I've been to many chinese food places in my day and for some reason i've never liked panda express. Just by looking at the food sitting on the heaters, it didnt look to fresh to me. It looked as it if had been sitting out for a while. I typically like going to those little small mom and pops chinese restaurants. I ordered the 3 item combo with half fried rice and half chow mein with broccoli beef, orange chicken, and a chicken egg roll. There was barely any meat with my broccoli beef and the broccoli was very chewy. The orange chicken tasted very cold and hardly inedible. The best part was probably the chicken egg roll and the fortune cookie. The worst part of it all was that its 7.29 for the combo! very expensive. Its cheaper and more filling to eat at happy wok. im never coming back here again. read more

Every now and then I order take out.... The kids love Panda Express so I get the family meal for delivery, we are always very happy with our orders. We always have leftovers for a day or two, so I get a break from cooking. They are fast too! I will never order pizza delivery again. Thank you Panda Express!!! read more

I'm really funny with chinese food...so I go for the chains and this place is awesome! I ordered the party platters for my daughter's graduation and everything was a hit! They provided all the plates and utensils, sauces, fortune cookies, etc. They even put it in the car for me! Customer service here is exceptional! read more

This has been my second time eatting at this Panda Express and the food always taste amazing! I love their orange chicken and chow mein! Dont really recommend the fried rice..I also had the Angus Steak..this is where I took one star off. I think it was too salty than the last time I had it. I have gone infinite number of times, to this particular panda. But what happened to this place. It's gone from bad to worst. The manager is very rude. The food . It's 8 pm. And asked the store manager, if they were going to put more food items because the items looked like they had been there for a while. She responded as "No that is all we have for tonight". The beef and broccoli only two broccoli leaves in the pan. The kung pao. Had only about half of their ridiculous scooper, that they use for serving. Their Orange chicken, had enough for one serving. Their pepper steak, had only enough for one serving. Wow. Does Corporate even read the Yelp comments. The Panda corporation needs to send someone to see this franchise. I haven't went to Panda Express for a while so I decided to go and eat a bit. Being a vegetarian there was only 3 options for me and that was white rice, steamed greens and the chow main . I am really hesitant to post the truth about what I witnessed today in this location because I know if I do the person who was responsible for contaminating both portions of the rice and noodles will end up losing their job so I will only warn customers to stay away from here after today I will never return, and hopefully the store is closed down. So first off the forgot my drink , I could've went back and got it but was in a rush so I just left. Had a good time at this Panda been to other ones but they have the best crispy shrimp and the portions are good size some other pandas need better sizes. All the workers were really helpful in deciding what food to get and for me am really picky it was a good call to get the new pork and the honey walnut shrimp was the best. read more

Did not like the service that was provided. I understand that there is a line but if the person in front has complicated order why not take us next to pay for our food. I don't like having my food just standing there waiting just because there is an order ahead that takes about 5 min to complete, when in 5 min you could of closed my order. Disappointed. read more

Placed an online order that indicated my food will be ready at 4:30pm. Got there after 4:30pm and was told my food was not ready. The employees continue serving customers who were ordering ignoring all online orders. I asked if my order will be ready soon at 4:45pm and was told to wait. By the time they were getting my orders ready, they were out of orange chicken and I was told to wait longer for another batch. I told the employee I did not want to wait and to get teriyaki chicken instead. She filled my container halfway. I asked if she can fill my container fully and she just ignored me. She then placed 1 teriyaki sauce for my order. I asked for more and the response was "we have a lot of customers, so you only get what you get." Wow, cannot believe the attitude I was getting. This location has always been busy, but at least respond to the customers when we come in to pick up our order. I don't mind waiting, but attitude is what get customers mad. Not only do we have to wait, but also get attitudes when I am spending money at your location. read more

Never coming back to this panda. A young Mexican girl so rude!! Seriously, if you don't want to work at a fast food place DON'T apply!!!! (She should watch YouTube videos on how to treat customers, instead of how to highlight her nose). Tried this place 2 times and both times wasn't impressed. First time was an early lunch, as they were opening. The food they served was left overs from the day before. Veggies were brown and wilted. I was quite surprise a place like this would serve left over food from the day before. Second time ordered Angus steak (additional $1.25) and got it with string beans instead of asparagus. Steak was tender but was on the salty side. Everywhere you look online, this dish is pictured with asparagus. So they use a cheaper ingredient at this location and still upcharge you for it. read more

Worst panda express I've ever been to. They are super slow and terribly rude. They don't have the food ready. They tell you an e.t.a on wait time for the food to be ready and they have wait triple the time. Don't plan on coming back to this location anytime soon. I always go to this panda because it's right by my house. I would say this store is clean but I was I in there 4 days ago and truly got grossed out. Walked in and there were about 5 people working 3 were knew I'm guessing from they way were asking questions and the other two who I always see there are cooks. The manager/shift calls out for something to be made, both of the employees that cook the food came out. In front of about 9 customer one of the cooks grabs a piece of food from a pan thats about to be cooked I'm assuming, with his hands without washing them before. Breaks this piece of food in half throws one half into the pan and the other half into his mouth. He than take about two bites spits it back into his hand and throws it away and went back to preparing food. Grossed me out. Didn't even want to pay for my food. read more

This was the worst Panda Express experience ever if I can give it one star I would !!! My family and I love panda we always go to the one on walnut because we will usually go after a market trip . But today we were in a hurry and i couldn't drive all the way over there and my son really wanted it so since this is right by us we tried it and oh man not only the girls were rude but our food was a disappointment. I got a half and half plate with walnut shrimp for both sides and I got 6shrimp and my noodles were chopped in too pieces I also order a med size rice and noodles and all I got was rice and I didn't have time to go back but I called the location to let them know and all the phone did was ring called 3 times and they never answered I will not be going back to this location read more

The foods pretty good like most other locations although the portion sizes are pretty bad here. Some of the employees are ok for the most part although this location has some horrible customer service. Minh has just about the worst attitude you could encounter and can be pretty rude sometimes. Came here for lunch and honestly not the best. Don't get me wrong I love Panda Express but if they can just imporove the quality of their food in this place it would be great. I may have gone on the wrong time since it was full but honestly if the employees would not eat it why would they serve it to someone.
