Half chow mein/half fried rice, double hot orange

I am a big advocate for Panda Express. I think it's the best fast food chain ever created. I go pretty frequently, like twice a month on average, and some months 4-5 times. This establishment is the closest to my house. I have never been disappointed by the quality of the food or service. They serve me well and fast. I usually take my food to go or get it delivered from here, but all I can say is that this Panda is my go to Panda. Great Chinese food for a budget, and this specific establishment gets my Dyllan Guarantee!

I only started eating Panda for the first time this year because my bf likes it. I can understand why because the food quality is pretty good for a fast food restaurant and it is clear that they use fresh ingredients for some of their dishes. This might sound basic but I like their teriyaki chicken, orange chicken, and super greens. Also got to try their new bourbon chicken. It's just like the orange chicken but with a little kick to it. The employees here are super nice and welcoming. There was a problem with my food recently, and the store manager that was there was very helpful and kind. I want to give a shoutout to one of the senior cooks too because they came over a few times to check up on us. We felt taken care of and content with how they handled the situation. The inside of the store is clean since employees are always walking around and taking care of the store. I like how there is natural lighting coming from the outside.

Not sure if I agree with the sad two stars. I've picked up food from this location several times. Especially, when I don't have time to cook or when I'm dropping off a package at FedEx next door. The service is always friendly and quick. The food meets Panda Express standards. I typically will order online and pick-up, because I'm always running against the clock. The family meal is a great deal. It comes with 2 large sides & 3 large entrees that can feed up to 3-4 people. Orange chicken and Kung Pao Chicken are my favorite. My boys like the Broccoli Beef. Not a big fan of the new plant base dishes. It's quick and convenient for those weeknights that you're too busy to cook and need to get dinner on the table.

Thought I am happy that Panda Express now has a mobile app with rewards, I still believe they could do better with food portions. I've noticed that the servings keep getting smaller and smaller when you order. Chinese food has and always been a staple for bang for your buck savings. Bu the way they ration their food is getting out of hand. They will scoop an order that you choose and if they think they over scooped, they will take it away from you. Does one extra small piece of chicken make a big difference if they added it accidentally? C'mon now.

Great tasting food, nice and friendly staff. The portions served were good and bathrooms very clean. I would definitely come back to this location

This isn't the first place I think of when I want Chinese food but my husband loves it so we keep coming. The customer service here is ok... I've never had an issue. I have ordered delivery twice since Covid and both times something was missing and the food was cold. It's better to order online and pickup or go in the store, so you can check the order and see how fresh the food is.

Good tasting food particularly the teriyaki chicken. Good when it comes to being quick Chinese take out. But I love it as do my kids.

The wall murals inside the restaurant are top tier and gave me a good chuckle. Service was also exceptional - our server was patient while we took our time to order and was very friendly. My brother ordered the jalapeno smash while I got the kid smash as I was not very hungry. The patty is the star here. Perfectly smashed with crispy laced edges that are very well seasoned. The buns are very soft and buttery. I had a bite of the jalapeno smash and wow I would get this next time - the sauce and grilled onions with jalapeno are perfect compliments to the burger. The fries are also super crispy and well seasoned. Very close to my ideal fry (just a bit more seasoning and it'd be perfect!) It was my brother's 2nd time here and the menu has changed since then. He also mentioned the food had a serious upgrade as it was not as good the last time he visited. If it's been a while since you visited Hot Bunz, give it another try!

I'm not the kind to bash a restaurant or any type of business, but I'm gonna give my honest opinion. This place is overhyped due to social media! I wanted to try it out because I seen it on TikTok and the food looked absolutely appetizing. It was a busy Saturday evening around 730pm. I told my kids I wasn't cooking so we were going here because I wanted to try it. They were all for it because who doesn't like a good burger and since smash burgers are the way to go, why not. Upon walking in the paintings on the walls catch your eyes. It's a very casual kind of place. When looking at the menu it's very appealing and makes you want to order the whole menu lol jk. The "combos" aren't really combo meals it's just the burger and the fries, the drink is extra, for X in my book. The young lady at helping me was helpful with the questions I had. We didn't dine it we took our food home, but before we left I took pictures of the way the food looked just in case it didn't look like that when we got home. I got the jalapeño smash, my oldest had the classic combo, and my youngest had the kids combo (which included the drink). The burger IN MY OPINION was under seasoned, the jalapeño were all cut in different thickness, it wasn't something to write home to mom about. Lastly the fries reminded me of Taco Bell fries without the sweetness in the seasoning very underwhelming. Even though this wasn't a good experience for my first visit, I'm willing to go back and try something else other than the burger.

