Pandan Leaves has amazing sushi the food is always fresh delicious. The starters are amazing. I typically get the pork Gyoza but today I got the chicken wings which were fantastic. They also have this amazing all you can eat lunch special during the week today I ordered them on DoorDash and called to make sure I have sauce in the bag and they accommodated me 10 out of 10 I love their food their food. The restaurant it self is a little petite , but definitely still a great atmosphere.

The food here is absolutely amazing!! The service was definitely lacking at some point, but I see they are under new ownership and working actively to improve on this. We have been to around 10 or more AYCE sushi spots in Jax and this is by far the absolute best place. This and Rainbow sushi. We love the Akari roll, and everything is so beyond fresh. The veggies are all crisp and crunchy, the fish is so fresh. The hibachi salmon is the best in all of the sushi spots in Jax. You can tell they use fresh fish for it, not frozen fillets. The prices are very reasonable for us, especially considering my husband can chow down as much as a small bear would The actual vibes in the restaurant is beautiful. Come on in and try for yourself!

Looking for fresh all you can eat sushi? This is the place to go! It's a small restaurant with everyone being super friendly. You order sushi that is made to order. They come in small 4 piece rolls so you get to try all different kinds. Everyone was fun, and so friendly!! Would recommend!!

What a sushi roll! This is the sushi roll of all sushi rolls it was fully loaded with spicy tuna crab meat and scallops the flavor was impeccable I had to just eat it with my eyes closed to savor it all. We got two Fancy rolls the service was great food came out fast. The look and feel was nice it was clean and catered to both the person who is looking for quick bite or the person who wants to sit down and indulge

Great sushi spot !!! Highly recommended

This one of the best sushi spot in River City Marketplace. High recommend. 17.99 for unlimited sushi is amazing and they have great appetizers

The food here is amazing! The sushi here is not only some of the best in Jax, but they also have a wider variety of roles than all the other AYCE places. The wife and I have been well over a dozen times! 10/10 would recommend!

Trying something new here! Reason for visiting: Dinner Day & Time: Tuesday around 7 pm Party of: 2 Reservations: n/a Order Type: take-out Waiter: N/a Service: Fast. Ordered over the phone and was done in the time they said Ambiance: didn't stick around to catch a vibe Food Order: -Appetizer: crab ragoon- very oily and probably would have been better if it wasn't take out. -Drink: -Entree: Thai pineapple fried rice with shrimp- order this with shrimp sauce to add more flavor. A bite with pineapple makes it better but it kinda lacked flavor for me. Extras: Portion Size: 5 ragoons and at least two cups of fried rice Conclusion: I think I need to dine in at this place. Staff was friendly, but my meal was just okay.

Here is my overall review of Pandan Leaves: Ambiance- 3.5/5- It was a small quaint restaurant. Nothing too special but it was nice that they had a nice outdoor spot in the back. They also had a private area in the back which could be utilized for a group. Service- 5/5- The sweetest people! They were very kind and made sure that we were always checked on and made sure our orders. They are Indonesian owned and it was great talking with their team. Food- 4.5/5- Overall, solid and good menu especially for their all you can eat. Portions were generous. Seafood on the sushi was fresh! Definitely coming back when in the area again!

The outdoors area even came with mommies!

I decided to try the bulgogi, I normally have it at an all you can eat place but it's always too much. The bulgogi at Pandan is delicious. It has a little more oil than eating directly from a grill but it's still delicious. The meal came with broccoli, rice and cucumbers. The broccoli was good too and the rice with the bulgogi was a perfect combination. The staff was very attentive and my server came at just the right time to ensure I was happy with my meal and ask if I wanted anything else. She would smile if she happened to look up and our eyes met. She was very professional with just the right amount of friendliness. There are 4 booths, 3 tables that seat 4 and a counter for sitting indoors plus outdoor seating. The restaurant isn't big but it's big enough. Their menu is very diverse with curry to kalbi to sushi and other Asian dishes. Many patrons came in as I ate. There was a variety of orders and to me that proves the chef knows their thing. This is my 3rd visit and I see many more in my future.

