1.25 extra for the new Steak & Shrimp, only to get 2 pieces of shrimp & steak that tasted like rubber meaning it was probably frozen and again with all the extra onion. On top of that i ordered a medium Coke amd the girl handed it to me with the coke dripping down the sides of the cup while wrapped in a heap of napkins. Like that really had a difference! You'd think it would have killed to her wipe the damn cup down or at least pour some of the drink out. Not to mention the chow mein that was smothered in onions, which was nasty. My first time here. I ordered at the drive thru. I did have to repeat the order to make sure it was right, but that is normal at a lot of drive thrus. The staff was friendly. My order was hot and correct when I got home. My orange chicken and my egg roll were the best. The broccoli beef had much more broccoli than beef which is a little disappointing, but it was still flavorful. I felt like it was a good value for the price. read more

Just got home from a very long wait for some so so food. Dont usually go to Panda but the family likes it so I went to get family. The young man said it would be a few minutes wait. Me and my family got Panda Express tonight. They completely got a order wrong and forgot one of our appetizers and my stepmother couldn't eat her food cause THEY FORGOT IT. I would give this location a negative number if allowed. Needless to say we will never eat here again. A few months back I ordered a plate that had chicken and I ended up deathly ill (vomiting and diarrhea). Decided to try this location again, and now my husband became ill with the same. Then to top it off, I was talking to a neighbor who by chance ordered from the same location on the same night and her and my husband had the same thing (Beijing Beef) and they both ended up sick. Before the neighbor knew about our experience she ate the left overs of the Beijing Beef her husband had the night before and she became ill. Not to mention she told me that a while back, she found worms in her food. How disgusting. I did contact corporate and they "will look into it". Lately every time I go to this Panda Express I have to wait at least 15 min in the drive thru for my food. The other night I stopped in my way home and ordered a bowl with mixed veggies and green bean chicken. The person who took my order said everything was ok and to proceed to the window. There were a few people in front of me so it's normal to wait 5 min to get to the window. However once I got to the window I sat there for at least 10 min before the guy opened the window and took my payment. He was standing at the register and I could see him but he refused to acknowledge me. He didn't say anything about why the food was taking so long. If they were out of something and had to make more then he should have told me. I like the food from this location but too often I have been stuck waiting for 15+ minutes in the drive thru with no explanation. I think I'm done with this location. read more

This Panda Express measures your food portions unlike the others. If you order the bowl the rice will be half full and the main course will hardly cover the top. If you complain to the woman manager you get a non response. read more

Omg! Never had this much trouble placing order with any drive through business as I have had with this one. Everytime I drive up they manage to forget part of order and before I bring it up to their attention they are already gone and now I am faced with a closed window. When you walk in, you would think the service would be better but nope. It is worst. Only reason I come here because of my 3 yr old who enjoys panda express noodles. If they don't get their act together I will boycott or just drive out of my way to get some panda. They are not the only businesses in town. Never eating here again!! My wife and I ordered the fried noodles and Shanghai beef. To our dissatisfaction the noodles were horribly undercooked and the texture was like chewing on silly string foam. I brought the plates back up and informed the serving staff that the noodles were undercooked and asked if we could exchange with the fried rice instead. The staff member apologized quickly and to my horror took the noodles from which I tasted and placed them back into their serving bowl. As she began to do the same for my wife's plate a new customer had arrived and ordered, yes you guessed it, fried noodles from a different staff member who had watched the previous occur with no surprise or disgust. This other staff member then immediately grabbed the wad of foamy noodles from my plate that were now on the top of the serving bowl and placed them on the new customer's plate without a second thought. Quite a few health Laws were broken here today. Long story short: The food here is not safe for human consumption as the food you are given could quite literally have just come from a stranger's mouth! read more

I've been going to this location ever since its been opened (mostly drive-thru). But for some reason, they always mess up at least one of my orders! Something is always missing. I always feel rushed there and the employees are sometimes rude. But other than that, the food is the same as all the Panda Expresses in the area. This place is either a hit or miss. read more

For a fast food chain, the food is actually pretty good. It is not real Chinese food but it is pretty good "white Chinese food". Made fast and decent and not expensive at all. For people who are sick of all the fast food and want to try something different I would suggest this place. read more

Every time I go here, I ask myself "Why?" The orange chicken is always soggy and luke warm, when it should be hot and crispy. The zucchini in the kung pao is never fresh and is usually has some weird browning on it like it is has been sitting out too long. Customer service is also severely lacking as well. I can't say that I have had trouble with this restaurants like these other yelpers, as a matter of fact I've had a completely different experience! I've always been very satisfied with the food here... Keep in mind this is a chain restaurant not an authentic Chinese restaurant so you are going to get Americanized Chinese food! (Which I love) my food has always been fresh and cooked properly (not over or under cooked) and I've been here A LOT!! I have never gone through the drive thru so I can't speak on that... I can say however, that this last time I went to the restaurant I was in line for about 20 mins... However it was a Friday night and the line was out the door, so I expected to wait!! The employees have always been very pleasant to us! I really like this restaurant and my husband and I probably come here about 2-3 times a month!! Worst service I have ever had. Was told to wait and they would have fried rice in five minutes. Waited at and by check out and just got ignored. Asked two times about it and then sat down. Me and my boyfriend were looking for a late dinner and we haven't had panda in awhile, so we decided to stop here. We've never had any complaints and always loved the food. However tonight the food was disgusting. It was at around 9pm, so I'm not sure if they were getting rid of old food but it was not even tolerable. It tasted like it was scraped off the side of a dish that had been sitting for hours. Don't know if I can come back to this location from now on. Food should always be somewhat fresh! A young man by the name of Danny (Daniel T) treated us very well. This was our first time at Panda Express, so it took us a while to get familiar with the menu and get our order straight. He was very helpful in suggesting alternatives and/or clarifying unfamiliar options. He went over and beyond for us when he noticed that we ordered 2 chicken egg rolls, but there was only one left so he gave us complimentary drinks and a wonderful smile throughout the ordering process. His overall demeanor and bright smile made our night delightful. Going by this experience, we will definitely be Panda Express regulars and so is our whole household. We were greatly satisfied. Our order placement says 6:15 w/6:45 pick up time. Husband walked in at exactly 6:45. Waited to be helped. Told 1 second. Waited 10 mins. asked again. "Just a second." Meanwhile he's watching them handle other customers & I'm in car watching cars fly through drive thru line. At 7:05 (20 mins post pick up) I called. No manager on duty.
