I was pleasantly surprised by my recent experience at this Panda Express location. My family of 6 stopped in for a late lunch / early dinner while at Cedar Point. We really loved that it was part of the dining plan. With our all day dining pass we were all able to enjoy an entree and side. Portions were huge!! This was my first time at Panda Express and I really enjoyed it. The rice and orange chicken was very fresh. Employees were kind and they didn't rush anyone, despite the line. There was tables inside or outside for you to enjoy your food. Great experience! read more

The food was pretty good at this location...better than some locations that I have been to. But the service was bad, bad. I stepped up to order a plate and the girl helping sure didn't want to be there and it was obvious. She put it all in a bag; I told her i needed it on a tray; I was eating in the restaurant. She literally threw it onto the tray and when I made a remark she looked at me like "what did I mean"...She knew exactly how rude she had been...Rude, rude, rude..Won't be back and Sam needs to go work somewhere else.. Love me some Panda Express! Unfortunately this visit left me little less pleased. Food was not "room temp" but borderline cold. There was not much food to pick from, almost like they didn't cook enough food for the day (but I didn't see anyone in there! Quite a lot of staff too!). Orange chicken flavor not as "strong" as franchise locations too. Rice was fine. Staff could have been friendlier. They seemed almost robotic. Perhaps it was a busy day and I caught them at a slow period where they were all recovering, but they seemed kind of bothered I bought food or paid at the service desk. For the price, especially for one bowl being $20 (just orange chicken and rice), the environment left much to be expected and with the many restaurants at cp, I won't visit again read more

This one is a lot worse that any PE i have ever had. Beef and broccoli was way, way overcooked and more of a goopy mess. noodles and rice were OK. would definitely not recommend without thoroughly examining the food beforehand for freshness. I just hope we don't get sick... read more

I have always been a Panda Express fan from when I lived in California, so when I noticed they were one of several locations that was part of my Cedar Point meal ticket I decided to try them out. The options for combinations are up on their menu board which is different than most because you choose how many sides and which ones. In this case you choose the combination of sides that matches more of what you are going to eat. Dining area is small inside, but great because it is air conditioned. There is twice as many places to sit if you go outside. The food was good and the only complaint I would have is the lo mein was really dry. You can tell it had been sitting there a while as all the juice had dried onto the noodles. The orange chicken was good, peper steak had great flavor and the fried rice was fried rice. Nothing to write home about. Overall, I was happy with having this option available and would try again. read more

Your standard Panda Express. Funny enough, I have one down the street from me at the Oakland Mall, but because it's at the food court I rarely go - but I ALWAYS go when I'm at CP. Your cheapest option is the bowl meal (one meat and a side) for $8.99 or so. I got the two meat plate with orange chicken (natch) and the chicken with mushrooms, as well as the lo mein. Make sure to grab some fortune cookies too. This Panda is located right near Millennium Force, so you can grab lunch before or after a ride, too. read more

After going to 3 other places to eat and the wait being longer than the DMV we decided to check out the Panda. China food sounded pretty good right about meow. so we pounced in line. The line was longer than a Leonardo DiCaprio movie but it went quick. I Cat a glimpse at the food and it actually looks really good. I went with some of the chicken and ragoons. Purrfect. Food is egregiously overpriced for the quality of the food. The broccoli was undercooked/ not cooked, and the noodles lack flavor.

Dear panda express, I attended your facilities last month, the sandusky location to be precise. I was extremely distraught and broken following my chinese food endeavor. I was simply expecting a delicious bowl of noodles and a decent atmosphere. However what i received instead was bowl of mashed potatoes, hard crispy dry noodles with NO SAUCE, and birds shitting all over our goddamn disgrace of a meal ( really i dont blame them i would have done the same thing). This was definitely not worth going to. Extremely overpriced food only to get dry fried rice and noodles. The whole soda machine and water fountain was not working so I had to buy a $5 water bottle. After 3 hours I was throwing up everywhere including in my car on my way home. I have had terrible abdominal pain for 3 days (today is the 3rd night with the pain) knowing full well it was from Panda Express because it was the only thing I ate that day. The service was absolutely awful and It is not worth $13 just to get sick and ruin your whole week. Will never be eating here again nor do I recommend it. read more

Highly disappointed with this Panda Express location. Love every other Panda Express but this one, the food is ridiculously priced (even for an amusement park) and every time I have ate there in the past summer my food has been cold and far from fresh. Not to mention the rude management that would not allow me to get my meal plan meal because I ordered something not on the meal plan (PSA: They did not have what the meal plan offered posted anywhere and I asked the people serving the food what can I get with the meal plan and they said "whatever you want"... only to get up to the register to hear we cant give you your meal, and your meal plan voucher has been taken at the beginning line so we cant give it back). So there goes a $40 meal plan towards food they refused to give me, even when I offered to pay the needed difference. Will not eat at this location again. read more

This is the most disgusting place i have every eaten at. I ate their at about 12:30am and i rode about three rides after that , and by the 4th ride i puked everwhere.. After about another too rides. I thought it was just the heat. But it wasnt i went home that day and i got a 102.7 fever. I went to the hospital and they told me that i had food poisioning. I absolutely love every Panda I've ever had the joy to dine at! I lived on PE as youth and it holds a special place for me today lol for real... This one was poor at best, no brown rice, chopsticks, or cups for water. I ordered a side of steamed veggies and a side of white rice, when I got to the checkout I was charged for a 2 item entrée + 1 side for some reason? I explained to the cashier that I just have two sides no entrées? The silent stare down lasted approximately 10 seconds before I just said charge me the $12ish dollars and walked away with a scoop of steamed rice and a scoop of veggies taking up less than half my plate. If you are going to Cedar Point, it's not a complete trip without going to Panda Express. Out of all of my year of going to Cedar Point, this was my first time at Panda Express. Not only was the food delicious, but the staff there was fun and nice to talk to. We eat here every time we go to Cedar Point. This can be one of the most economical choices for you, if you're willing to share a plate. My son and I always share a 3 entree meal (the server even gives us and extra plate and sometimes extra rice) instead of getting 2 smaller ones. We don't order "appetizers". We're always full and don't feel like we just ate a ton of bread. Most things, like at every single food place in Cedar Point, are EXPENSIVE, ($4 for an eggroll???) but for the amount of food we get, and it actually tastes GOOD, we'd say this place is as good as it gets, IN Cedar Point, IF you know how to order. The staff has always been friendly. (see above). The seating is outside for the most part, but there are a few tables inside. Bonus: Panda Express does not add MSG to their food. read more

Kayla was the best employee. Even though busy she took the time to make sure our 10 person order was exactly correct, hot and fresh. She asked how our day was going and if there was anything else she could do to make our meal better all while keeping the line moving quickly. One of the most disappointing places to eat of all time. I realize it is in an amusement park, but that does not give them the right to be extremely rude, leave the place a filthy mess, and be completely disrespectful to the patrons. A choice was made to eat here based on the reputation of the restaurant chain and we entered into a facility that looked like it had not been cleaned in a week, we chose to eat outside because it was cleaner! We purchased an entrée and a side, we were told by an employee (that acted as if we were completely stupid since we had never eaten there before) the rice came with the chicken and could get an eggroll for the side. When we got to the cashier we were charged for an entrée and two sides we explained what we were told by the other employee and were given a disgusted look. The cashier informed us we had to pay for the food we ordered, she then took the egg rolls and tossed them toward the garbage can (which missed and hit the floor). Once we started to eat the food it was poorly prepared and not very good, we threw the majority of it away. I have never had a more disappointing experience at any restaurant ever! I would rather pay a little more at another place in the park than eat there again. read more
