Asian Bufffet is inexpensive for what you get. The building is carpeted and older with dim lighting. There are a variety of items available during lunch, such as sweet and sour soup, cheese pizza, teriyaki chicken, beef broccoli, sushi, fish, fried shrimp, clams, mussel, I e cream, fruit, jello and desserts. The food quality is questionable. Service was quick. There is ample parking in a shared plaza.

Went on a weekday for lunch and there were many booths with open seating. The tables are well kempt but the booth chairs were ripped and stuffing was kind of spilling out. The selection is solid for a lunch buffet. You get things from stir fry string beans to california rolls to BBQ pork to prawns. Food was warm but looks like it was sitting out for awhile as some of the noodles tasted stale. But flavors were good! Staff were attentive and friendly

This place is a solid option if you're looking for an affordable all-you-can-eat spot. The prices are noticeably better than most other buffets in the area, which makes it a great choice when you want something quick and satisfying without spending too much. While the selection isn't as large as some bigger buffets, the items they do offer are generally decent. The savory dishes are better than the desserts they offer for the value. The dessert section, however, could use improvement, as most of the sweets are pretty underwhelming. Overall, if you prioritize price and want a straightforward, no-frills buffet experience, this place is worth trying. It's not the most extensive buffet, but for the cost, it delivers a great meal. The service was great as well and ambiance was decent.

Me and my crew needed some dinner and one way to please everybody is a buffet. Same price for everybody and you just get what you want, no waiting or putting in orders. You get to see the food before it gets to your plate! I found Asian Buffet on the Yelp and saw it was right off the freeway. Just get off the 101 at East 10th and go south on Automall Parkway and then your right there in the first shopping center. It all the way in the back. We get seated easy, just water to drink please. The food here is basically the same as most Chinese buffets in the country, unless you're in a high Asian population area. Those buffets will have more of the real authentic Chinese stuff, like some animals you didn't know you could eat! Here pretty much standard American Chinese stuff, like egg rolls, chow mien, egg drop soup, green beans and that general chicken. The chicken wings were good and I liked the clams. Everybody was fed and the food was decent, nothing earth shattering, but good for Gilroy area. Service was just as minimal as any Chinese buffet, they clear the dishes basically.

Good food, friendly service, and reasonable prices. In today's economy, it's great to find a place where you can still enjoy a treat without spending a fortune.

Decent food selection for a good price. The place is clean and they'll take your plates away once you're done.

The service was really quick to be seated and having your plates cleared. The food was good; I mainly stuck with the sushi, orange chicken and honey walnut shrimp. The ribs also had good flavor and the overall restaurant was very quiet. I've attached the pricing as of January 18, 2026

There was a vast selection of different dishes to choose from. Most of them looked good, some maybe a little long sitting in the warmer. Staff was friendly and service great. Pricing was very fair as well. Overall a nice dining experience!

Been here a couple of times when I'm in Gilroy. $14.99 for lunch is a great value for all you can eat. Seniors get a dollar off. The sushi selection is small, 5-6 basic rolls but good enough as an appetizer. The hot foods were a hit or miss. The best were the bbq ribs, which were hot when I ate there at noon. It is the Chinese barbecue kind, not fall off the bone but tender. The sweetness was just right for me. The teriyaki chicken was good too, albeit not as hot as the ribs. They weren't dry and not saucy either. The chow mein noodles and fried rice weren't good or bad. The noodles were soft and not overly oily. It had a little bit of veggies but pretty much a base for the other dishes. Like the fried rice it needed extra seasoning/soy sauce and other dishes to pair with. The salt and pepper shrimp were decent size and were cooked right as the shell didn't stick to the shrimp. I had extra helpings on those dishes. Dessert had fresh fruit, canned fruit, jello and snack cakes/cookies that are standard at other Chinese buffets. The soft serve ice cream weren't creamy kinda slight on the icy side. I like to pair it with the sugar donut. As a buffet lover, this place gets a pass. Will continue to come if I'm in the area.

I went here on a Sunday around 7pm for dinner and there was no wait! I was a little surprised by that since most buffets I go to tends to have a wait. Anyways, this buffet looked a bit on the smaller side. I'm not really used to that, but the food I tried was pretty good. There isn't much variety here, but my favorite items was their sushi pieces, but everything still tasted good, so I'm happy about that. I'd recommend this place! The food tasted good and it will fill you up. Yes, it's not the best buffet out there since it's a very simple buffet, but it's not too pricey. It's a good place if you just want a simple meal with some variety.

Love the ribs, good broccoli, beef sweet-and-sour pork is good and the popcorn shrimp very tasty I also like the hot and sour soup.

Not too much selections. Food was just Ok. It is cheap though. But I would go somewhere else and pay a little more for better food.

Excellent value for the amount of food. It's hard to find an Asian buffet for $18 per person on weekends.

I believe they serve blue crab every day. If not during lunch, then definitely during dinner.

Service was okay, they will get their job done, water filled and dirty dishes bussed. The day we went, it wasnt too crowded so its a great thing. We also noticed people celebrating their birthdays, so id say that their ambiance is vibrant. There are not a lot of buffet restaurants in the Bay, so having this buffet in San Jose is a great treat. Its all you can eat!!! So dont expect an Omokase style of food. The sushi they serve is equivalent to the sushi served by lower tier Japanese restaurants in the bay! And the chinese section similar. So complaining because of their price and food quality is non-sense. It is ALL YOU CANT EAT! Now, lets just wish that they consistently pass their health inspection. They seem to have a trend of failing due to "infestation".

Overall, the quality and selection have declined significantly. This experience was nowhere near the standard this restaurant used to have.

I don't remember much about the place so I got no positive or negative experiences I can compare to this visit. I have been to many similar buffets all over Northern California so my expectations are not too high here. My first attack was the sushi bar. Very good sushi selection for lunch. Comparable Tomi and World Gourmet Buffet in Fremont. No complaints. Made my way to the hot foods. Some familiar and some different items. First time seeing curry beef. The stir fry rice noodle they had was bland so I put the curry over it. It was good, I got a second helping. They had a pork ribs soup with either wintermelon or radish, couldn't tell what it was but it gave the soup some sweetness to it. If you're Asian you might have had it at home. It is light and soothing. Different than the usual hot and sour soup which they had but I skipped. Those were the two items I wanted to talk about in my review as no other Asian buffet had these. There are other typical items, aren't much different from other places so I'll keep this short. Must finish your meal with soft serve ice cream! It's comparable to McDonald's just doesn't have the strong vanilla flavor McDonald's has. I got a second cone for the road. I will come back one more time with my dad as he loves buffet like I do.
