Attention, All Take Out Customers! Be sure to open the box and check your order before you leave the restaurant! I opened it at home and found out that one entree is missing. Couldn't be bothered to go back because I already left the premises, and they might just say that I ate it. To be fair, I have gotten take out here multiple times before, and nothing like this has ever happened.

I asked for 3 sweet and sour and of course they give me 3 different sauces... I always have why are you guys so stingy with sweet n sour sauce?

I don't know if it's because of lunch time or what, but the one shrimp and kid size meal for $15 yall full of crap!

This Panda Express is conveniently located across from the Walmart shopping center. Their parking is ample, the inside food service line moves quickly and they have a drive through. The food is what you'd expect from a national fast-food chain: hot, standardized and representational of the genre: not bad, but not great. You can see from my pics they have a variety of Asian based offerings. I've gone there with work peers and they seem to offer something for everyone. Tonight I had the Bowl of Orange Chicken over vegetables. On this evening, the portion size seems to be smaller than what I have had in the past. The veggies were vibrant in color and crunchy (not overly cooked). The orange chicken had the right amount of orange flavor. There was quite a bit of breading, see pic. The good news was that the chicken wasn't overly cooked. We also had the Mushroom Chicken Bowl. This was also ordered over the veggies. As you can see in my pic, there were various sizes of mushrooms - including large pieces for 'shroom diehards. The flavors were mild all the way around for this bowl. Of course, we had the customary fortune cookie for dessert. This is a convenient and quick place for a warm bite.

Extra small portions, undercooked chicken, and chow mein with almost zero noodles. I'm never eating here again.

The flavor was good and I enjoyed them, but unfortunately they were missing one of my favorite parts of xiao long bao. The soup. There was very little to no broth inside. The braised beef noodle soup was easily my favorite dish. The broth was flavorful, the beef was tender, and it came out at the perfect temperature. My only complaint was the noodles themselves. They were pretty tangled and clumped together, almost like they had been sitting refrigerated before being added to the broth. Once separated, though, I really enjoyed the dish. We also ordered the sliced beef with hot peppers. The beef had good flavor, but I thought the sauce was a little too dry for my preference. And when they say hot peppers, they mean it, there were A LOT of jalapeños. There was also a small wait between receiving the noodle soup and the rest of our entrées, so the timing could have been a little better. The restaurant itself has a nice atmosphere, plenty of space, and is conveniently located near Downtown Redlands. Overall, I'm glad to see a place serving good Shanghai style Chinese food in an area where there aren't a ton of options like this. Definitely a place I'd come back to and try more of the menu. 7/10

We ordered several different dishes: Honey walnut shrimp, lemon chicken, Mongolian beef, and house chow fun with chicken. The honey walnut shrimp was crispy and juicy, the prawns used were large and the nuts added to the dish were a nice touch, Mongolian beef was also flavorful and well made, and the chow fun dish reminded me of Pad See Yew in its use of wide flat noodles but the Chow Fun had a nice smoky flavor, wasn't spicy, and the beef was tender. As you enter the restaurant the ambiance is warm and inviting. The staff that took my order was knowledgeable and patient as I perused the menu. We ordered the garlic chicken combo, General Tso tofu, and vegetable fried rice. The combo came with a side of soup and an egg roll and rice. We picked hot and sour soup, vegetable egg roll, and fried rice for the options. I was most impressed with the fried rice. It was hot and steamy and fresh. It was not oily or greasy at all. All of the vegetables tasted good. Nothing was soggy or overcooked. The char flavor from the wok came through incredibly. I've paid a lot more for fried rice that's not even 1/10 as good as this. Was very excited to see that wood ear mushrooms were used for the hot and sour soup. This is really hard to find. You can tell they don't just use a powder mix - the egg and tofu were also very silky and not hard or overcooked. The garlic chicken was definitely also a surprise. It actually tasted like garlic and chicken! They didn't just use a whole bunch of jar garlic. I actually did not see any pieces of jar garlic at all, which was great! But the garlic flavor was absolutely delicious and very prominent. I did not get a picture of the general tso's tofu, but it was excellent; crispy on the outside and silky on the inside. Paired perfectly with steamed rice. It's really hard to find a place that does tofu well. I will definitely go out of my way to come back here again. We had no issues or problems with the service. It was exactly as it should be. They took our order, brought our food and then let us pay when we were done. It was perfect for me. No interruptions to our conversation. The food was very hot and fresh. You could hear them cooking it right away as the waiter called out the order to the line. Nothing came from a steam pan or was reheated in the microwave, it was made to order. Everything was fresh and stayed very hot.
