Update 2 The person that was working the window that said I couldn't place a mobile order when the inside was closed was there when I went to get the promo meal. She was new and had a misunderstanding of the policies and was very apologetic. I apologized that if I yelled at her out of frustration. Overall all the staff are really nice. Only reason I wouldn't recommend this McDonald's over others in the area is that because of its proximity to Cedar Point, in the cost is sightly higher than average. read more

No one gives a crap about the customers in the restaurants....seriously the new process is so RIDICULOUS....they didn't put the food out and you wait and wait and wait and here it is sitting behind the counter. Left Cedar Point headed back to my hotel. Family was hungry, 1100pm so we decided on McDonalds. I will never go to this place again. The prices were ridiculous. Example, $4.29 for a medium fry. We placed our order after waiting in line. The food was old and dry. Would not recommend stopping. All i can say it's make sure you check your food for freshness before you leave. read more

I have travelled to many states and towns including very high end tourist areas. Never have I been charged $3.00 for an unsweetened iced tea! With the exception of water it is the only thing that I drink. The most I have ever paid was $1.79, tonight's $3.00 was mind blowing! Shame, shame! read more

I don't write reviews for fast food places but this one needs it as THIS IS THE WORST Mc Donald's I HAVE EVER BEEN TO!!!! Let's start with the staff here as I've almost gotten in a fight with one for telling me to move so he could clean the table I'm like wtf leave me alone he couldn't handle it and began spitting all over my food it took every ounce of my sanity not to knock this jerk out as I wasn't doing anything I was just getting harassed for no reason! Well, the others have said it. I will too. This is the worst McDonalds ever. The only thing they have done consistently is screw up drive-through orders. IF YOU GO TO THE DRIVE THROUGH HERE THEY WILL NOT GIVE YOU EVERYTHING YOU HAVE ORDERED. CHECK THOROUGHLY! I have had my orders be correct when I dine in. Nothing to write home about here. An incredibly average McDonald's experience. We skipped the service and instead used their ordering machine to order, which was convenient and it still gave us a little taste of service because an employee brought out the food. They were fairly quick to bring us our food and the order was on point. Food was average as well, we don't go to McDonald's for a gourmet meal experience, we go for the average tasting very fast food and it didn't disappoint. Off putting employees, had to pay for large drinks when i was given mediums and they refused to change the size. They gave me my order wrong, forgot multiple items, and gave me incorrect items. Horrible! The service is not great. They got the order wrong and then didn't provide the drinks that we ordered with the kids' meals. When I asked for them, the guy told me that I never ordered drinks even though it was on the receipt. Furthermore, the all day breakfast option is a joke. I ordered an egg and cheese biscuit, but they didn't feel like making that so they made me an egg McMuffin. It was burned to a crisp. Trash everywhere, nothing was wiped down, food all over the tables and floor, and bath room was completely disgusting. We had to wait over 20 minutes for our food. I went here around 12:32 a.m. this morning and ordered 2 dinner boxes. The first problem was when the drive thru lady said "You want TWO of those?" in a shocked manner. I ordered one box with all the sandwiches special and one box just normal. They had me park right after I paid, and I sat there. And sat. There was maybe one other car in the drive thru, yet it took EIGHTEEN MINUTES to get our food. We had about 15 minutes to grab lunch before having to be in Cedar Point, so unfortunately we had to settle for McDonald's. No I am not writing this review because I don't like McDonald's--I'm writing it because this one was especially bad. We were there at around 2pm, and it wasn't busy at all. We waited awhile for our order to be taken because--get this--the employee was too busy talking to his friend. It was very weird. They were just having a conversation across the counter. After ordering, we waited...and waited. The guy next to us was waiting more than 10 minutes and when he asked where his food was nobody seemed to know. There was another guy who came in from the drive-thru saying he didn't get part of his order. Our food finally came out (5+ minute wait time, pretty bad for McDonald's) and it was fine. If you are headed to Cedar Point from the nearby hotel strip and want to pick up some breakfast to fuel your upcoming adventure on the way, it is literally this McDonald's or the DQ "Chill and Grill" across the street before you get to the gates of the park. I was thrilled because my four dining companions, all who had expressed hatred for McDonald's during the drive from D.C., actually agreed to come here! That said, this McDonald's is particularly slow and inefficient, probably because of the lack of other options. very rude staff. signs say if you are vaccinated you don't have to wear a mask, my whole family is. the manager kept harassing us to put on a mask despite the signs saying otherwise.
