This place has horrible customer service. The food quality goes down every time I go, along with the portion size. It's a s*i* show every time I go. This use to be my mom and I's favorite. After today we will be going elsewhere. The "manager" was extremely rude. We ordered online 1 plate w/steamed and orange chicken, 1 al a cart medium honey walnut shrimp, and 1 large order of egg rolls. We requested 5 cups of sweet and sour sauce and asked that several packets of teriyaki sauce be added. When I picked up the order I again asked if the sauce requested were in the bag (the bag was double knotted, so I couldn't see) and was assured by the "manager" they were. We live just outside SA so it isn't like they are right around the corner. When I opened the bag I saw that we had everything except the teriyaki sauce, so I called and the gentleman (and I use that word loosely) stated nothing I ordered included teriyaki sauce. I have never had any issue with getting the teriyaki sauce before to which the "manager" stated they did not have to include it even if it was requested. My mother happened to be in the area and stopped by to request the packets and was told no she could not have them. My mom (who is in her 70's) advised them we would contact corporate to which she was told very rudely, "Go ahead". We did in fact contact the corporate office (1-800-877-8988) who were appalled at how both my mother and I were treated and advised the district manager would be notified as well as the franchise owner. All in all, if you have a choice skip this location. During this pandemic we should all be at least respectful of the stresses everyone is under, not creating additional stress over a simple packet of sauce. Cleanest panda I've been to in SA. Orange chicken wasn't very fresh. Cream cheese ragoons were good... I discovered they are shipped frozen, not made fresh by someone in the back. That saddens me. Black pepper chicken was good. And chow mien was fresh. The staff was mixed. Some were friendly one definitely didn't want to be there. We called to place an order for pick up. To which the guy was not paying any attention as I had to repeat myself several time. When we got there to pick it up...he had in fact not placed the order at all so we had to reorder everything. Then they stated they were out of 3 of the things we attempted to order. I suppose had he taken the order he would have been able to make more but instead we got several random things due to his incompetence to take an order on the phone. Very disappointed. I normally come here and the portion sizes are good. Idk if the employees were in training or what but when I ordered grilled teriyaki chicken they put one piece of chicken on the chopping block and cut it up, then didn't even put all of the cuts on my plate. Let me be very clear. I have never wasted my time and breath on a review; but, Jesus Christ, this time y'all have crossed the line. I came into the store today, March 19 at 815pm, to grab food for my family. (Keep in mind, there is a whole coronavirus outbreak going on). This overweight disgusting, lazy worker named Santiago needs a good talking to. I walk in, literally every worker looks at me and ignores me. Me and the cook make eye contact at least three times, finally the manager (who is joking with his workers) realizes I'm standing there, says " we will be with you in a sec". Literally there's Santiago doing nothing, just looking away, attempting to avoid work at all costs. Literally 300 plus pounds of absolute waste doing completely nothing. He finally put gloves on his hands, which could barely fit his hands. He asks me what I want, takes my order, then grabs the wrong food he just prepared. Idiot. Then as I correct him that the order he grabbed, isn't mine, he rolled his eyes. Mind you, I'm the only person inside the store. He rings my order up, but forgot what he just made 15 seconds ago. Now I understand, fast food is low wages, but this kid is beyond over paid . I'm used to bad service, so I'm not trippen, but what really got me going is when I ask about the menu. I asked how much a bowl with chicken and rice would be, and instead of looking on the cash register or acting like he would ring it up, this rude, ignorant, incompetent kid had the nerve to say " if you look at the menu, you will know". I'm a consistent customer, bi weekly, and I'm just disappointed that, that was the response that came out of his mouth. But even when you change your order to get something that IS on the menu, I still waited about 10min for one bowl. Literally parked my car at the drive thru. But friendly and apologetic staff which is much appreciated. Possibly low-manned at this location? Like I said, staff 5/5 stars. This use to be one of my favorite places to go because the kids liked it so much. Came in today and met with great service and that's where the greatness ended. Ordered our food, sat down, went to get a drink and found ants all over the plastic ware, straws and lids. Told the staff and watched as nearly 15 minutes went by before it was attended to. The floors were disgusting and trash was nearly overflowing. The food was slightly decent. All around, the family said the fried rice wasn't good (under cooked, hard), the teriyaki chicken was good, the fresh veggies were the highlight of the meal (probably because we waited for fresh ones to get off the wok). This is probably the worst panda I've been to here. I came in around 5:30. Everything but the orange chicken was out (understandably for dinner rush) and I don't mind waiting for fresh food. I was told it would be 3 minutes. I pay for my food and wait for the fresh items to come out. All I hear from behind the counter is "f this, f that" I literally heard all of the drama from every staff member complaining. I never go through the drive through because it takes 30 minutes to get food and now I know why-they sit and talk to each other about their problems while "getting food". The woman behind me had also been standing, waiting for her food. Turns out she wasn't waiting for anything to be cooked, they just never gave her the food. After waiting about 10-15 minutes for the food that was apparently going to take 3, my vegetables weren't cooked, the egg rolls were old and soggy, and they forgot the sauce they had put out for me. The only good thing about the plate was the chow me in veggies. Choose elsewhere and hopefully they higher more competent and educated people. read more
