This was terrible. I waited for 20 minutes to receive lukewarm food. The staff here seem to be struggling to keep up with the kiosk, mobile orders, and people dining in. One of my entrees had 7 relatively large chunks of dried chili, the other was good. My chow mien was mainly little pieces. Restaurant wise, it was crowded and there was food (and open sauce packets!) on tables and the floor. Do not go into this store. I was late to work when I stopped here for take out my work meal. I don't work with anyone else, so I stopped in 35 minutes before my shift. I work right around the corner. A 2 minute drive. And I was still 6 minutes late. My work deducts my check for 15 minutes. There were only 2 people in line ahead of me. None of the workers even mentioned that more than one of the items needed to be prepared and it would extend the wait time. I was even in my uniform. The second time they put fried rice instead of steamed. The third time they put chow mein and rice as one bigger box item instead of 2 bigger boxes. Two of the items I wanted were "being cooked". When the server asked the kitchen how long it would be, the cook gave a smarta@* response. There was no continuity so I had no idea which items were mine. I never thought I'd see the day. Even their tofu dishes were cooked in chicken stock historically. As of 9/7/22 they have three vegan options! Vegetarians and other healthy plant-based eaters can order their new Beyond Orange Chicken dish. You can get a "plate" that includes above faux chicken dish AND Eggplant Tofu (newly made vegan). The veggie side includes broccoli and is best consumed right after the prep it when it's still crisp. It really depends on the worker whether they'll communicate with you; they seem to choose who they want to help. I wasn't aware of the kiosks since I don't come here often. It would've been nice if the worker acknowledged me when I said hi, but instead, she had a serious resting face almost as she wanted to roll her eyes and was bothered. I didn't notice the kiosks right away and went straight to the food stand. In the future, I'll definitely use the kiosk--it's easier. The staff's communication can be hit or miss. Second time going last night and the line is almost by the soda machine fountains. I had placed a kids meal order for my cousin around 5:15 coming back to town from Monterey. By 6:15 it was still not ready. We had planned to go to church. I dropped her off at home and came back around 6:35 and it was still not ready. Everyone was very busy and many people were in the mobile order line as well. The electricity shut off when I was in there so I began to wonder if they even got my order. I decided to leave and come back today. I spoke to the manager about what happened. She was polite and said that next time I should call in and/or talk to the manager right then and there. They maintained very professional and calm even though it was VERY CHAOTIC. Panda in my opinion in north California are all about the same in quality, cleanliness and service. Been to many and this one is pretty good! Only thing they never have is brewed tea at this location and that's something I thoroughly enjoy with most my meals. Came in about 2pm on a Saturday. Little line but nothing crazy & the employees here work FAST. Everyone's on their feet moving quick. I always order orange chicken and beef broccoli. No one is happy to be working there and no eye contact is given which explains the miscommunication while placing your order. My plate had everything I had asked for but was just sitting there for over 10 mins since others were ahead of me waiting for items that were not cooked yet. About 4 different employee opens my box just to see what it was even though there is writing on the top. My food was so cold when I payed for it. Also the ice machichas been out of order for over a year and the fountain drink machine serves flat soda, it's not bubbly at all. This location is a circus. It has to be the most mismanaged location in the Area. Saturdays the wait for your food can exceed 45 to 60min. I thought using the mobile app to order would alleviate the problem, but it was much worse I arrived 10 past the ready time 8;40pm came in at 8:50. Waited to tell cashier that I was there to pick up another 10 minutes. He went back looked at the bags then the tags of food to be prepared. He told me it was still waiting to be prepared. Went and ran to the grocery store and returned 40 minutes later asked the same guy at the register for my food. He went back looked at the bags and then the tags. I see him then go talk to his shift manager. Then comes back and tells me he can't find the tag. His manager comes to me and tells me they will get on it and prepare my food. No apologies or anything. At this point I'm like no just issue me a refund. She goes back to the computer types some stuff in and then tells me my refund will be issued in 3 to 5 days. Terrible location employees just don't care. With our town being primarily field workers they know they have little recourse for any complaints. With that being said, I want to say that not only are we a worker but we are also customers, we should not be treated horribly. So I order my food with a door dash, and when I got there, the line was just three customers, so the line Wasnt long. I was quickly given my food, but when I was about to request Teriyaki sauce, the worker yelled at me without even give me a chance to speak, saying that I didn't order it, so she would not give it to me. To pre-order, it next time because it a mobile order. Mind you; I've done that, and yet no sauce. It would only have taken her a few seconds of her time, not much. Did she expect me to be in line for teriyaki sauce that was just a few centimeters away from her? Or even place a new order for just the sauce? The workers seem to just give up on keeping up with making food, and will literally have no line and still no food Made to where you were sitting waiting 10 minutes. The management needs to be fired at this location, because every single worker seems to have an attitude towards the customers coming in as well as not knowing how to keep up with the simple task of continually making food it is their job to just make food, but they seem to socialize more than do that.
