So we've been to This location a few times and never really had an issue. We order a catering order a few weeks ago and decided to order another one today (3/6/26 at 5 pm). So the first time we enjoyed the whole experience. Everything was great BUT this time around we didn't even get a lot of chicken. The only reason I'm giving them a bad review is because when we did this catering order it came with a pack of tortillas. The bag says to microwave the whole bag. So we did. I gave my kids all a tortillas. After taking 4 tortillas out there was a BOX CUTTER inside between the tortillas. Not only is that a wtf moment it's not sanitary and I microwaved this. So now the tortillas might have radiation since it's metal. I took the tortillas away from my kids who already eaten half of their tortillas and threw it in the trash. I called the store (which I found out you can't even reach them for anything ). We ended up calling corporate about it. They said they'll eventually have someone call back to discuss it further. Waiting for their call. Let's see what happens. But imagine if one of my younger kids got a hold of it without me knowing because you know it's TORTILLAS and they get hurt. Idk. I remember I had vowed to never eat at this establishment, when more than 20 people had died from a hepatitis break out at chipotle in 2008! And than over 700 people fallen ill due to the E.Coli outbreak in 2018 . It just seemed too risky. Now working In the food industry for over a decade, I understand how as workers we can unintentionally fall short sometimes. And it can even be things that our out of our control such as recalled products from the vendors that we purchase from. So I had my first meal from chipotle and i must admit , I was impressed and enjoyed it. Thanks to TikTok , my daughter had been begging me to take her to chipotle. I finally gave in. She got a bowl with rice and chicken and all the works . I'm not big on rice ; so I decided to get a salad with steak and chicken and all the works. My salad was the bomb and I can't wait to go and get another. The location we visited was busy . So either others were there because of TikTok as well , or they simply already knew that the food was delicious. Majority of the clientele were in work out clothing , maybe because of the planet fitness next door or because of healthy eating habits, idk!! The line was pretty much out the door , but they staff did really well getting people in and out effortlessly. The staff were friendly and helpful despite the level of business. Minus the girl at the register. She seems annoyed, And pushy . Being that it was my first visit I was unaware of somethings, and when I was asked a question that I didn't understand she got annoyed with assisting me with answering it. It was no biggie and I didn't hold that small mishap against the establishment. One thing that didn't sit too well With me was that the guacamole looked a little old and I should have trusted my first thought and not had any added To my salad , because I did wake up with a very upset stomach. Chipotle is always a welcoming stop on my regular list of eateries. I will order a salad or veggie bowl take-out 2-3 times a month. I must add, often times chipotle is out of items, not an issue, all is forgiven. But Today, with Chipotle newly marketed plant based chorizo I was expecting this location to have this done right! To my surprise this plant based chorizo was super dry, only a few crumbles in the bottom of the pan, when I placed my order with an incredibly attentive black guy at the order end. He even asked for more plant based chorizo to be added to my bowl since I was given half a spoon full on top of my black beans. The lady for which he asked for more chorizo to have added to the pan asked if I wanted a double order of meat. Really a double order? No ma'am, just a regular order of fresh chorizo. Not this over dried out "brown to burned" plant based chorizo meat received in my bowl. She should be ashamed. She said that this pea based Chorizo is suppose to be dry. Again, really?? Dry and burned until brown to black crumbles remain? If anything, I would have expected her to say the chorizo is too dried out to serve, we should toss this plant based chorizo meat OUT; not up to our standards... But instead I was charged for double meat $3.75 in addition to my bowl for $8.70, all totaling $13.48. Perhaps she confused the plant-based pea chorizo with the black beans already placed in my bowl. I forgot what a terrible job this location does and made the mistake of going in there again last night. It had been 6 months since I'd been there, and immediately remembered the "I hate my job" attitude of one of the guys working the main station. For some reason he is still employed there. He can't even hide his expression of how much he loathes your presence. Unfortunately he wasn't the only one. The guy next to him, who thankfully doesn't give you the evil eye at least, still is putting in zero effort. Every item I asked for, I got the smallest portion possible. Like, 11 pinto beans? My wife's burrito bowl had 8 or 9? I asked for more and got the most annoyed look. Then the same thing repeated at the meat. Barely a side of the spoonful landed. At the end the burrito bowls were barely halfway full and I had the worst case of buyers remorse as I pulled out my debit card. You feel like you're being scammed paying for what just happened. I had to spend so much time begging for them to reconsider the pathetic portions they were putting into each entree that I didn't even realize they completely skipped the salsas until I got home. My whole family had food with no salsa. $60 for this sad experience. Came in tonight, I ordered 4 different things. I was fine until the end of when I just complained that they rush through people and it's hard to focus on one meal when multiple people are making things and that they need to be more aware that it's confusing to the customer when multiple people are asking what goes on what, all at the same time. The reason for my 1 star is simply for this one girl who "claimed" she was a manager but I think she was lying. She was black, tall, braids in her hair, looked like a high schooler if I'm being honest. I've seen this girl in the past being rude when I've come in previously to the workers so this doesn't come as a shock to me that her attitude towards me would be any different. She wasn't wearing a name badge again, shocker or I would have blasted her name all over this. She was extremely rude and flippant. She had no idea what was going on but totally had no problem inserting herself right into the middle of my complaint and instead of offering good feedback she simply was defensive and said in a snarky tone "you can't be mad at us for doing our job." Honestly I don't think a manager would have said that. I said them doing their job had nothing to do what with what I said. Long story short, this "women" if she is in fact a manager needs to be fired or if she's just a regular worker she should have already been fired. Extremely unprofessional and instead of offering good feedback to help the situation she instigated an argument that went further than it needed to be. She just didn't know what she was talking about and she was trying to make me look like the bad guy but the issue is she was so concerned with looking cool by arguing with me to really help the situation. My name is Nova. My husband, daughter and I went into this Chipotle and received the most terrible service and attitude possible. It was my first time ever being at a Chipotle and eating there so as expected I was very excited. We walked in the doors and the food smelt delicious. As soon as we got up to the counter to order we where given an attitude. The gentleman who was serving us constantly rolled his eyes and kind of just threw our food together. The burrito was falling apart and the bowl did not look appealing at all. We moved further down the line to check out trying to brush off the previous person and the cashier continued to give us an attitude. She very rudley asked y husband if the drink would be "big enough for him" (my husband is really tall and on the buff side mind you) as if she was judging him for his size. We continued to ignore the behavior but what really upset us to come onto yelp and write this review was that when we asked for a spoon to feed y daughter the worker simply stated that all the spoons where in the back and she didn't feel like walking back there to go get them.
