Actually, a very decent quick-serve Chinese restaurant in Fontana. The prices are quite reasonable and if you order the combo dinner, prepare to get a LOT of food! The fried rice is wonderful, as well as many of the other dishes. This is my 2nd time experiencing their food. 1st time someone picked it up for me when it had first opened. I wasn't impressed. Today I decided to give it another try and I must say, I liked the customer service as much as the food. Two very polite gentlemen were walking in right before me and opened the door for me. I was starting to enjoy my experience already. Then, I waited for them to take their place in line before me. Again, being very polite, they let me go ahead. That's where my experience changed. The young lady working asked who's next and I walked up. Right as I started to order, she loudly proclaimed: "Wait, did they come in before you?" She wasn't asking but making a statement that I had wrongly cut in front of them. It was truly embarrassing. I tried to let her know that they had let me go ahead of them and that she had been rude and embarrassing. She then proceeded to blame the gentlemen because "they had looks on their faces". A simple apology would have turned the situation around. As I checked out (Yes, I still ordered my food. Her bad customer service was not the establishments fault.) she asked if I had a punch card. I let her know it was my first time coming in and declined as I would not be coming back due to the customer service. She (the same young lady who I just explained to that her tone and accusation were rude and embarrassing) asked me what was wrong with the customer service. She then said she had to be loud because she was talking to the gentlemen behind me. 2 questions: if you were talking to them and not me 1. why were you looking directly looking at me and 2. why was your accusation phrased toward me? She did try to offer me to wait while they made more beef and broccoli. At that point I just wanted out of there. The broccoli (I did request mostly broccoli) was the best part of my meal. I got my food home and the chow mien was good. The orange chicken was hard, dry and hard to chew and the fried rice was just not good. Sadly, there are not any other Chinese food places that are easy to access near by. For the future, I know that I rather drive further and waddle (8 months pregnant) a longer distance to the door so that I can receive great food and service. read more

The food is not the same as when they first opened. Chicken is dry and a couple pieces of orange chicken was all breading. The orange tofu was not edible. I eat here usually 3 to 4 times a week. I love the Japanese chicken and bbq pork. My husband also prefers this Chinese restaurant to any others in Fontana. I have always felt welcomed as I've entered and look forward to casual chit chat with ladies as I'm ordering. They have always provided samples and good description of all items. Apparently I am the only person that doesn't order Boba tea, it appears that every other customer in the line with me is ordering it. I've also seen people on several occasions come in and only order the Bobas. Ergo, they must be pretty good. I read the two negative posts on here and all I can think is that the customers confused this with a different restaurant. I always highly recommend this restaurant to everyone. And their fried rice is literally the best I've ever had. They also have a wonderful unique chow mein, gosh, I'm making myself hungry. I would give this establishment a big fat zero if I could. The WORST customer service ever. I looked at the tag that said what was supposed to be in the pan and it did not look like it's name. So I asked if it indeed was what the tag said. The counter person said no and we aren't making anymore of that if you only want one order. I then asked what was in the pan. The counter person said what the item was and again proceed to tell me that they would not be making anymore unless it was more than one order. In the course of the two questions I asked I heard that same we aren't making were not making anymore food if it was only one order at least 4 times. Now mind you I haven't even stated anything about how many orders I would be placing and scanned what was marginally left in the steamers and there were at least 2 people behind me as well as the party I was with. The counter person was so stuck on not making more food. Maybe I'm crazy but sales is sales, it wasn't 5 minutes before closing, it was 40 minutes.
