I drove nearly 15 minutes to get there. I ordered online so they had plenty of time to package my order. I get all the way back to work open my plate and I have no meat in my plate. I call the restaurant and get "Jose" apparently he is the General Manager. I told them I wanted a full refund for both of my plates that I ordered. Came in around 7pm on a Sunday and several items were being waited in to be refilled. Myself and a few other guests had to wait for orders to be completed. Customers can definitely be rude here as well; pressuring staff to give extra servings and not charge, as well as the demeanor and tone in their voices. Staff is super nice and I was welcomed in by almost everyone that was working. Waiting for fast food is always an annoyance but I give it to the ladies working the line, they stay positive and look to solve issues. read more

I have eaten Panda Express teriyaki chicken for years but not lately. I stopped in to get a quick bite before grocery shopping for my parents. I was highly disappointed. The staff was nice enough, nothing negative about that service, timely and courteous. But the food was AWFUL! The chicken was pale fatty chicken thighs (I think). Even with 6 employees working the food there was a much longer wait to place my order than there should have been. My son wanted Panda Express so Panda Express it was. Having read all the bad reviews I wasn't expecting much. I figured as long as no one got sick, we were good. And no one got sick. :) We ordered 1) orange chicken and Beijing beef with noodles and 2) orange chicken and broccoli beef with rice to go. The food was hot, tasted good, and the portions were more than generous. The employees were constantly cooking new food, always a good thing. :) Although we ordered our food to go, I checked out the inside of the restaurant. It was clean but not the bathroom. She kept repeating herself over and over after I let her know their was a error on their end. Order was for 2 people not just 1 person. After waiting a long time in drive thru. Ordered online and I couldn't pick up my order from the drive through. I asked why and they said it was policy. I went inside and asked to pick up my order and they just handed it to me already packed up and ready. I asked why did I have to walk inside to pick it up if they don't even ask for any ID. She said 'they wouldnt know your name' as if somehow drive through people can't also lie about a name. Critical thinking and logic were not applied whenever this policy was created. Edit: As I am home eating my food that wasn't allowed to be handed outside a window, my mind is running in circles trying to understand the reason of this policy. If you're worried about people lying on who they are, not allowing them to pickup from the drive through window will not mitigate this security risk. If anything, forcing people to go inside is more of a security risk. There were two bags right by the cashier. One was mine, another was for some other lady. They had the receipts outside the bags flapping in the breeze and could easily read the names. A drive through customer would not be able to see this information. Another reason for the policy I was thinking was maybe it's taking up the drive through lane? But if the order is already ready and prepared, there would be practically zero delay since: 1. they drive up to the window, 2. tell them a name (only form of verification), and 3. pickup the goods. In fact, I took up more of the employees time by driving up to the drive through, attempt to pick up my order, try to understand why they couldn't just pick up the bag and hand it over through the window. I then go inside and take up time from another employee to pickup my order and again trying to figure out why I couldn't just pick it up at the window. There was a total net loss of convenience and employee time. I suggest an incredibly rash and new idea to them.. ask for an ID or a screenshot of the order or email receipt to pick up their order from either inside AND the drive through! I know.. my genius literally has no bounds. I'd bet this would qualify for a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. Also, don't order online. The food was already cold when I got home.
