I understand COVID restrictions but what is the point of online ordering if you still have to go through the drive through to get your food.

I came in to this Redlands location in the middle of the lunch rush and I was prepared for the worst and when I open the doors the whole staff stop what there were doing and welcomed me here even though it was packed they helped everyone in fast and great manner I sat down ate my food within. 20 mins considering it was packed that's impressive also food was Fresh and Bre'anna Customer service was amazing she even sold me on the shrimp and ended up grading my meal and I'm happy I did I can go on for hours but great staff great food great customer service look forward to returning and see what's the next great suggestion from Bre'anna and Panda Express Redlands staff read more

We got the steak and shrimp entree. It was an upcharge item. Extremely poor quality. The snow peas were so hard they was like eating tree bark. I cannot complain about the food but I will about my experience at the drive through. I placed my order and when it came for drinks I asked for Brisk tea. The server asked what flavor of tea and not being a sweet tea drinker I then asked for regular ice tea to which she sounded confused then said that she did not understand me. My thought was "stop talking so I can finish my order then ask is there anything else." So much miscommunication happens when either nothing is said or in this case the person is making the verbal assumptions instead of allowing the customer of placing their order. read more

Good, fresh food. Sadly, they have ditched the containers that hold good portions, and instead have smaller containers with raised compartments that significantly reduces your serving. Not typical for Chinese food and the otherwise generous servings we are used to. These new containers also bust open and create big messes because the lids do not close well like the styrofoam ones did. So, there is no value cost-wise. read more

Not happy with this Panda at all. Though the food is well done they are very stingy. They do not ask the customers how many or do they want extra soy sauce or chili sauce. I have frequented this Panda approximately four times. They are spotty.... There is a cook who is a stir frying savant. When he is not there, the temperatures and technique applied to food prep plumments. He was there recently and I had a featured dish, wok fried shrimp and steak. The shrimp was perfectly done. The steak was very tender. It was during a very busy time of day (best time to go) so the turnover of the food is high. My food went from the wok to my carry out box. FRESH! Been here a few times and they always forget to give me all the sauces. Been told to wait multiple times for my food and they always take longer than say. Two miniature turns into fifteen all the time. I almost fell asleep waiting in my car. Why can't they tell me their out of one item so I can order something else. This location does not even deserve one star. I ordered in the drive through at 12:02pm and was told to park and an employee would bring out my food. After waiting in the parking lot for TWENTY FIVE MINUTES along with four other cars. I proceeded to watch multiple customers walk in, order, and leave with food. Me and three others who were waiting in the parking lot all walked in as none of their food was done and was made in front of them. I was told " oh your food has been sitting over there." I love panda but every time I go to this location the disappointment is worse than the previous time. I paid 25$ for 2 plates and a bowl and in each plate the portion was just sad. "Broccoli and beef" more like broccoli and nothing. I see people get a lot of rice or chowmein in the reviews but not in my case, atleast that would've filled me up. Now Redlands Panda Express number don't get the orange chicken Panda Express has no clue what orange chicken supposed to taste like there's no orange flavor in it it's stale it's rubbery it's the worst thing on their menu. Get the Kung Pao chicken and get the Beijing beef but do it when they first open and it's wonderful it's yummy it's the same as the other Panda's Express if you go to the store after 6 you're going to get rubbery dried out rotten food. I decided to order online due to the extremely long line, thought it would be best. When ordering my with the app, I called the store to confirm my dinner options because a product I wanted was not on the app. I was told once I was ready to come to the door of the building and they would provide me my order once it was ready so I complied. Once I walked to the door I was then told to go through the drive-tru. (Which defeated the purpose of placing the order on the app). Once I got to the drive-tru the lady had my items dangling out the window as I was looking away from the drive-tru window to address a question being asked to me by my passenger in my car. The passenger had to bring it to my attention that she was letting my food dangle out the window. I had my window down, so she could have said hello or something she didn't. She was rude said here!! I've been here several times for lunch. They even have a drive thru which you don't see very often. This is your typical Panda Express. The food is decent Chinese fast food. Poor service & quality. This is unlike Panda Express. Especially this location. First off the drive thru person was rude and definitely did not want to be there. I ordered 3 plates to go. 1. Honey walnut shrimp bowl. This ended up being an orange chicken and rice plate. I ordered a bowl with noodles. Not even close. 2. A second plate was supposed to have teriyaki chicken with the sauce on the top. It was dry. When I asked for a rice and noodle split I was told "we don't do that". Bull! They always do that for me. The Angus beef entree had no asparagus. 3. The 3rd plate was supposed to have honey walnut shrimp and had 3 pieces. All in all just a failure all the way around. It must be that this particular location is poorly managed, because at other locations this hasn't been a problem. We tried Wok Experience across the street today and had a much better experience.
