Pros: the food was very tasty and fresh. The staff were friendly. I thought the staff seemed to enjoy each other. Happy staff make a huge difference in the dining experience IMO! Everyone seemed to be working really diligently and having great attitudes. Cons: there aren't any knives. I legit struggle to eat without a knife my teriyaki chicken was not cut into bite size, and some of the pieces of orange chicken were bigger than bite size. It sounds really silly, but it really made eating this less enjoyable. The teriyaki chicken had some fatty pieces (which is expected since it's chicken thighs), but not having a knife to cut around it was torture for me lol. And my only other gripe.... Is the water cups. They are tiny. I had to get up like 4 times to get more water. HORRIBLE customer service every single time. To top it off they never have anything! I always have to sub for something else. This last time I went through the drive thru they forgot to give me my receipt and right on the drive thru window it clearly says if they forget to give you your receipt food is on them. Not the case at the window I told them and the guy said "oh" and printed off a duplicate receipt and gave that to me. My family went to this location and was very disappointed. We love panda express but we have a few complaints. For starters, my dad ordered two entrées of the same kind and instead of providing what would be worth a plate they only gave one side dish for up their pepper steak. The rest or our meals came in small portions and not fresh at all. They also only gave us a few packets of sauce when we asked for extra. Very patient with my kids and I appreciated it soo much!!! We took our time to order since no one was behind us and we had never been here. My kids and I sit down with our food... they want spoons which weren't out in the dining area so I had to go back to ask... we changed our minds and wanted sprite instead of water so I had to go back up to pay again (the gentleman said no problem and waived the cost)... they wanted to go boxes, so back again... they spilled their sprite ALL over the floor, so back up again... seriously I think I made 10 trips back up to the register. Typically, I love to come to panda for some fast Chinese dinner or lunch however, this time was different. They were so skimpy on how much food I was given. It literally wasn't even enough to remotely fill up the box. Not to mention that I ordered an order of Crab Rangoon (I have always gotten four) I only got two. The Honey Walnut shrimp I ordered was not properly cleaned; there was still shrimp poop in it. I am not making this up I know it when I see it I've cooked fresh shrimp many times. We all know you don't run out of rice every night (and if you did, sounds like someone needs to do a better job of ordering), it's just because you don't want to make more. However, I have to agree with many other reviews in that the availability of the food and time you can spend waiting there can certainly leave something to be desired. Last time I went, I was at the drive thru to order and was never acknowledged. I imagine it was just some kind of tech snafu, but it was still frustrating. The guy ahead of me left because what he was wanting to order wasn't ready. I was willing to wait because I knew it was going to be super fresh. I think that they might want to consider letting their staff come in a little earlier, so that they are prepared when their doors open. Only 2 our of the 5 sides were ready and none of the appetizers. But as I waited they were being stocked. To start off with I wanted to order mixed vegetables as a side, I came at about 11 20, so it was somewhat before the dinner rush and I was informed that there was no ingredients to make mixed vegetables. I had about 4 people approach me to inform me that they had some on the way on a truck. Great for future customers horrible for me. Then it seem like everything was made hours ago which was a little strange since the store had only been open for about an hour and a half. The food was lukewarm and you can tell it had been sitting there. On top of the subpar food, the customer service was just not good. I came before and my order was taken by a very disgruntled old lady. She was very short and rude( and i mean as with the temper not the height). I thought that she might have just been a stand in and there was another person who was regularly in that position but when i came today it was the same lady but it seem she was training someone, so that was a little disturbing.