Ordered a Mexican Sushi Roll(not pictured), it's was okay wasn't a fan of the warm cream cheese. Got a side of fried rice flavor was good but could've used an onion to boost flavor, tad bit on the oily side. Ordered Crab Rangoon, wasn't impressed very oily, a bit over cooked and filling was sweeter than any other Rangoon I've tasted. Wife ordered the Thai pineapple fried rice w/Shrimp, portion size was good flavor was okay(strong pineapple flavoring) nice sized shrimp seasoned well. Would try again in the future

The decor and vibe definitely give Asian street market -- I loved the neon signs. Thomas was our server and he was friendly, quick, and attentive throughout. We ordered the Twice Fried Korean Wings, Bonchon, and Chili Crisp Cucumbers to share. The wings were delicious with the best crunch, almost like candied chicken wings. My only complaint is I expected more heat from the gochujang. The Bonchon is essentially a flight of pickled sides: sweet pickled cucumbers, sweet pickled carrots and daikon (similar to what you'd find on a Vietnamese banh mi), and a well-fermented kimchi with mild heat and great flavor. We also ordered the Hong Kong Wonton Soup, and thought we ordered "Chow Fun" noodles -- but "Chow Faan" is actually their fried rice dish. Word of caution: if you want their take on Chow Fun noodles, order the "Beef Haw Fun" instead. The star of the show was the Hong Kong Wonton Soup -- the broth was authentically Asian, distinctly different from a classic French-style broth built on onion, celery, and carrot mirepoix. It was so good we ordered another one to go and took it to our mom to enjoy. We will definitely be going back to try some of their other dishes.

He mentioned wait times for tables, so I chose a Tuesday evening to try to avoid the crowds and it worked as I was immediately sat upon arriving. There are QR Menus on the table and my server directed me to view there. I spotted the Tokyo and was intrigued by the Ajitama Brûlée (signature torched seasoned soft boiled egg). What I Ordered: - Tokyo: For $16.95, I thought this was reasonably priced and excited to try as reading reviews raved about the umami flavor of their ramen. Without exaggeration, this was a life-changing ramen. The best ramen that I've had in my life!! The torched egg was genius and added a beautiful texture to the rich, and flavorful broth. The fried chicken thigh was a delicious protein and cooked so well. Honestly, every ingredient was crafted well and combined to make such a beautiful bowl. - Lychee Martini: What better way to toast to life, then with a martini! The popping bubbles were not my thing, but the flavor of the martini was delicious. I can see why many suggest trying it. The edamame seemed as though it had been cooked earlier and simply reheated before being served. The sushi rolls appeared hastily assembled, and the avocado was overly mushy. The spicy tuna roll was unusual, consisting of plain tuna with sriracha drizzled on top rather than a traditional spicy tuna mixture. The California roll was generic and forgettable. The Philly roll was the best item we tried, but the smoked salmon tasted as though it may not have been at its freshest. The vibe is fantastic and the staff matches it perfectly, friendly, warm, and attentive. We went twice in the late afternoon and never waited for a table, which is a huge bonus for a spot this good. The small plates alone are worth the visit. The Katsu Sando Sliders feature crispy chicken katsu on soft potato bread with fresh cabbage, katsu sauce, Japanese mayo, red onion, and sweet pickle peppers, every element working in perfect harmony. The Potato Korokke was equally incredible, perfectly crispy on the outside and filled with katsu fried potato and vegetables paired with katsu sauce and Japanese mayo. The Gyoza were perfectly crispy Japanese fried chicken dumplings, and the Harumaki was a great addition too. Everything fried here is done with real skill, the crunch is always there and never overdone. If you love spice, the KakuKara Ramen is an absolute must. If you prefer something milder, the Katsu Shio Ramen is a beautiful classic, a delicate Japanese sea salt and dashi seasoned chicken broth with shiitake mushrooms, katsu chicken, red and green onions, and the most wonderful onsen tamago custard egg that takes the whole bowl to another level!
