Green bean chicken had no green beans so I asked if they could make more and was told no. But they're making stuff fresh for other customers. Asked for soy sauce and was told they were out but then the next person got soy sauce. Asked the manger for soy sauce and told him what happened, he didn't even apologize just smiled and walked away. There are literal roaches crawling on the walls, employees going to the bathroom & not washing their hands, employees being asked for help by customers & actually disappearing when they don't know how to handle an issue. I ordered a plate online and picked it up. When I went into the store, I asked specifically if utensils was included. The lady, after walking away from me, the first time came back and looked through the bag (which is opaque) and said yes there it is. I went back to the job site and found out that one of the main courses was not included. Neither was the utensils or . When I called the store, the lady that I spoke with said all she could do was to give me the chicken teriyaki when I come back, which is out-of-the-way from my job site. I asked her if she was the manager and she said she was but was not very helpful and asked me if I could come back right now to get it. please teach your young employees the importance of speaking to customers. i pulled up to to the window and wasn't greeted, they just said go ahead with your order, still no greeting at the window , just dry and rude!! second time i came today and i pickup my order through the drive through and i ask for sauce and the hispanic girl at the window goes, did you ask for sauce?!? she looks at my order label and then gives me the sauce rudely, like it count out of her check! get better employees that wanna work! read more

First time I have been to this Panda Express and I went through the drive thru. I was able to hear and understand the employee taking the order in the drive thru and vice versa. Food came out pretty quickly and they made sure to ask if i wanted any soy or chili sauce before handing me my bag. Great experience. Busy location! read more

More and more disappointed in this place ordered noodles got a bowl of onions cold multiple times. Also service takes longer and longer

Staff was not rude but they were not friendly at all. Food was horrible. I have never been to a PE that I was dissatisfied with until today. Noodles were dry; first bite of steak tasted off, second bite was gristle. The chicken tasted ok first bite, second bite went in the trash, along with everything else. I spent over $16 and it was completely in edible. Very disappointed. This was drive through service. Cream cheese rangoon was the only thing salvageable. read more

It seems in today's culture that restaurants are giving poor food and charging higher prices. I ordered one of their premium meals last night, and when I began to eat it, it was like chewing leather. I've reviewed many Panda locations in the past. This one is on the ball. We arrived during lunch hour. They had everything hot, fresh, and ready to be served. The food was good and totally cooked right. What amazed me was the staff. They were super helpful and most of all friendly. The store, albeit a few years old, was clean and well squared away. I would visit this place again when back in town. The Panda Express locations in East Texas, which are not run well, would do good to follow this location's example. read more

This location used to be one of my favorite Chinese food place to go to. Each time they serve less food on the plates, specially when you order to go. Last night we got 5 plates to go & all of them with "chow mein" in them. Now they put so much cabbage in it, that the cabbage over powers the chowmein. It's such a disappointment. read more

I ordered teriyaki chicken with extra teriyaki both at the speaker and at the window and soy sauce. Not only was the lady extremely rude but didn't give us any sauce. I got all the way home and no sauce. So 30 minutes back into town and they closed early so no one answered the door or the drive through window to say that. Then to add to the horrible service and experience there was no fortune cookies in our bag or napkins. Apparently quality service isn't something they do anymore. We won't be coming back here. The food is fine and has even been great in the past but this last time they gave us teriyaki sauce that you could pick up with a fork it. It was gooey and thick not the consistency that we have gotten in the past. Obviously the staff doesn't care about the quality of the food and if they are willing to give a customer something that is so obviously substandard then what will they give you that isn't as noticable. read more

This was the worst Panda Express. We ordered 7 plates, plus a la carte items. We received only 2 fortune cookies. The food was room temperature, less than lukewarm. Several items were missing from each plate (e.g., no pepper beef, only one beef and broccoli- not 2, etc). The food was just okay - not that good. The super greens broccoli was too done. Broccoli on other entres was too done. Very disappointing. On top of that, the manager would not honor the coupon that Panda Express sent us in the mail. It had an ONLINE and IN-STORE code but the manager refused it saying it could only be used online. Next time we'll drive a few extra minutes to the Red Oak Panda Express! read more

Arrived a little early after placing my order online. Nobody was in line in front or behind me, so I asked if I could go ahead and have it made. The girl let me know she cannot make it until it pops up on the screen, so I'd have to wait until 11:30. That's fine! I went to the restroom, and now sitting here waiting. Typical Panda. We walked in, received an enthusiastic greeting from the counter servers, ordered our large portions of delicious China food, and then sat down to eat. As expected from a PE, the food all appeared and tasted fresh. This location also has an outdoor patio area where you can eat when the weather is nice, which wasn't today as it was 100 degrees outside. This is the most ridiculous panda I have ever been to . Not only have I waited in line for someone else to get there food for 10 minutes but I order mine and get asked to go sit in the parking lot for 6 minutes. 6 minutes turns into 16 minutes. Ordered their orange chicken which comes with one side. Now in my opinion, cheap Chinese food should always come with rice because rice is CHEAP. It costs literally pennies for them. Absolutely the worst service ever! Waited in the drive way line for 35 minutes, so inconvenient to have a single lane and single exit drive thru so that once you are in you can't leave. Then after all the waiting they messed up our meal and drinks. Manager was unavailable and they only offered us 10% off our meal. Go here if you want poor service. read more

We eat at this Panda pretty often. The best times are after the lunch rush around 1:30 to 2ish. If you do not like the way something looks, you can ask them to make it fresh for you, and they will. The staff is usually friendly. The store front is usually clean. If you point out a problem to the person in charge, it will usually be taken care of pretty promptly. Since the food is made fresh from veggies chopped in house and non-frozen meats and sauces, it can take a little longer than other fast food places. It is still faster than a sit down place and has fresher food than your typical burger or sandwich place. I like that I can order a panda bowl with healthy, freshly sautéed vegetables and the angus steak for under 400 calories and eat a full serving of veggies and protein with no MSG for about what I would pay for a burger meal somewhere else. Portion sizes are generous. Passion tea is excellent. The steak is real steak, the chicken is fresh, not frozen. The rice and chow mien are made daily, in house. The staff chops the vegetables from real, fresh, not frozen veggies each day. If you are there at closing, you will see that all components of the kitchen, which is open to the public view, is cleaned completely, even the ceiling above the cook area. I have been going to this Panda Express for some time. It has its ups and downs but mostly I can rely on it to be decent food. The reason l have five starred it is because of their honesty. A few days ago I left my money purse on the counter while checking out and did not notice it missing until today. After realizing I may have left it there, i called them and found out that one of the staff members had found it and was keeping it safe in their safe. They could have taken the substantial amount of money and denied finding it. But, instead, they did the right thing. I wanted to praise and thank them for that. Good people. read more
