Waited 20 mins in line just to get told "30 minutes for all food" ??? Odd, regardless of the time of night.

genuinely the worst fast food restaurant i've been too in my life. i have probably been here more than a dozen times and every single time i come at least one thing is missing or made incorrect. The food and service is great! Their ac is leaking it's causing weird looking color on the ceiling not sure if this is mold.

Between this one and the Whataburger by 287/farley, they're both bad but the other one is better. So I ordered a custom breakfast burger with no meat and bacon Just egg and cheese and hashbrowns and when I got it they put all the meat in it .. They did however get my egg sandwich correct and took out the meat from that one but the breakfast burger was a miss And the gravy container was smashed in the bag and busted open Also I was so sad because I was so hungry and couldn't wait to eat but then sadly could only eat one of the meals at the end of the night read more

35 minute wait for a #13.. they said it would be 6-7 minute wait for fresh tenders, 25 minutes later they finally started cooking them. Was there for 40 minutes total ordering and waiting while the ghetto kids played around behind the counter. Enjoy cleaning the spit off the windows yall. read more

Greeted with kindness and smiles from moment walked in. Food was cooked well, location was spotless and tables were kept clean as well as drinking area, trash cans and floors (thanks to Jared- very hard worker). Our cashier Lorraine was amazing and our hostess Terina was outstanding with her connectivity and customer service. Met the mgr on duty, William and he was super friendly and customer oriented too. Excellent visit! What stood out the most was the customer service- it's hard to find people that know and present true customer service. Will definitely keep this location as our home Whataburger! Order was taken incorrectly and the cashier didn't know how to fix it until her manager came over. We had to clarify multiple times what we wanted. The wait was around 15-20 minutes and no one was in the store ordering until about 10 minutes after we did. The fries were unbelievably overcooked. There were also flies and gnats bothering us at the register and table. read more

Only give 1 because 0 isn't an option. I've eaten at this location since 1991. The service is $hit. The food is $hit. The restaurant should be shut down, the staff fired all the way to the GM. All 3 locations in Waxahachie are not with visiting. The other 2 are a 30 min drive thru wait minimum. This location will not give you what you ordered. Tonight I ordered the BLT on Texas toast....I got the BLT on two pieces of soggy bread that was not Texas toast. It will be a long time if I ever eat here again. read more

Stopped inside to check out the breakfast menu. There was one other customer ahead of us that came in with a pick up order that was missing hash browns. The young girl at the front just looked at the lady- went to go get the hash brown and just threw it in the customers bag and the customer left. The young girl leaned on the wall by the register. She saw us and yelled out, "Armando! Fingerprint!" Then I guess it was Armando that came over to the register and put his finger on the register so she could take an order. The young lady remarked to Armando, "greasy hands. You made the screen greasy". And a different young male worker came up to the young lady and they started pushing each other. I looked at my husband and said let's go. We're not eating here and we left. We were never greeted by anyone. No one said anything to us. Everyone here this morning at this Whataburger needs re-training in customer service skills or be fired for being ignorant. Customer service is everything-especially if I am spending my money. Very poor service at 2:00 PM on a Saturday. Ordered two Jr Whataburger combos - on with grilled peppers and onions and fries and the other with onion wings. Took 15 min to arrive with 3 orders of fries and no rings. 3 pepper slices and 4 small pieces of chopped onion on burger. Buns were dry. Won't be back. read more

This location is definitely sub standard. Window attendant was spitting out of the window onto a area directly under the service window with an abundance of trash that looked as bad as the service. Me nor my family will ever order from here again. After I brought the two above mentioned things to their attention I was then told by an employee that I was rude and she shut and locked the window. Terrible place to eat!!! I placed my order with a kiddo named Jeremiah who was happily visiting with his friends. The register didn't work, so he went somewhere else to charge me. I get my order and realized there are no napkins, do I tried to get someone's attention, I had to use my teacher voice for Jeremiah to stop visiting with his friends and get the napkins not without Jeremiah giving me a dirty look because I interrupted his conversation with his friends. I finally get papertowels, tbe one you find in the bathroom to dry your hands... seriously!!! I now know why that particular wataburger is empty....it appears that very few places in Hachie provide a good service...I am glad there are other places in nearby towns to eat. read more

Doesn't look like to exceptional of a location, but one day I was really craving a Texas grilled burger. I popped in for a number 2 with cheese & jalapeños & a Dr. Pepper. The manager Jason was on register & served me what a guy! We talked a bit about the weather & after we customized my order he gave me the number 32. My lucky number! Who would have guessed!!! This location has the slowest times. Make sure you have plenty of time to spare if you are choosing to order through the drive-thru. You will always see a car or two or three leave because of the long wait. So please make sure you don't have an appointment anywhere prior to coming to this location. read more

My son and I went to dinner there and arrived at 9:11pm. As we walked in, my son held the door open for one of their employees and I said hello to another. We walked to the counter and realized we were the only customers in the restaurant. There were 2 cars in drive through. Fully staffed. We looked at the menu and talked outloud about what we were going to order. After 5 minutes with no acknowledgement or anyone coming to the front to take our order we walked out. This Whataburger has been a faithful companion the extent of my adult and pre adolescent life. The center for Waxahachie breakfast meetings of all creeds and cultures, this is definitely the most popular of Waxahachie's three Whataburgers. The service is bad in the evenings and as Whataburgers go, I would give it a solid 7/10. If you have never been to a Whataburger, the one on 287 by the movie theatre less than a mile away is superior and I would recommend doing that one first. read more

Recently went to this locations drive-thru at 10:00am and waiting for over 30 min. But no due too a long line. I waited almost 20 min with only 2 cars in front of me for one egg sandwich. I asked for no bacon or sausage and they said okay. I finally get to the window, pull away and right as I turn around the corner to the light I look in the bag and the order is wrong.