There is dine-in option also with several dining tables and it is clean inside. Fried chicken is their money maker though they also serve Angus burgers and some yummy Filipino spaghetti!! This visit I ordered their Chickenjoy 6 pcs spicy. I've tried both original and spicy but my preference is spicy as it is sooo good and more flavorful to me, and it is not really that spicy. It is also served with savory gravy so you gotta dip it Lol I got a spicy chicken sandwich too - so delish! Gotta have Jollibee's fried chicken in moderation but will be back again - Angus burger sounds good!

The drive-thru employee informed me that no modifications or substitutions could be made to menu items as her buttons on her register is limited it's not possible. I respectfully asked to speak with a manager, but the employee responded that the manager could hear the conversation and then laughed. Despite my request, the manager declined to speak with me directly or consider accommodating my request, even after I offered to pay an additional charge. What was most disappointing was not the inability to modify the sandwich, but the lack of professionalism, courtesy, and customer-focused service demonstrated throughout the interaction. The experience gave the impression that customer satisfaction is not a priority and that employees are unwilling to make reasonable efforts to address customer requests or concerns. In today's competitive restaurant industry, exceptional customer service often distinguishes successful businesses from struggling ones. Unfortunately, this experience reflected a concerning lack of empathy, accountability, and commitment to customer care. The interaction left me feeling undervalued as a customer and significantly diminished my perception of the brand. Having visited Popeyes locations in Canada, particularly in Toronto, I have consistently experienced a higher standard of customer service, where employees have been more accommodating and willing to assist customers whenever possible. The contrast was striking. Based on this experience, I have lost confidence in this location and, regrettably, will reconsider future visits to Popeyes locations in the United States. I hope the company takes customer feedback seriously and invests in improving both service standards and management accountability.

Ever since, I've been coming here for their fresh and nicely grilled burgers and fries. We've literally been here dozens of times and it's been consistently good. The store is usually very clean and the layout is all the same at all the stores pretty much, so it's all good, nice and spacious, clean bathrooms, brightly lit. Over the years, this location has gotten more and more crowded at the prime times around lunch and dinner, but thankfully there are several nearby locations now, and I frequent the one at Delta Shores more since it's more conveniently located, and that one seems to be a little bit less crowded even during high times, but I still come out to this Laguna Blvd one once in awhile. The parking situation hasn't gotten any better here, unfortunately. The way the lot is situated just doesn't provide a lot of room for more parking spaces and the entrance to the lot is too close to the big intersection that this In-N-Out sits at the corner of, so it's kind of a big mess here for finding a spot, not to mention the drive thru line would effectively close off a section of the parking lot and makes it hard to get to spot over there. And the drive thru is usually very long, so I usually find a spot as close as possible, even if I'm doing take out, and hop out to order and wait in person inside to get my food to go. Most of the time though, I come w/the family and we dine in as the kids love coming here and we still ask for some of the little sticker papers for them to fiddle with while they eat. The burgers are still solid and tasty. I like all the fixings, so I usually like to have my burgers done animal style while the kids and wife opt for grilled onions and the special sauce on the side, it taste longer to ask for special ways of cooking our burgers, but it's worth the wait, we love grilled onions on our burgers. But my favorite is the fresh-cut fries that made right in the store and never from frozen potatoes, you can really taste the difference. The only thing is they use regular vegetable oil, so it's seed-oil which the wife informed me is really bad, and so now that I know I feel like I should only have it occasionally. But it's definitely a treat I won't keep myself from having whenever I come here, so maybe instead of 2 orders of fries to myself, I'll have just one with my 2 burgers. All in all, this In-N-Out is still the original in Elk Grove, and is still a good one. There's now another one that opened on Elk Grove Blvd and that I'll have to check out soon.
