I'm amazed that my last experience warranted me enough food for a bowl even though it was ordered and paid for as a two entree plate. Wow, I wish I would have looked at the Yelp reviews before going here for the very first time. I gave this place a chance only because I was craving noodles. I pulled up to the drive thru window knowing what I wanted. I made my order (panda bowl) and the girl that took my order responded "what else?" With her response and the fact that I have never been to PE I thought maybe it came with more items so I asked, "oh does that come with 2 entree's?" She replied with a snotty "you're an idiot" attitude "No!" So I nicely said, "oh ok, that's it then." She responded, again with a crappy attitude, "pull forward." I mentioned this to the guy that gave me my food and he nicely apologized. Now that I have read the other reviews, that poor guy is probably used to these complaints but sadly management doesn't do a thing about it. What a disappointment! Seriously, we've given this location a few chances with the same results because it's so close to where our family lives. This was the last time. We did do takeout, our Orange Chicken had the flavor and texture of being reheated...very mushy exterior and chewy. The chow main noodles were still crunchy or dried out as well as the rice, many grains uncooked (Sat out and dried or recooked and very hard)...like a break your teeth roulette with each bite. Your online ordering is circa 2015 at best. Maybe if you run out of items at a store that manager could remove it from online ordering. But than again me driving 5 miles, watching people that came in after me get their food before being told about the lack of item doesn't bother anyone but me. Than a "manager" with an attitude and giving me the take it or leave it deal. But how would I know what others want. The drive thru line to order takes 10 to 15 min to even place your order....then they take your money and tell you to go wait in the parking lot for another 15 min. Soooo I pulled up the website for that location and lo and behold open until 10:00 pm. The new location adjacent to Smith's Marketplace was apparently designed, primarily, for Drive-Thru customers. It's small, seatin' is limited and, because it's so small, it's LOUD! Add three Mom's who brought in a dozen little kids to dine on stools at the two middle family-style raised tables, and it's ridiculously uncomfortable. I like kids, but this is not the place to bring them inside. As is their norm, you order and watch them prepare your choices. My wife ordered a single bowl with brown rice and Teriyaki chicken. Oops, they forgot the chicken. Thankfully I was watchin' while my wife laid claim to the only available table. I ordered a double with fried rice, Broccoli beef and Beijing beef. Rice was barely warm, Broccoli beef was 99% broccoli and Beijing beef was similar to jerky - thinly sliced with an unfamiliar crunch. And not spicy as noted on their menu. As I stood in line, employees from the back kept interruptin' and interferrin' with the crew up front to fill their drive-thru orders. Every order through the drive through that we have received has had something wrong in the item, quantity, temperature, etc. Decided to go inside tonight and listening to how rude they were to an individual who was not wearing a mask was the topping on the cake. We only receive half the quantity of the items that we used to get, two of the the four entrees we received were only lukewarm at best. The worst Panda Express. Always out of stuff and lied about the price of an item to get us out of the drive through. We ordered a medium side of chow mien which is $3 and we're charged for a medium side of orange chicken which is $7. When we ask for the problem to be fixed they took the food back in through the window which is a health code violation. They got rid of whole chilies hot peppers on their kung po chicken now using pepper flakes notice all the sudden very salty makes sense salt is a much cheaper spice than whole chilie peppers . Notice everything has less natural spices and everything is a lot more Salty. read more
