I am writing this today 10/08/2020 7:16AM because I got food here from last night & while sleeping I woke up earlier this morning with the worst cramps of my life. I believe I have food poisoning. I kind of had my suspicions of the food not being as hot as it should have been when I received it but unfortunately thought nothing of it & kept eating the food. Bad service. Never have food ready, and they discontinued their Buy 10 Combo Bs, Get 1 Free cards. Place is a joke. Mr.You's is way better.

Experience was not good. Food was cold. Shrimp still its head, shell and shrimp feces was still intact. Couldn't even eat the shrimp which costs extra because when you remove the shell the meat comes off too. read more

Panda wok is my new favorite place to go. Better than panda express. And the people who work there are extremely friendly and have fun behind the counter. The owners have a personal interest here i believe and something new often happens unlike a common chain store. Check out their homeade sauce too, it the liquid goes good with the chow mein, i try to avoid the seeds that sit at the bottom personally. Its more of a liquid sauce, less thickness. read more

I was just there, this place has really gone down hill. Now you have to pre-order chicken and it has to be 4 pieces (which is false advertising because you have a menu with up to 2 pieces) and when I went to order chicken the woman was mad and said I had to wait in line. But, I was pre-ordering it so when I got through the massive line it would be ready. She didn't even say hi to me and she looked mad that I was giving her service. I came here opening week & it was subpar. I went again months later & I got food poisoning. Fast forward years later & I decide after those 2 bad experiences & reading some pretty awful Yelp reviews, to give them one more chance. That was my mistake. I happened to stumble upon this place after a trip to Starbucks (which is located in the same center). I was starving because I'd left my lunch at home, and saw a Jack in the Box, a Mexican food place, and this place - I was in the mood for Chinese food, so I chose Panda Wok. At first glance, it's quite interesting - this is a Chinese food/fried chicken place. I'm still baffled by this fusion of foods, but whatevs, I just wanted some delicious Chinese food. As I walk in, I'm immediately greeted by the girls working behind the counter. They were all very friendly and had a big smile on their face (already a good start). Since it's my first time here, I glance at the food to see what looks good and/or interesting. The guy in front of me orders the "Potato Chicken," so I ask the girl if it's good. She tells me that they only make it on certain days, and offers me a sample... "Yes, please!" I got a two entree plate with chow mein/fried rice, orange chicken, and some potato chicken. I was shocked that the rice was actually good - I usually opt for all chow mein, because the rice at these places can be so disappointing. The potato chicken was very garlic-y and yummy! And the orange chicken was good. Also, I added a large drink for $1 - so my total was about $7 and I still had leftover food. Overall, a decent place to come if you're really hungry, and know what to expect. None of these places are spectacular, so I don't really know why people walk in expecting a 5-star meal... It's just decent food that fills you up and leaves enough to bring leftovers to work the next day. Duh. I'll definitely come again and try some other things...maybe even the fried chicken! read more

This is the best spot to get some local boba tea. Their boba milk tea is amazing. Happy hour is from 2-5 & it's buy one, get one for $1. If I can give this place half a star I would. I just spend $60 for food for my family on Christmas Eve. I asked for paper plates and the worker said she couldn't because it was included with my family meal! Are you kidding me? Is not like I was asking for free food. Never again will I go back. I just came from eating here a second time. The food is good with ample portions. I ordered the deep fried jalapeno shrimp this time and got a disturbing surprise. These are whole unpeeled shrimp and I do mean whole. I pulled the tail off the shrimp and dug in and found uncommon elements present. I thought is was a string or something but found it to be the legs. Upon inspection of the other shrimp I realized they were indeed complete head, legs, tail, shell and the edible parts too. I brought this to the attention of the counter personnel thinking it an error but was informed that is how they prepare them as they are CRUNCHY that way. I have eaten shrimp around this world we live on and this is a first for me. I am concerned that this may present a choking hazard as well as a food and safety concern. read more

The service was terrible. All three girls up front just wanted to talk to each other and the girl who did help us was rude. They cannot run a card through as credit. Only debit and it's an extra $0.59. The mushroom chicken was good except the carrots in it were hard and stringy. And the cream cheese wontons were not good at all. I won't be coming back. read more

Food is pretty fresh, they are always on top of it when it's running low, they also serve fried chicken which I haven't tried yet. I was hoping for a BURST of flavor when I stumbled across this strip mall Chinese fast food joint. Although the flavor was just short of a BURST, it was still a decent meal made of fresh ingredients. I had the (lots of baby bella-type) mushroom chicken over fried rice. It was a nice amount of sauce and a dousing of sriracha added an extra kick I needed. I would recommend they ditch the idea of the fried chicken counter that seemed unpopular and instead focus their energy on storing the banana boxes behind the scenes instead of in rows in the hall toward the bathroom...kinda odd! For the price, the quantity was abundant and I would have taken the remainder home if I hadn't been on the road and nowhere actually close to home :) Check it out! read more

Food is not always fresh, me and my family have gotten food poisoning multiple times here so food is a no go here. It used to be amazing 1 year ago but since the change in staff its just horrid. The boba is about the only decent thing here but honestly id rather take my business elsewhere. Not to mention they cut back portions by a lot. For 10-11 dollar plates they should hook it up and at least give us fresh unspoiled food. read more

Came in 30 minutes to closing and still had my food made fresh to order. The servers were all very nice and never have been rude. Everyone is smiling and friendly. The price was pretty good too for a 2 entree combo. They are not stingy with their portions either. I will be back ! :) read more

I've been here a handful of times and decided to write a review today. I would normally say it's a good place for some quick food when you have a craving for it in Fontana. It's not great but not terrible. I just felt cheated today. I went in to get Boba (I'm pregnant and had a craving for it). I asked for the happy hour and was told ok. Order two drinks and then when I went to pay I got charged full price for both of my Boba drinks. I asked for a receipt and they said we are out of paper. Ok? I don't mind paying but don't tell me I'm getting a deal when you'll charge me full price. read more

I come here often the food is great but on my recent visit I was very disappointed not bc of the food but the customer service! I thought I walked into a middle school class with the child like behavior from an employee, she was so busy talk negatively about her coworkers to even notice much less greet her customers! I tried to expand my food trips out so I tried this place out. WORST MISTAKE of my day. The female workers infront were so rude and the place wasn't even busy or hectic so I have no idea where the attitude came from. The chow mein was distasteful, the orange chicken had a FULL BONE IN IT. Oh and they charged us for our bowls to eat the soup WE BOUGHT. How are we to eat the soup without the bowls????
