The worst chicken tenders I've ever had. They were so small a meager and not crispy at all.

Food is always great and what we expect. We usually use the drive thru and the have that down to a science. Those that help in the drive thru are always respectful and helpful. When we do eat inside it kept clean. read more

This Chick fil a was doing some crazy business! Only the drive thru is open at this time, they had two lanes going and the line stretched into the street. It was an all hands on deck situation. Honestly, that is not new for this chain. They had at least ten employees, all masked and gloved, working those lines. They also had an employee handwashing station. With all the cars in line, we still didn't wait 5 minutes for our order, which was brought to us in a metal tray so the food runners never touched it. We also swiped our own cards so there was no person to person contact there, either. However one might feel about the founders politics, you can't look down on the service or food. They are the friendliest. Orders are always correct, and it is just good chicken. We came through for iced tea and nuggets. Our order was fresh and delicious. You expect a certain level of service when you come to a chick fil a, and this place delivers. read more

They never give us what we ordered like when I ordered a chicken sandwich and fries and they did not give me my fries and when we ordered a salad they forgot it completely! I've always had a great experience at this Chick-Fil-A. Everyone is always really nice and welcoming and I can tell the team gets along while also getting the job done. Until today, I was waiting for an order and witnessed some bullying coming from a manager. It caught me off guard because I've always known this company to be caring of not only guests but their team as well. I could tell the other staff member was pretty upset too. The staff member that was upset, gave me my order, and I asked for his name as well as the managers name. He told me his name was Brett, and that Rain was the manager on duty. What has happened to the excellent service at the 21st and Maize location? The lines are always long and move slowly. In addition to this servers are not as welcoming and efficient as there seems to be a lot of standing around and talking. Ordered (drive thru) my son his meal and they forgot his chocolate milk and all our sauce. (Girl at the window was kind of clueless to begin with). Had to go inside for sauce, realized as I was walking to my car that they were busted open and got sauce all over my hand, then had to go back inside a second time. Felt a weird vibe as the cashiers were just staring at me. Got back in the car, ate some fries during the drive-- fries were cold and soggy. Got home, ready to eat, getting HANGRY..... Got out the car and realized the bag was leaking their BBQ Bacon Sandwich's bread was so SOGGY it leaked through the box, bag and onto my seat. So that's cool. read more

Never have a give a corporate chain 5-Stars, but this time it was due to a manager thinking on her feet and addressed a last minute request in the drive-through line on a busy Friday evening. My wife had forgot to order a Peach Milkshake which is only offered during the summer, it is pretty freaking amazing and when she asked if still had time to order one, instead of saying no, or giving an excuse, she just made it happen without a beat to their very choreographed order/pay/receive process. Being free of charge was just the bonus! But it did get them their 5th star. read more

So disappointed! I am shocked on how they treated my grandpa. He accedently ordered the spicy sandwich, my mother went to have it exchanged for him and they said "they dont just give free food away". Well we all know how Chic-fil-a is known for there generosity and they have always been great at fixing a mistake. However at this location, this manager said they dont exchange if the customer requested it. Well what if he didnt end up liking it? Or it made him sick? Any restaurant I have been in they fix it if you are not satisfied with your food. I have worked in the food industry and always been pleased to make it right if the customer isnt satisfied. Best fast food chicken sandwich. I always get the spicy chicken Deluxe which has a spicy kick to it if u love spicy food. Chicken nuggets n fries are tasty. Can't beat the Polynesian n honey mustard sauce. Great place for kiddos. I definitely can't forget the customer service. Compare to other fast food, thumbs up cuz they make u feel special to eat their food. Wish they open more places other than the 2 we got here in Wichita. read more

I hardly ever do a yelp review, but I love Chic-fil-A - hence this review. My husband and I just ordered from the West 21st Street Chick-Fil-A about 7:20 this evening. We ordered our usual No. 1, and our meals were so disappointing. Both our chicken sandwiches had a funky fat taste when you bit into them. And they were SO incredibly greasy, the bun and chicken were just oozing with grease. The usually delicious waffle fries weren't that great either. I honestly didn't eat much of the sandwich or fries. At least my diet lemonade tasted great - all 6 ounces that is, since the cup was filled almost to the top with ice. I don't know if it's just this location, but hopefully this was a rare occurrence and our next visit is much better. read more

Best place to get a good chicken sandwich! The meat actually looks and tastes how it should (but better of course) compared to other places. One thing I really like is that the meat is 90% of the time just meat. Once in awhile the chicken breast tends to be a little fatty but it happens on occasion. They have a great breakfast and lunch menu with a variety of options to choose from. When it comes to breakfast though I wouldnt recommend getting any other meat than chicken since its there specialty and tastes a lot better than their bacon or sausage. The price isnt bad either. Pretty decent/average prices. The customer service is always fantastic. The employees smile and greet you every single time at this location. Management does a great job! Closing on Sunday is also something I really like about the place even though it makes me sad when I forget and crave their food. All in all this is the only place I tell people to go to when they ask about a good restaurant to get a chicken sandwich at. (They have an app where you can earn rewards too) read more

This company never ceases to amaze me. My first experience with them was just in the past year. I was placing an order and was apologizing that I was taking too long because "it was my first time here". After placing my kids and my orders I get ready to take out my money and the cashier says "enjoy lunch on us". I was speechless. My whole order was free! I have been there at least 50 times since. Lol Today I was in the mood for my favorite spicy chicken sandwich so I loaded up my two dogs to go get some drive thru for the family. When I pull up to the window, not even taking my money first, they hand me two little baggies with doggie treats in them! Anyone that knows me, knows my pups are as close to me as my children. The only fast food place I eat. They literally run to get your order. The fries are legit. Other fast food places should adopt the idea of having an enthusiastic and polite staff. Really makes you want to go back again. Plus the order is normally correct the first time and you're in and out within 5 minutes. Horrible experience! First, we NEVER come to this one. Second, we won't EVER come to this location again. They do NOT have signs directing curbside. So, we pull forward to let the drive thru person know we have a mobile order for curbside. After almost 10 minutes of back and forth and getting no where, being accused of not actually having an order, having to prove multiple times We did, the other attended walks over and as condescending as she could with hand gestures talks down to us as though we are the stupidest people on the planet. "This is the drive thru, you drive thru... I about snapped, luckily my husband was closest to her, not me. We interrupted her ongoing rant at us and told her to cancel the order because she was rude. Then we had to go inside to get a refund because they already charged us and not only was no apology given, but they didn't offer any kind of option for our breakfast (We are now stuck with finding breakfast elsewhere because they didn't feel the need to provide us with service). Normally Chic Fil A at 21st and Maize is my absolute go to for fast and fresh food as you know what you're getting every time and they are super fast; however, my experience this Saturday late afternoon/early evening was severely disappointing (and it wasn't the food!). First, the young lady taking orders said her card reader didn't work so I would have to pay at the window - when I got to the window there were two runners and Hannah giving them the food. Unfortunately, they could not find my order so they re-took it to make the food (a salad takes extra time) and never once did Hannah apologize or pronounce my name correctly or even try to make it right. I understand card readers don't work or computers break down but when you act like it's something I did and that I have annoyed you in the drive-thru it really creates bad experience ;-(.
