One star cause I can't give it a no star review. The service was terrible, the food tasted old and burnt. The place was so dirty including the floor full of food and trash. The seats are sticky and the tables dirty. The soup bar was so nasty, with what it looks like mold growing on the white rice pot. read more

Walked in thru the take out door, told the young lady I was there to pick up an online order, gave her my name & handed me my order. Bam! That easy, food was still hot & delicious. Three stars is really pushing it. Last four visits, every single time there was something left out. Just today, lemon sauce for lemon chicken. Had to go back after I had already gotten home. 7/22, an order of egg rolls left out. I called, they "wrote my name in a book". Today I called to order and include my missing egg rolls and was informed "we only honor that for two weeks, sorry". They failed to mention that, of course when I called to report it. As another review said, sometimes it's so salty it's inedible. Sadly, this was probably our last visit. I would rather drive further for better food and service. I get it. It's a hard time, COVID isn't making it easier for any businesses. But at this point put some effort in. Another wasted meal, wasted money and not expecting a change anytime soon. The workers at this location act like spoiled little kids and have no respect and no sense of what customer service is. The restaurant was disgustingly dirty, the food was cold, tasted old, and was not up to the usual quality we have grown to expect from wok in. Food is pretty good! Restaurant is clean and the staff is friendly. Food comes out pretty fast and while you wait you can enjoy a hot soup that is self serve. The lunch special prices are great but dinner can be a bit pricey. Love that this place is in the neighborhood so it's a quick 3 min drive from my house. read more

I ordered my meal online at 11:55 am. I received My email saying that my food would be ready in 15 minutes. I arrive at the store at 12:10, tell them I'm here for my online order and they tell me to wait because it's not ready yet (which is understandable). I sit down and watch the next party of 3 order their food and sit down. 10 more minutes go by and the party that ordered after me receive their food that they ordered. I wait 5 more minutes then ask to speak to a manager. I talk to the manager, Steven, and he tells me there is nothing he can do about it and it's because I had ordered noodles and they ordered chicken. I don't think he understood that I had ordered online and from my house. Their online process is terrible, this isn't the first time I have had to wait extra time for my orders but it will be the last time. Not going back read more

Lemon chicken made my stomach hurt, orange chicken was too hard to chew and swallow. Had to throw out most of my orange chicken. The egg roll was decent and so was the rice. The orange chicken is dry and the egg drop soup was cold. I did enjoy the fried rice but I am not from San Antonio I have yet to find something similar to my favorite Asian restaurants in Corpus. Also I would suggest maybe changing the breading like it's too hard on the chicken read more

Visited the Culebra branch and ordered 2 orders of 2each per order of the so called spring rolls . The menu above the counter posted $2.50 per order but the cashier says they are $3.85 per order . Ordered the beef pepper steak with steam rice and my partner ordered lemon chicken with fried rice. The beef plate was dee-licous! The chicken was a bit over cooked but the fried rice was perfect and he also got sweet and sour sauce on the side and loved it. Our leftovers heated up nicely and tasted just as good. My boyfriend's grandmother and her daughter frequent this restaurant often- it is unfortunate that this last experience was not very nice on behalf of the drive thru staff. This staff member on the receipt was named "Jen"; long brown hair with glasses. She worked last night as the drive thru cashier. She was very short with my boyfriend when ordering, and when he asked about the Veteran's Day promotion (seeing as he was in the Navy), he was responded with "I need to see an active military ID". He explained he is a veteran- meaning no longer in active duty and has the veteran emblem on his state ID. She stated that does not count because it isn't an active military ID. Eventually after explaining what the definition of a veteran was, we were able to get the promotion. When she hands us the bag we ask for soy sauce and hot oil sauce. We get the response, "well if you would have asked me earlier, I would have known to put all of that in your bag". My boyfriend kindly smiled and took the sauces in his hand and thanked her. Better than the face I was making as a response to her attitude. I don't know if she was just having a bad day- but it sounds like this staff needs a refresher on customer service.
