I asked Lee for the same wallpaper another ATT guy helped me on 3/15 but the photo I used on 3/15 was the wrong 1. I'm always thankful, always saying please, please I need 1 quick ask for help. This guy Lee's not really wanting to help or he works for all these ATT products & told me he doesn't know anything about iphone. I recently returned an internet router to this store. These were the specific instructions provided by the Xfinity rep on the phone. when I canceled my service. The store accepted the equipment, but refused to provide him with a receipt, claiming he needed the account holder's identification for "security reasons." Because of this, I had to leave work and drive to the store. When I arrived, Carl (the name given) explained that they could not provide a receipt because my son was not the account holder. When I questioned what security concern the receipt actually posed, he responded, "Well, you're here anyway, what does it matter?" rather than trying to professionally explain the policy. What made the situation more frustrating is that Carl ultimately gave me the receipt without ever asking for or verifying my identification, which completely contradicted the original explanation. The receipt itself also contained less account information than the statement my son had already provided. The entire situation felt unnecessary, poorly handled, and avoidable with better communication and consistency.

Honestly, when they said it would take about an hour, I was already mentally preparing for a big bill. But the final price was only $95, parts included, plus a 3-month warranty. I was genuinely surprised. Beyond the price, the explanation was thorough and easy to follow, and they never made me feel rushed. This is exactly the kind of repair shop you hope to find. He offered the lowest rate and was the most communicative, even after the closing time listed on his store. Upon arrival, he walked through how he was going to repair my phone and was even willing to take a look at my teenager's completely damaged iPhone 12 to see what he could do (teenagers!!! Grrrr)... Fixing my lens alone would've been 20 minutes, but he needed more time to take a look at my son's phone; so for just an hour, I walked through the shopping plaza, sat down for lunch & tea at the nearby Chinese restaurant, sifted through the Vietnamese grocery store-- it was chill. I came back to find my lens repaired 100%, yay. Unfortunately though, after a good time of troubleshooting all features of my son's phone, he wasn't quite able to bring it back. He gave me a quote for the repair of multiple parts and then suggested I think it over and come back should I decide to move forward. I called Phone Hut Repair on Jan. 23rd and got a quote of $320 to repair my phones broken front…read morescreen and back glass. I asked if I could be provided a quote via text or email so I could provide the quote to my insurance for approval and they said yes I'll text it to you...I did not receive any text. The next day Jan. 24th I went in person and apparently he remembered my device and said he sent me a text I mentioned I did not receive anything. He took my name and phone number and stated I'll send you a text with the quote in 15 minutes. Yet again I have not received any quote so I'm unable to provide my insurance with it and continue my claim. The repair cost would have been paid out of my pocket and I would have been reimbursed. They would not have to deal with my insurance so I'm not sure why they lied to me twice and didn't want to provide a quote. Oh well taking my business elsewhere.
