonder where the chicken is sometimes. Their new short ribs are fair, one piece was so fatty and tough I couldn't eat it. The portion size of the rice/noodles compared to the entrees is where they get you. I really don't need all that. Yesterday while on my break for work which is 30 minutes, it took 20 minutes to get in and out of this place & to add to that when I got back to work i realized she gave me the wrong chicken. I went back today hoping that my service would be better but it sadly wasn't. I went with two other coworkers whom also have military ID's as one of them was my twin sister. The older lady who is always working and has seen me several times accused us saying that we aren't using our military ID's and saying that we are using the same one and somebody else's. I have been several times and I have used my military ID all times, which this lady is very familiar with me. There was also a manager sitting in the restaurant that had a hickey on their neck. I don't think I'll visit again. That was disrespectful towards me but also disrespectful towards the military. read more
