I am very disappointed. I ordered Panda Express from Postmates so I did not have to go out after a long day of work and when I get my food I was not happy. I have never received Panda Express with such little amount of food in it. I had 6 pieces of orange chicken and my son had 4 1/2. This was unsatisfactory and we were still hungry that I ended up having to go out and get more anyways. So I feel as though I wasted $30 because the delivery fee is so expensive with this as well. Doesn't even deserve a star I had ordered from panda yesterday and went to ask for my order and was told that they had not recieved a order for my name they then ask me to show the confirmation receipt and went to get my phone from the car then i got back in line and showed the order # that was sent to my email from my phone the worker had an attitude and kept saying they didn't receive a order for that name while am showing her order confirmation she said that i was wrong and that the panda location on bruceville road did not receive online orders she said that it was a different location but i ordered at that location it took me 2 to 3 times to explain to the worker. I feel disrespected for being yelled by a worker where i feel that i was in the right i had placed the order and was sent a confirmation email about the order showed the order and was still told that i was wrong. My mom then went because i was so frustrated and she was told the same by the same worker it took 2 hours to get my order and i just feel like that's not okay. Literally every time i have visited this location ANGEL, ALWAYS has a disgusting attitude. Always rude, no emotion , gets aggravated when asking for more sauce or anything simple. Never has a warm welcoming attitude always a negative one makes you not wanna come. It brings me pain to give this rating because I love Panda. I love Chinese food. I don't love this Panda nor did I love their Chinese food. We got a three entrée meal and the portion sizes were smaller than they usually are. Major disappointment; minus 1 star. Also their cashier service was giving an old black lady a tough time (although I don't think it was because of racism). Their arguing took away from the atmosphere; minus another 1 star. Last was a problem with their food. Every time I go to any Panda Express, the people who serve the food always seem to look exactly the same to me. I don't know why, but they do. But that has nothing to do with the service and the quality of food that they give. The girls who are always working when I come into this location are always nice for the most part. Sometimes they do seem a little rushed, but that can be explainable since it's peak times when they seem rushed. I've never had a problem with that at all. The food is always hot and fresh. But on a couple of occasions when I've visited, they were out of something that I really wanted. Most of the time I waited until the fresh batch of food was cooked and brought up. Not a big deal! And there have been several other occasions where they were running low on some of the food and were preparing more, and they were nice enough to ask if I would like to wait for the fresher stuff comes out. I have never had a problem with Panda before but I went late one evening coming home from work... what ever you do... Do NOT go in right before they close! The food stays under warmers for who know how long. I got an extreme case of FOOD POISONING from this location which has never in my life happened to me...
