I asked the Taco Casa in Weatherford Tx. To put the Tomatoes, Black olives & sour cream on the side of salad as I don't like them on my salad but My husband Tom does eat them ! They said no that they will only put 1 item on the side !!! That is very bad customer service!!! I and My husband Tom will never eat at the Weatherford Tx.!!! I've been in Texas for 25 years and for some reason, I've never tried Taco Casa. What took me so long??!! Decided to try it a month ago and have been back 3 times since. My absolute favorite is the Taco Lite. The thin, lightly fried, crispy flour tortilla; the deliciously flavored ground beef; the Taco filled to the brim!! All ssooo good. For the first time since I've been eating at Taco Casa, I got a SUPER Taco, I normally always get myself 2 Taco Lites, always, but because in the menu they seemed so similar, I got one and one instead, just to taste the difference. They were both good, the tortilla texture was definitely different. I absolutely, completely love their Taco Lite, but the SUPER Taco wasn't bad at all, everything's the same except the tortilla and that is something I don't think I'll change again. I'm not saying it wasn't good, it was just different and for now I'm sticking with my usual 2 Taco Lites. I seldom eat inside Taco Casa, when I have, the experience has been pleasant and clean. This is just like Taco Bell. Fast food tacos. I didn't know what to expect and was a bit disappointed. The super burrito has nothing super about it. It's pretty small. Had to stop at another place on the way home for more food. The taco salad was ok. It was very clean in there, but it better be, considering an employee actually asked us to move away from the ordering counter so she could mop under us... I was appalled. Delicious crunchy tacos, a little more than what I wanted to pay though. (I'm used to Del Taco's $.59 cent tacos!) Their meat was flavorful and the tacos were stuffed with lots of goodies. The real winner here is the tea! So good and you can get a to-go (maybe a gallon, I'm not sure) bag of tea w/dispenser for about $3.50. That's enough to make me come in! read more

Easy to get to to via the back alley! I was so happy to see one in Waxahachie near my new home! The food is basic and the menu isn't complicated. The price is good for the meal and while the location is small the food comes out nice and hot. The hot sauce is amazing and adds to the flavor of the taco. They don't skimp on fillings at all. Hands down the best Mexican fast food in Waxahachie. You always get a lot of food no matter what you order. Everything on the menu is good. My personal favorite is the chilada which is what they call an enchilada. My only complaint is the caliber of most of their employees. Sometimes service can be really bad. Mmmm mmmm Taco Casa, damn you are so good. I have passed this place up many times in Dallas, just because of the look of the restaurant. For some reason I was drawn in one day, maybe it was the packed parking lot that made me get over my own arrogance. I walked in, there is not much of a menu, but I had 2 super tacos and an iced tea. The super tacos were the bomb! It reminded me of Taco Bell back in the $0.39 taco days and when you could buy a 10 pack. Super tacos were super stuffed to the max with lettuce, sour cream, cheese, and meat. I also channeled thoughts of my grade school days and that special thursday reserved for 'taco salad/mexican pizza day' in 5th grade. Anyway a blast from the past and a shame they are only in TX. It was so good, I disgustfully ordered two regular tacos to go and devoured them in my car in secrecy. The regular tacos did not have the magic of the super taco but what the hell it was still good. My only advice is change the color scheme of the restaurant I feel like I was trapped in the 70s while eating there, but hey look at Whataburger. read more

SUPER good food, my whole family loves this place, they have the BEST bean burritos and tostada's. We absolutely love this place. Every store I've been too has been awesome. I live in Austin but visit family in Waxahachie often. EVERY time my family and I are in town we make a pilgrimage to Taco Casa and EVERY time...we are blown away by the friendliness, cleanliness and the quality along with the quantity of food we get. This location makes me wish that all those "Golden Arches" out there were replaced by Taco Casa's...as long as they were all maintained and run like the one in Waxahachie. Worst service ever. Went twice and both times managers were rude. First time food was cold and they wouldn't hear it up to melt cheese. Second time I order over fifty dollars in food they refused to give me my kids drinks. Then we got home and it was missing a buritto. read more
