First time coming here was absolutely amazing, amazing customer service, super helpful!!! Food was cooked to perfection with good size portions of meat and veggies. Came again about a week later and man was it a different place, girl taking my order was very short with me and rude almost. Food came out dry and nothing like first time, had about half to portion of meat, veggies were lacking and noodles and rice were both very unsatisfactory!!! Gave this place a 2 star due to first time was so amazing. If review was only on 2nd visit I would have given a 0 star and never come back!!! Wow, was this place bad. Came in for dinner, I told the cashier it was our first time here and there was no response. No recommendations, no explanations, just stood there. She wasn't mean or unfriendly, just very disinterested. I ordered the teriyaki chicken with soba noodles, my wife ordered the katsu chicken with brown rice. Took almost 30 minutes to get our order. When it came out, my wife didn't get katsu chicken, she received regular grilled chicken and had to send it back. Once she received the right order, she said it was ok but the outside was very dark (fried too long). My chicken was horrible. It was dry and tough and actually hard to chew through. I had to drown it in sauce to make it edible. The soba noodles and vegetables were mid at best. Coming from SoCal, I'll admit to being spoiled with a plethora of good Asian food, but this was just bad. I'll give the staff an iota of credit as they did correct my wife's order quickly, but everything else convinced me to never come back here again. read more

Avoid this place! My wife and I decided to try this restaurant. We used Uber Eats to order food. We ordered two Chicken Teriyaki bowls and an order of 6 Potstickers. For a total of $49.02 with tip. Seemed very pricy for two bowls of rice with a few pieces of very, very, not charred but horribly burnt black chicken on top. The type of chicken that you would throw away and start over if you'd cooked it at home. So dry that it sucks all moisture out of your mouth. It came with one small cup of teriyaki sauce which was not enough to cover the burnt taste that permeated the entire meal. To make a bad meal worse Uber took almost 1 hour from the time we were notified that they picked the order up to deliver it 9 miles away. read more

We stayed near here and needed something quick and healthier than a burger place. We were really surprised at how good everything tasted. I really like the orange chicken and noodles (they are better than Panda's) my hubby loved his spicy teriyaki steak and my daughter loved her chicken teriyaki. The egg rolls were just average. Even the rice was good and sticky like it should be (not dry and crumbly like so many other places) service was good because even though they messed up on my order they replaced it with a hot one and comp a soda. This was such a cool place! It's a small little place but the inside seating felt pretty roomy. The staff were nice and friendly but I think smiling would have made the service feel like it was wanting to be given instead of a "I'm paid to be here" kind of feeling. The Spicy Teriyaki was delicious! It wasn't too spicy and the flavor was great. The chicken was juicy and grilled well. It was even cut in big chunks which was great for the bowl. The rice was pretty good sticky rice as well and the veggies were decent. I do think the broccoli could have been cooked a bit better as well though. I had the spicy tofu bowl with noodles and veggies. The tofu had great fried/crunchy consistency on the outside, with lots of flavor. The inside however distinctly tasted like tofu from the package, and definitely could have been pressed for longer or something because that packaged flavor sort of killed it. The veggies were absolutely delicious, but there were not enough of them. Online it looks like they give you so many more than what they gave me. I am a sauce person, but I did not like any of the sauces that came with the meal (besides the soy sauce), so I did not add them to the meal. I just went here for lunch and when I went to order they said they were out of white rice. I don't understand how a primarily chicken and rice restaurant is out of their main base ingredient. Nonetheless, I asked if I could have the noodles base (usually a $1 upcharge) instead, for the same price, since they are out of the standard white rice. She went in the kitchen to ask for permission and the worker with blue hair responded by saying, "why would we do that? That's stupid!" It's basic business common sense to accommodate the customer when you're unable to provide an item they want. Apparently, they didn't understand that. I wanted to leave right then but decided to stay because the person I was with still wanted it. I ordered two regular chicken bowls and you would think the experience was done by then, but it gets worse! We then proceed to wait 45 min to get our food! Needless to say, I won't be going back to this horribly managed restaurant again. It's so disappointing because their food is actually pretty good. read more

I called and spoke to a girl named Brooklyn who simply stated Oops I thought I put some in the bag. Well sorry doesn't cut it. I paid for food that now I don't even want. When I asked for some kind of discount or compensation on a future order she told me she couldn't do that but if I came in tomorrow she would give me extra sauce. Seriously??? What am I going to do tomorrow with extra sauce and NO food?? Drink it? When I asked to speak to her manager she simply stated that she wasn't allowed to give out a number. Horrible customer service.
